• Destinee (5/5): Good location, bad quality for the money you pay. - The location was great! The host communicated very well and was very kind. We were able to leave our luggage in the apartment before we could check in. The bathroom is extremely small. The WiFi doesn’t work on the second floor which I did read on the reviews and didn’t think it’d be a big deal, however it did make a difference in our stay. There were a lot of ants in the bathroom and in the living room. The AC doesn’t work very well, especially upstairs where the bedroom is. You can hear every little thing outside the apartment. It just overall felt dirty even after they cleaned it. Lastly, we weren’t able to check in until about 1630 because the cleaning staff were behind on cleaning rooms. I understand this but when you get off of a 10.5 hour flight you want to get settled into your residence as soon as you are able to. So when we arrived the apartment hadn’t been cleaned yet and we were told to take keys and come back. But then we had to leave the restaurant we were eating at to walk the keys back so the housekeeper could get into the apartment after being told we could take the keys. So we waited even longer. There was nothing we could do as the apartment needed to be cleaned. Overall I don’t recommend this place. It is good for the location. The host was apologetic and kind so we do appreciate her for that.
• Heather (10/5): Perfect location in charming Month neighborhood, lovely, spacious apartment - We stayed in this same apartment last year. This year we spent 3 weeks there! We love the Monti area, it tends to be quieter than other areas, its charming & close to everything. The Forum & the Colosseum are just blocks away, there are great restaurants, & groceries...An American movie was filmed one day right outside our window. It is made for Apple or Amazon about Muhammad Ali, when he was in Rome to compete in the Olympics in the 60's. Watch it & you'll see the street where the apartment is. Cleaning was included twice during our 3 week stay which was greatly appreciated. Nice kitchen, well-equipped, we fixed eggs & toast every morning. Be cautious with the stairs from the main floor to the bedroom.
• Frank (8/5): Ein gelungener Urlaub! - Die Klimaanlage war sehr nützlich. Der Zugang im Erdgeschoss ebenfalls angenehm. Die Lage generell ist sehr zentral und nur einen Steinwurf vom Colosseum entfernt. Gleiches galt auch für den sehr gut sortierten Supermarkt mit Käse- und Wursttheke und den Bäcker. Parkplätze in Fussreichweite und außerhalb der ZTL Zone. Schlafsofa war, wie bei den meisten nicht so komfortabel wie ein richtiges Bett (insbesondere die Matratze)

• Michelle (7/5): Great location in a safe and secure apartment block. Anna was very responsive and helpful with any questions and request - The location was close to the colosseum and other landmarks such as Trevi fountain and the wedding cake. It was a secure location and we felt safe staying there as a family. If you opened up the windows in the living area it had a lovely cool breeze throughout the apartment in the afternoon . The fridge was not cold enough and no freezer. One side of the stove top didn’t work. Shutters in the living room were broken so it let light in, which was ok if you didn’t have anyone sleeping there.

• Armanda (9/5): Great location and value for money - The location is great, the information for self check in is very detailed and the apartment is good as well. You have a small kitchen and even a washing machine. The only comment i would make is the AC, as we had someone sleeping in the 1st floor where the AC was and it was cool. But it was a bit hot to sleep during this weather in the 2nd floor with a little fan that doesn’t help a lot

It was quiet and clean The bedroom was upstairs and the bathroom was downstairs. It was inconvenient. The AC in the bedroom could not be turned up beyond low - it was OK - but not great - we were lucky it wasn't hotter outside. The wi-fi worked well downstairs, but not in the bedroom.

• Heather (9/5): Fabulous apartment, wonderful location! - The location is fabulous, close to the Colosseum & Roman Forum. Great restaurants everywhere in the neighborhood. We bought eggs & cooked breakfast every morning in the well-equipped kitchen. We got to know the local fruit guy & the lady with bread & cheese. We really enjoyed staying 2+ weeks at the start of our travels. Marco the host was quick to respond to questions & check-in & out were easy using the video. The apartment is on the ground floor which is great but the stairs up to the bedroom are steep. Just be careful not to slip.

• Michele (7/5): Very good choice for exploring Rome! - Location was great! In a very old part of town right next to the major attractions! Very quaint! There was firm mattress, so we slept well. There were many grocery stores and restaurants within walking distance. The manager helped out tremendously by arranging to and from taxi services for us. The bathroom and shower was too small for me. No basic supplies - dish soap, clean sponge, paper towel. Bedroom was on the second level up some very steep stairs that were hard to navigate at night if you had to use the bathroom.
• Miloš (5/5): An interesting apartment with a beautiful location, but it's too expensive for what it offers. - Location is amazing, in the center of Rome on a quiet street. Everything seems close from this place. Entering the apartment was very easy without meeting the owners. The set of furniture is different from what is shown in the picture, and there are also missing carpets and a small table in the living room. Bring some slippers with you because you will be walking on an old brick floor, which is authentic for Rome.

• John (9/5): Authentic and comfortable in great locale. - Location was brilliant, close enough to almost everything to walk it. Apartment was authentic and classic and well appointed. Hosts were very responsive and helping. Front security pad and door could be a little tricky at times. One small negative as well - stairway to bedroom is quite steep and long and may not suit older people(we're early 60's and it was just ok). But we loved our stay and we love Roma!!

• Andrew (9/5): We stayed for two nights and found it easy to explore the Ancient Roman sites and the Vatican - The location was excellent - walking distance from the Forum, Metro stations and bus stops, and close to a selection of good local restaurants. The access to the apartment felt very secure. We appreciated the historic quality of the building as well as the modern decor. The kitchen was well-equipped and the shower was reliable.

A completely amazing apartment, on two levels, super practical, and modern cozy Roman chique, located in very quiet ROMAntique alley, that looks and feels like it should be out of a Fellini movie, with everyday Romans living and working, but literally minutes from a bustling scene with gazillions of great restaurants, cozy little pizzerias, and an easy 20 min stroll to the colosseum, Trevi fountain, etc. Paola the host is a treasure, reachable 24 hours and made us feel like we were old friends visiting. We couldn't think of a better location, better apartment or better host. Want to have the time of your life Rome, take that apartment, friends !!! Are you kidding ? What didn't we like in heaven ?
