• Fidan (10/5): - Идеальное расположение, метро в 5 минутах ходьбы. Алессандро и его мама очень внимательные. Квартира отличная, а террасса просто замечательная. Все было очень чисто. Для нас оставили несколько кофейных капсул, пакетики чая и даже 2 пачки печенья. Надеемся вернуться.

• Gabriele (10/5): ESPERIENZA OTTIMA!! PROPRIETARI PERFETTI! - Proprietari gentilissimi e molto accoglienti, la struttura un vero gioiellino completamente ristrutturata e con agni accessorio e comodità. Dista 5 Min a piedi dalla fermata della Metro in una zona molto tranquilla Assolutamente nulla

• Jose Augusto (8/5): - Espaço ótimo para a estadia curta ideal para família, sítio sossegado sem barulho ou confusão, não muito longe do centro de Roma, bom para quem viaja de carro Em alguns momentos do dia sentimos a casa um pouco fria, mas depois quando ligavam o aquecimento ficava melhor

• Lavinia (10/5): Fantastica - Tutto! La posizione è perfetta, in una stradina tranquilla e silenziosa, ma vicino ad arterie principali dove sono presenti tutti i servizi. La fermata della metro a 5 minuti. La casa pulitissima e dotata di tutto ciò di cui si può aver bisogno, Alessandro e sua madre sono degli host gentili e attenti, anche se la tariffa non comprendeva la colazione hanno avuto la premura di comprare due pacchi di biscotti e lasciare delle cialde per il caffè, un gesto molto apprezzato. La casa ha inoltre una terrazza fantastica su cui poter fare colazione o pranzare al sole del classico ottobre romano. Spero di ritornare al più presto! Nulla
• Andrea (9/5): - A lakás elrendezése nagyon jó volt, a fotók megfelelnek a valóságnak. 5-en voltunk és kényelmesen elfértünk. Alessandroval a komunikálás gördülékenyen ment, maximálisan segítőkész volt mindenben. Anyukája nagyon kedvesen fogadott minket. A környék csendes, nyugodt. A metró kb.10-15 percre van. Nem a központban van a lakás,de akinek nem okoz problémát a gyaloglás, annak bátran merem ajánlani. Mi nagyon megvoltunk elégedve mindennel!

• François (9/5): - Bel appartement très bien équipé et confortable. Accueil attentionné. Immeuble situé dans un quartier calme, à 10-15 minutes du terminus du métro. Pas de parking. Emplacement gratuit dans la rue mais encore faut-il avoir la chance qu'une place soit disponible à proximité.
• Simon (9/5): - The flat was nice & tidy, plenty of cooking utensils if you want to cook The bunk beds were very sqeaky & noisy & kept everyone awake.. 1 of the kids slept on the sofa bed the following night.

• Sandi (8/5): Very good - This apartment was conveniently located for our needs (airport, concert). The host/hostess were helpful in securing us a parking spot on the street in front of their house. The only parking available is street parking, which is pretty full. Arriving at 5 pm, there was some availability for our station wagon, but we elected to Uber to and from the concert as we would most likely not gotten a spot again with our late return.
• Lužová (10/5): Exceptional - The flat was very cosy, clean and spacious for our family of five people. We walked about 13 minutes to metro station Battistini. The communication with the owners was very easy and friendly. Thank you. We enjoyed our stay in Rome a lot!

The balcony/terrace was great. Location is not far from metro (like 8min walk), and 4min to bus station. Thank you for having us!

• Ruth (10/5): Absolutely fantastic stay - highly recommend! - The owners parents lived in a flat in the same apartment block and met us at the gate - it was late (about 10pm) and they saw us into the flat and showed us round.

• Revekka (10/5): Feeling like Home in Rome - Amazing house, the owners were very polite and helpful! It had all the necessities. We will come again for sure! It's a little far from the center but 10 minites walk from metro station and 3-5 minutes walk from bus stops
• Tinel (10/5): Perfect accomodation for a week in Rome - We arrive out of the arrival hours, but our host was nice enough to facilitate the entrance to the apartment. Very nice placement, near a lot of public transportation. All the needed things we found in the flat. And we also got guidance on how to easily install ourselfs in the apartment. An excelent choise for families with children that want to enjoy Rome as a city. We could not enjoy the wonderfull balcony of the apartment due to the weather being too cold.

• Jihan (10/5): Cozy apartment in Rome - We absolutely loved this apartment. Alessandro was extremely helpful through text, and his parents who were at the location were just great. The apartment was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed. Out of the 5 places we stayed in Italy, this one was my favorite. Only downside is parking, but that's everywhere in Italy unfortunately. Other than that, no complaints.
