• karakasi (3/5): Η επικοινωνία ήταν άμεση και ο οικοδεσπότης ευγενικός . Όμως το κατάλυμα δεν ανταποκρινόταν στις εικόνες . Οι τοίχοι ήτα - Η τοποθεσία Ο χώρος ήταν βρώμικος με μαυρισμένους τοίχους που δεν φαίνονταν στις εικόνες

• Sigi (1/5): Worst stay we have had in numerous overseas stays - Well-located, lounge /kitchen area Would have been good when first set up, but poorly maintained, dirty shower, marks in bedroom, was also difficult in arranging key handover with poor communication - could not lock door fully and remove key, Worst though was wi-fi did not work, a huge problem given we were flying out and war in Middle east, no way of contacting owner, had to leave one day earlier, requested refund which owner ignored, The cleanliness and wi fi issues have been reported before, so there is no excuse - the first time in all my travels I have written such a review - steer clear of this unit, Lots of stairs, lift always inoperative

• Chantal (10/5): Tolle Unterkunft für Städtetrip - Sehr geschmack- und liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung. Aussergewöhnlich. Super Küche und sehr gute Lage um alles zu Fuss zu erreichen. Charmante Lage und da der Lift nicht in Betrieb war, gings zu Fuss in den 3. Stock, was auch für mich mit 67J. kein Problem war. Wir würden sofort wieder kommen. Nichts!

• nicola (7/5): - La posizione molto centrale, salone ampio, cucina ben attrezzata. La signora che ci ha accolto, seppur gentilissima, non parlava bene l'italiano. Il riscaldamento che si sarebbe dovuto accendere in automatico non ha funzionato e le pompe di calore ci è stato comunicato che facevano solo aria fredda per l'estate. La scala del condominio è in pessime condizioni basterebbe una rinfrescata di pittura.
• Federico (7/5): Buona soluzione per una coppia, purché non schizzinosa... - Posizione eccezionale, comoda a tutto il centro storico e piena di servizi nelle immediate vicinanze. Staff gentile e disponibile (anche se non mi aspettavo di dover parlare in inglese viaggiando in Italia). Appartamento ragionevolmente ampio e confortevole per due persone, letto ok, molti servizi accessori disponibili ma... Purtroppo in generale il livello di pulizia e manutenzione non mi è sembrato all'altezza del prezzo pagato, in particolare spiccano la doccia (incrostata in maniera ormai irrecuperabile) e la dotazione della cucina (molte stoviglie sono vecchie e logore, questo le fa sembrare sporche: consiglio di dotare la casa di qualche tazza nuova per invogliare gli ospiti a usufruire di tè e tisane gentilmente messi a disposizione).
• pascal jerome (8/5): Très bon emplacement - Emplacement idéal à deux pas de Campo de Fiori Appartement bien agencé et bien aménagé. Le manque d'informations sur le protocole d'arrivée. Beaucoup de moisissures dans la salle de bain qui aurait vraiment besoin d'être refaite !
• sophie (5/5): - L'emplacement. Nous sommes arrivés à 23h 10 et on nous a demandé tout de suite 100 euros en espèces. Pendant 3 jours il n'y a pas eu de lumière dans le couloir. Notre arrivée tardive avait été acceptée ( de 22h à 23 h) . Et pour 10 minutes cela nous a coûté 100 euros. Même avec l'intervention de booking le propriétaire n'a rien voulu savoir. La dame à notre arrivée nous a dit qu'elle passerait tous les trois jours . Elle n'est repassée que 2 fois sur 12 nuits: Une première fois pour prendre les 100 euros et une deuxième fois. Faire bien attention aux arrivées tardives !

• Julia (5/5): Dobra lokalizacja, ale warunki jak w Airbnb - Ocena 5/10 wynika tylko z lokalizacji i dobrej kawy. Wszystkie najważniejsze atrakcje, w tym Watykan i Koloseum są w odległości max 30min spacerem. 3 minuty do Piazza Navona i 1 min do sklepu spożywczego W każdym kącie i półce gruba warstwa kurzu. Pod prysznicem grzyb w brodziku i na ścianach. Zamiast prysznica była deszczownica, więc woda ciągle leci człowiekowi na głowę i moczy włosy. Rozkładana sofa w salonie jest zarwana i na środku człowiek śpi w dziurze. Wszystkie ściany są brudne i nadają się do malowania. Na łóżkach nie ma kołder, tylko (nie wiadomo, czy prane) koce owinięte prześcieradłem. Całe mieszkanie nadaje się do remontu. Wygląda to tak, jakby właściciel udostępniał mieszkanie, w którym sam na co dzień przebywa.

Хостесата беше на наше разположение денонощно и оказваше необходимото съдействие. Благодарни сме и при следваща възможност ще се възползваме отново. Не намерихме недостатъци

• LILO (8/5): Bien - Emplacement exceptionnel , proche de la piazza navona, les commerces sont a proximite. Bon accueil , le logement est confortable et propre. La cafetiere nespresso est en fin de vie, elle fuit et mauvais reglage du cafe. Le systeme d ouverture de la porte un peu complexe quand on nous a pas explique son fonctionnement.

• Deákfalvi (10/5): Super cozy, clean, accommodation, the area is very quiet, I recommend it to everyone! - Very cozy apartment in the city center, a few steps from the important sights. The kitchen is well equipped, there is a washing machine and a dishwasher too. It was perfect for the three of us, we felt very well. As we are artists, we really liked the atmosphere and decoration of the apartment. It has the real Roman feel. We didn't mind the stairs. The communication was very nice and perfect,. Check-in and check-out was very easy. If we ever need a place to stay in Rome again, we would definitely stay here! Thanks for everything! The sofa bed creaks a bit, which woke me up several times during the night, but I'm a pretty bad sleeper.

• Ian (8/5): Great location and a nice sized apartment. - This apartment is in a very good location, with a lot of shops and restaurants in the nearby area. It is also centrally located for getting around the main areas of Rome. It is quite big but a little worn. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The walls need a paint and there was a light not working in the bathroom. The washing machine did not work and there were no tea towels.

• Alortg (1/5): Owner threatened me with kicking me out at 2 am - Place is nice, location is great. This apartment has a strict non-refundable policy 7 days before the check-in. On the 7th day pre check-in, I noticed that there was a 50euro fee extra for my 1 am arrival (I was traveling intercontinentally), which was not convenient. Nowadays everybody has a smart key, so why you are forced to pay 50 euro extra for your key! The building is full of other rentals with smart keys as well. I completely understand the strict policy, but wanted to ask to either cancel or modify my booking if possible. It's Rome, they will book it right away! There is no harm in asking. The manager first suggest to ask Booking, sort of offering me an option. I then asked Booking but that was pointless because the manager has zero intentions and set it for me to either lose the refund if cancel, or pay additional 100 euro if I wanted to come on day later. My stayed was 4 days, I wanted to switch all 1 day, so I could stay somewhere else the first day, closer to the airport and where in addition to the 150 euro per night, I didn't have to pay extra 50 euro! They locked the option so if I did that, I had to pay them extra 100 euro for the date changes!!! This was nonsense! I understood completely they had the non-refundable policy 7 days bef the dates, but I just wanted to communicate and find a solution. No solution was given. It would have been better for them to be transparent ans say: we don't accept it, rather than give the falso hope of a solution. Anyway, the mode was ruined as communication was complicated. The day of the check in, I arrived to the airport and confirmed I would be there at 1 am. The manager told me he would be there at 2 am, knowing that I had confirmed days in advance my arrival at 1 am! When he arrived, he wanted to restart the difficult communication, which I objected and stated 'I don't want to discuss', please receive the payment and leave. He was turning on the credit card machine for me to pay.
• Ieva (8/5): Nice location, fully equipped kitchen - - location close to all touristic places - cleaned - child chair - fully equipped kitchen - 3rd floor not very comfortable to bring stroller - mold in the bathroom - not very comfortable that bathroom is in the same room as sleeping room, so you could not use shower as a little one is sleeping. - ants in the kitchen While I booked this property review score was higher compared to the current, this made me worried. I would recommend to stay there couples or friends groups or with older children.

The host was very attentative, she was always willing to answer questions, arranged airport pick-ups and drop offs and came back to the apartment when I had left something inside after leaving. The bed and pillows were very uncomfortable, no spare pillows The apartment was right at the top of the building and the stairs were very dangerous to climb with a toddler and a buggy

• Pawel (2/5): Messy apartment - Location was superb. Everything except location. This apartment is very ugly, dirty and dust was everywhere. This is not fault of the lady who is responsible for cleaning because its highly need for renovation - in current condition staying there is a really bad and sad experience. All furnitures and devices are covered by dust and smell like cats lived there before. Also staircase was full of trash bins and smelly. It was one of the worst experience we have ever had. I cannot recommend other people to stay in there.

Thanks Franco for all your help!!! The sofa bed mattress was very bad. The coils were poking through and caused pain and discomfort. The entrance to the building and the interior of the apartment are outdated.
