Guest Reviews
- Ewelina (10/5): -
- Agata (9/5): Nice small place perfect for staying and enjoying Milan - Convenient location with good public transport

- Hara (5/5): Disappointing - It was right at a bus stop and you could see the park from outside. Kind of quiet neighborhood with mini market and restaurant really close. The room seemed really cozy and warm in the photos, which wasn't really the case. It was an old building, the house door had a broken handle hanging from it. Inside the room there was a wardrobe which was locked and it kind of creeped me out. There were some extra pillows and a blanket but they didn't really seem clean and they had no pillowcases on. The sink had soap drizzles when we got in before we even used it. The top of the trash can in the bathroom had broken so we couldn't really push it to get it open, we needed to open it with our hands. Half of the dishes and kitchen utensils had stuff on them as if they hadn't been washed ans we couldn't really wash them because there wasn't a dish sponge anywhere in the house. The bed barely fitted two people. It was short and thin/not spacey. Last but not least, the A/C wasn't functioning effectively. We had to set it at 23°C and let it run for at least half an hour to get something somehow warm out of it while outside the temperature was 5°C.

- Katrin (8/5): - Добра локация. Удобни спирки на градския транспорт.
- Alessandro (7/5): -
- Maddy (6/5): Simple and clean, not perfect but does the trick. - The owner was lovely - she came to the apartment twice, firstly as we were unable to get in (instructions stated to turn the handle to the right, it's actually to the left just FYI) and then again when we discovered we had no hot water. The studio is spacious, bed is comfortable, aircon functional, kitchen well equipped.
Only 15-20min walk to Porta Romano with lots of good cafes, restaurants and bars. Be aware of the distance from the centre/train station is approx 1hr walk or 30mins by transport.
Balcony is a tiny square accessible through bathroom its not really usable but not much that can be done there.
Unlucky and not really to the fault of the owner but want to note that we had no hot water in the bathroom for our 2 night stay as hot water service was broken so we were unable to shower. The owner is aware and has organised for repairs/part replacement for next guests. She did offer for us to shower at another apartment 10 min walk away but we weren't overly comfortable with that so just made do for our short stay.
- Elisabetta (9/5): - La sig.ra Simonetta è stata molto cortese e disponibile e ha accolto tutte le nostre richieste.
- Antonio (8/5): Abbastanza bene - Ottima Letto un po piccolo
- Mandawi (7/5): Pleasant stay. The location is good. Close to the center - Everything is good. Noise coming from the front park.
- Nikita (10/5): Exceptional - For the budget that was asked, this was excellent. The apartment was very clean, the location was great. Nothing really
- Edeea (10/5): Great accommodation - Everything was great for us, the room was bigger than I expected, the location super easy to find and access. Very clean room, comfortable bed, very quiet area. The balcony was very small and the entrance was through the bathroom, however, it wasn't something to bother us
- Nadia (5/5): Passable - Automated self check in and check out along with door lock through app. It's a studio, not an apartment. It has a tiny balcony attached to the bathroom so almost not usable. It was not very clean and there was some mold in the bathroom. Pretty decent size room and a narrow bathroom. Very basic kitchen equipment. The furniture is pretty out dated and used. The walls\ ceiling could be in a better condition. Not cozy at all. The host was replying pretty fast to my messages before the free cancelation expired and almost disappeared after that. We were not provided with the apartment floor and number in advance of our arrival, just the address through the automated check in process. The parking situation is not very good, no parking spots no matter of the time of the day.
- Nikola (7/5): Good -
- Diego (7/5): Good - In general, our stay was good, but I think the host’s assistance was rather poor.
We had to use a code-based system to access the building where our apartment was. The host didn’t provide us with the code to enter the building until a few minutes before we arrived, and only because we texted her through WhatsApp on our way to Milan. We arrived in Milan at 11.30 pm, which only made it worse.
On the first night, where was an explosion-like noise on the hall of our floor, followed by other noises of objects moving and people talking. This was at around 4.30 am.
- Konstantin (7/5): Good apartment, i recommend. - A relatively inexpensive (if you can say that about Milan) option. Quite convenient location, there is a bus stop nearby, and the tram is also close. The apartment has everything you need - washing machine, kitchen utensils. Overall the impression is positive. I can recommend this apartment, unless of course you are a count or marquis.
In order to get into the apartment, you must first download the application and upload a passport photo, i.e. you have to spend some time to understand how all this works, but then the door opens and closes by pressing a button on your smartphone. the apartment is located in an ordinary residential building and finding the right door for the first time was not easy. There are no identifying marks on the door. In addition, we must not forget that floor 1 in Italy is actually 2, because the ground floor is number 0.
Besides, It's time to replace some of the kitchen utensils.
- Rafal (5/5): Passable - Close to public transport Place its outdated, apartment was not cleaned properly,
- Kazumi (4/5): inadequacy - I could contact a management woman when l was in trouble.
The bus stop was in front of the apartment.
It faced the park and the view from the window was good. I couldn’t enter the room without people’s help because the way of opening the electronic key was different from it was taught in the video, The actual way to unlock the door wasn’t to turn right , but to turn left.
After the first power outage, there was second power outage even though I restricted the use of electric appliances. It was inconvenient because I could use only one kitchen appliance.
Even though I pointed out l inadequacy of the electric system but they didn’t look at it.
- Susan (7/5): Good - Nice appartment in a rural area of Milan. Little restaurants nearby as well as a few supermarkets. Easy to get to and from the centre by public transport. We slept with 3 adults, one on the sofabed. Airco in the bedroom was fantastic! Our locked bike got stolen from the back of the car, so watch out what you leave on/in the car!
- Harith (10/5): Exceptional -
- Sciberras (9/5): Superb -
- Noah (7/5): Clean but could do with freshing up. - It was very clean and I loved the towels. Probably best I have ever had. Staff were friendly. The bathroom definitely needed refreshing. Paint peeling on ceiling. Shower blocked easily and there was a plunger to un block it. Not very nice at all. Think that could be improved. Sound carried from upstairs a lot.
- Martina (8/5): So nice - It was a good location with a lot of different public transport options that go to the centre, Duomo and etc. The apartment was cute, clean, had almost everything you would need.
- Ilya (10/5): Exceptional -
- Juliana (6/5): Pleasant -
- Roy (10/5): Cute apartment in a quiet neighborhood - Very cute apartment in a nice location. The balcony facing the park with a little table and chairs was such a lovely place to have some wine and relax. As someone who takes off my shoes in the house I wish the floors were a little cleaner.
- Tonina (6/5): I feel disappointed. Not worth the price we paid - The location is near bus station We arrived 15min before the check in and were not allowed to enter the building though . We had a difficulty to use the digital code sent by the property owner and she only sent a whats app without even asking if we were able to enter the appartment. You will find nothing : no bottle of water , no coffee , no body shampoo . The bid is small and the pillows are not comfortable at all .
- Piotr (9/5): Superb - I cannot find apartment door number on booking
Luckily we find it as a luck
- Shegy (6/5): Pleasant - bars and restaurants nearby noisy and far away from city centre
- Daria (10/5): Exceptional -
- Mirjana (10/5): Exceptional -
- Jimmy (9/5): Superb -
- Gulevski (9/5): Superb -
- Murtaza (7/5): Good -
- Eternal333 (7/5): Good -
- Elad (8/5): Very good -
- Helkusia (9/5): Superb -
- Anonymous (7/5): Good -
- Shantanu (8/5): Good family stay in Milan - All the things are there except microwave oven, bus stop is nearby There is no mention of flat number Or floor which created confusion initially
- Brenda (9/5): Superb -
- Ivana (7/5): Good - TV wasn’t working and I didn’t understand how to set it up…
- Mario (7/5): Good - Host responsiveness Area
- Anna (8/5): Very good - The appartment is nice, super clean, good location with easy access to public transport, everything worked properly, excellent for this price. I had a great time there and would certainly recommend it for a short stay and with a small budget. It was not clear on which floor the appartent is, which complicated the check-in process. Also it was not very convenient to have to use a smartphone and need internet connection to open the door to the house - can be a problem if you have instable connection or run out of battery. Also the check-out was at 11, but the electronic key stopped wirking at 10, so I was not able to close the door anymore. Also there were no small pots in the kitchen, only huge ones, which is somewhat impractical in such a vacation apartment and when traveling alone.
- Linh (10/5): The house was very comfortable, the host is super nice, helps me with everything and even let us stay longer because of - it’s clean and has most things you need, and near the bus there was no detergent but that was okay
- Renaud (7/5): Good -
