• Kevin (9/5): Rooftop terrace - It is so close to the Trevi Fountain and central to see many Roman sites. The patio is amazing for sitting out on a hot afternoon in the shade. The bed is comfy. Arianna was awesome to deal with. We had an issue with hot water and she was right on it. Excellent service. It is very safe with a locking gate. This is on the top floor and has 70 steep, narrow steps to get to the apartment. This could be a lot for some folks especially after a long day of walking around Rome.
• Amit (9/5): - First of all we like the host (Arianna), she was very kind, helpful and flexible. Second, Location is fantastic near Fountain, Metropolitan, Bus stops, Hoopin busses, you can freely go to rome any part very quickly using Metro. Third Penthouse is beautiful, limelight is terrace, you can seat in the morning and evening I highly recommended 👌 Only drawback is penthouse on 4th floor without Lift, After long day walk feel tired taking stairs 😴

• Alvaro (10/5): - La terraza del apartamento era ideal, desayuné todos los días ahí. La ubicación era espectacular, a 5 min de la fontana de Trevi, fui andando a todos lados. Las estaciones de Barberini y Termino también cerca andando. Y Arianna un encanto de persona, nos ayudó en todo y fue muy comprensiva
• Pia (6/5): Bra läge, sköna sängar, modernt kök - hemsk lukt från duschen, vissna blommor, smutsiga täcken! - Området var bra, lägenhetens kök var mycket fräscht, skönt med en stor balkong på ca 15 kvm, bra sängar Täcken och kuddar var smutsiga, det luktade mycket illa från badrummet/duschen, balkongen var helt i norr så aldrig någon sol. balkongen hade mycket ogräs vid staketet och en väldigt möglig lång vattenslang. Det fanns 15 blomlådor på balkongen och utanför fönstren, tre av dem var tomma och trasiga och i de 12 andra var det bara ogräs eller döda vissna blommor. Det var 5 långa trappor att gå upp för varje dag till 5:e våningen!

• Claudia (7/5): - The apartment was spacious, comfortable, modern, well-equipped, and in an excellent location. You could walk to almost all the points of interest. The bed was very comfortable, and the shower worked great. It was also very quiet. The reservation had conditions that, while I respect and understand them, my criticism is that they were not stated beforehand: checking out after 8 p.m. has an additional cost of EUR 30, there is a tourist tax that also has to be paid in cash (which I didn’t have on me at the time of check-in), and it’s a fifth floor with no elevator. I want to clarify again: it’s not that I’m against these things (the host is absolutely entitled to set their conditions), I just would have liked to know them before making a non-refundable reservation to avoid any inconvenience
• Craig Gilby (8/5): Very central location. - This is in a great location. Walking distance to most of the tourist attractions. I would certainly recommend it. There are 74 steps to the front door which can be quite taxing. People just need to be aware of this. No tv in the lounge room either.

• Michael (9/5): Superb - Everything was great Too many stairs to climb (75) without the use of an elevator. This should be stipulated in the owners site. Many elderly and people with bad or sore limbsp would not be able to make the climbing comfortably.
• Susan (10/5): A second home in the heart of an amazing city. - Fantastic location, right in the heart of the city. Close to a metro station and within a decent walk of many of the most popular attractions. Extremely comfortable and well appointed, the apartment was our sanctuary at the end of each day. Our host was so welcoming and gave us great advice on where to visit and which restaurants to use. If you like Italian fashion, you're close to some great shopping areas too. We will definitely book again for our next visit. The apartment is on the fourth floor and there is no lift. This was not a problem for us, but felt it worth mentioning for those with mobility challenges.
• Suzy (7/5): Great value...couple tweeks to make it excellent - Everything accept there was no television and the heat needs to be better adjusted. Also, we were never told we were 5-6 floors up and the elevator is only good for one bag of luggage. See above -Arianna was very nice and helpful. Location was great!
• Dh100 (7/5): With potential, but disappointing - Terrace Location Late check in fee of 20 Euro Terrace furniture and terrace floor were totally dirty on arrival. A cleaning service was sent by the team. We were announced the service for 8 am but they were told 9 am. Very unorganized and annoying. The sofa is completely worn out and stained. Table mats were completely dirty and absolutely disgusting. Only 1 wine glass available. So drinking wine together in the evening was not possible. No one seems to care what condition the equipment in the kitchen cabinets is in. The apartment does not seem thoroughly cleaned.
• Claire (8/5): brilliant location, great spacious apartment! - The location was brilliant, really central to historic centre. Getting keys, hotel transfer was all so easy. The transfer excellent value at €60 as standard taxi fare was €50. spacious, clean and quiet the balcony was amazing but ALL ugly weeds growing out of about 9 different flower boxes on balcony and windows- a shame the balcony has huge potential!stunning

We stayed at home for four nights and five days. they had left only two half toilet papers as a replacement material. It wasn't enough for us as we stayed four nights and five days. When we asked the host for delivery, we got the answer that they didn't help us, this is not a hotel, if you don't like it, you can leave, and we left very sadly. they can't fulfill even a simple request and they are rude.
