• Paolo (10/5): Piccola fuga a Venezia - Appartamento in posizione strategica, a pochi minuti da Piazza San Marco, ma molto tranquillo. Le camere sono confortevoli, la cucina è veramente molto grande e spaziosa. I travi a vista sono un plus, come pure il prosecco e le ciabatte, sembrava di stare in Hotel. La persona che ha fatto il check-in con noi è stata davvero molto gentile, come pure la segreteria e il personale delle pulizie. Sarebbe stato bello poter soggiornare qualche giorno in più, speriamo di poter tornare. Non ho nulla di negativo da segnalare
• Michelle (3/5): The stay its self was “okay”, however we wouldn’t stay there again. The price is expensive for what you get (especially - The property was in a nice area however it is a long way from the train station, and the airport. You will have many bridges to cross/carry your luggage over. The place was very cold. We tried numerous times to get the heat to work, as well as the hot water with very little luck. The water would go from cold to warm with more cold than warm. You never got hot. We contacted them about the thermostat, nd the place being cold. The only answer we got was where the thermostat was which we already knew

• Thomas (10/5): - The location is awesome. The staff is very friendly and supportive if anything is needed. The apartment is very spacious. In particular, we enjoyed the large kitchen. With more than 4 persons, someone needs to sleep on the couch in the living room. We knew this before, so it was ok. However, the living room is just separated by a curtain from the entrance and the couch was already a bit too soft.

• Spandana (5/5): Unfortunately, despite the great location, our stay was disappointing due to serious issues with hot water, air conditio - The apartment was spacious and located very close to St. Mark’s Square, making it convenient to explore Venice on foot. There was no reliable hot water — the boiler constantly went into error mode and had to be reset several times, often still failing after a short while. The air conditioning in the master bedroom didn’t work, and the portable unit provided was also faulty. Because we had to leave windows open in the heat, we were constantly dealing with mosquitoes. Additionally, the shower head was broken, which made using the bathroom uncomfortable.

• Hassan (5/5): Passable - There was only air condition in one the rooms working, the rest of air conditioning weren't working and we had to open all the windows throughout nights to cool rooms down a bit, very uncomfortable throughout our stay, and the TV remote control didn't work and there were pieces of stone from broken floor tiles .

• Mikhail (5/5): I won't be staying there anymore. As a result, we spent significantly more money - We liked the location of the apartment, the view from the window and the kitchen. For Italy everything is pretty clean. Nearby are restaurants and shops. Grand Canal within walking distance We were deceived with Wi-Fi. This is very sad and regrettable, because they promised one thing, but in reality the Wi-Fi did not work at all, and the owner refused to fix it. I wrote - we didn’t promise you. Weak hot water pressure in the bathroom. Complete confusion with garbage disposal. At home in the kitchen there was no sugar, no tea, no water, no mosquito repellent tablets in normal quantities. Some electrical outlets do not work.

Very spacious 2 bedroomed apartment with sofa bed to accomodate up to 6 people. Air conditioning in all rooms. Lovely old beamed ceilings, yet modern facilities. A very good restaurant right next door. Apartment is located on an upper floor and nice and quiet. Everywhere clean A bottle of Prosecco and water provided - in the fridge, ready to drink! • Thomas (2/5): Very poor - Lage, Möbel Sink in bathroom was blocked, technicians came, could not repair problem but flooded the floor with chlorine liquid so socks and everything touching the floor got ruined. Repaired only day of departure and discount was only 50,-!!!

Air con was not working in the master bedroom even we asked to fix it at check in. all Aircon were an all type where you need to have windows open … quiet an heresy ! The street was very noisy with lots of mosquitoes. We had very bad sleep. To finish with : you have to take care of our own trashes … quiet ennoying especially knowing other house in Venise are taking care of it .
• Khan (1/5): hot and sticky mess - size and layout no AC instead given unit that had a huge pipe going out the window so window was bringing in hot air and cooler wasn’t keeping us cool. the whole apartment was hot and stuffy and hard to sleep in. despite complaints nothing major was done about it. I’m not sure how they get away with this considering the price we paid!!! hardest 3 nights I spent in Italy!!! book somewhere with good AC instead
