• PIN SYUAN (8/5): 雖然熱水不知道為什麼不太穩定，也需要爬樓梯，但整體來說位置很方便，在市區逛逛隨時可以回住宿休息，有任何問題都可以用WhatsApp 問房東～ - 位置離聖母百花聖殿很近，有任何問題房東的回覆也很迅速！ 1. 熱水有時候不太穩定，換人洗澡中間需間隔1小時左右所以有時候會需要早上洗澡😂 2. 沒有電梯，需扛行李爬一層樓～
• YONGCHU (9/5): 有家的感觉 - 房间很大，很干净，就在中心地带 半夜有点吵
• Shih-chou (9/5): Duomo in 2 minutes - Extremely close to Duomo, very central in the old town. Convenient for life and visiting tourist hotspots. with Reasonable price and easy check-in smaller in space, not very cooling air conditioner no laundry machine.

• Janet (9/5): - The location is fantastic. The property is pretty and spacious for 4 people staying. The shower for hot water wasnt very stable for the first 2 nights, but then it fixed after. The air conditioning is a bit weak for the heat wave, but I guess it's still way better compared to many places in Europe. At least there is an air conditioner. If there's a washing machine, this will be a bonus.
• Xin (9/5): - In the heart of the city, walking distance to every place, la cathedral is 1mins away, one of the best steak house just downstairs. The only inconvenience is the noise at night but it is normal considering the location. Cristhian is very nice and responsive. We enjoyed the stay!

Kitchen had everything needed and show was also large enough Had to take the rubbish out at the end which required an app to be downloaded and t registered. Something that rhe host and cleaning fee should cover as it was a little confusing. But once you figure out the system it was easy.

• Chloe (10/5): Would definitely stay again! - Staff were great with communication, in an amazing location right in the centre of everything, great facilities in the apartment. A bit noisy due to the central location.
• Lewis (8/5): Close to amenities and top attractions - The location is fabulous, right at the heart of the city. Minutes away from attractions and food. The uffizi and river is around 10 minutes walk away. Regarding the apartment, it's spacious enough for two people and is on the first floor. Bed is comfortable, there is heating, closet space, kettle, coffee maker and cooking utensils and kitchenware. Private bathroom also fine with fresh towels and Instant hot water for showers - but bring your own shampoo and gel. One issue about being so centrally located is the street it's on does get noisy at night, but also very early in the morning. The windows didn't really soundproof the apartment and even with earplugs I still awoke around 6am every morning. I think it's only fair to mention this. Like someone else mentioned, there were no tea towels! Though there is a sponge and washing liquid (we did not use the dishwasher).
• Marina (10/5): We spent a lovely time in Florence! - Borgo 20 was located within a half a block of Santa Maria del Fiore which made it a great landmark for us as we made our way to and from our destinations. It was centrally located and there were so many things to see and do right around the apartment. The apartment was very well equipped and the host was so friendly and kind. The area is very lively and the apartment was surprisingly very sound proof, so getting rest was not a problem. We took a tour of Santa Maria del Fiore which included access to the terrace of the duomo. Wow! The views are spectacular from up there. Just a word of warning, there are some steep steps leading to the apartment on the first floor. There really isn't anything that could be done to make it better as the building is an older building. It just may not be a good choice for someone who is not that physically able.

• Constantinos (7/5): Nice apartment in the heart of Florence but be prepared for the noise. - The location was amazing and it has air conditioning which is important during the hot summer. Has everything you need and a supermarket across the building (to buy water etc). Comfortable bed was another plus. The sound isolation is very poor (the building is old) and the cleaning was acceptable but could be better. If you value your sleep or come with small children I would not recommend it as it’s extremely loud even at late hours. The only quiet hours was between 02.00-05.00. And I am talking about real constant noise! Also there is no elevator and the stairs are a bit steep which makes it difficult going in with travel cases. Both noise and lack of elevator are not the owners fault but are things to consider. Another thing that was mentioned even in older reviews and it still hasn’t changed is the “one paper roll” in the toilet and the lack of soap in the toilet.

• Noel (7/5): Overall happy with our stay. You definitely feel you are staying in central Rome - Central location, close to train station. Nice clean roomy studio with large kitchen counter. Bed comfortable. Most amenities available. Host Leila very efficient and easy to communicate with. Due to location being central- overlooks restaurants- very noisy at night and early morning. Quite steep entrance stairs if you have mobility issues. Bathroom sink did not drain well, safe was locked so couldn’t use. Would have been nice to have a kitchen towel- or maybe we just couldn’t find it. I’m sure some of these things will be fixed
• Florencia (1/5): DO NOT STAY HERE!!! THEY ROBBED US! - Nothing. THEY ARE THIEFS. THEY STOLLEN FROM US. When we were out of the apartment someone broke in with the CODE that only us and the OWNERS were supposed to know (none of the doors were forced). They took our luggage with all our belongings, passport (that we need to return to out country) and a lot of cash!! Worst place I’ve ever stayed. THEY ARE THEIFS. THEY STOLLEN FROM US. When we were out of the apartment someone broke in with the CODE that only us and the OWNERS were supposed to know. THEY DIDN’T EVEN WANT TO REFUND US FOR OUR STAY.

Clean and spacious and really brilliant place to stay!! This is probably nitpicking, but the only thing I can think of was couldn't find tea towels

It would have been helpful to have had more printed information in the apartment about the surroundings, where to buy groceries, etc. FYI Maintenance needs to be done on the toilet seat, kitchen tap and surrounding tiles. More than one small toilet roll for 3 nights would be good.

• David (10/5): Great location, clean and comfortable - Great clean apartment right in the heart of beautiful Florence. Location was fab, near all the local attractions. Mercato definitely worth a visit for food and drink! I expected it to be noisy as had read the reviews, but wasn’t as bad as I expected. More the noise of the rubbish collectors than anything else. Would recommend this for a stay in Florence. Nothing, perfect location and clean apartment for a short stay in Bologna. Then entrance stairs are a bit steep, so be warned if heavy luggage or not so good on your feet!

• Susan (10/5): highly recommended and very warm and welcoming hosts. - the location was perfect, an easy 10 minute walk from the train station with luggage. 2 minutes from the Duomo and 10 from the Ufizzi. The apartment was charming, clean and comfortable. it would have been nice to have a tea towel in the kitchen or paper towels to dry the dishes.
• Wendy (10/5): Excellent stay in the historic centre of Florence. - The apartment is right in the hub of the historic centre. It is very busy and lively. Restaurants right outside the door were excellent. The apartment is large and nicely furnished. Bed is comfortable. Our host met us at the door and aloud us to check in early . Everything in the apartment was great but the stairs up to the apartment were difficult with suitcases as very steep and shallow steps as it is an old building.Also as in the heart of the city it is noisy at night.

Bed one of the comfiest I’ve ever stayed in. Everything you could possibly need included as well as a fully functional kitchen The shower wasn’t very stable. Kept falling off the hook. May need a screw tightening
• Benjamin (10/5): This property is the full package - great location, comfortable conditions & great service! - Firstly the location of the property was second to none! Being so close to all the main attractions, restaurants and gelato was a amazing! The property only then continued to amaze! The bed was incredible comfortable, the bathroom was gorgeous and the kitchen had everything we would need, even a coffee machine! The only thing that could have been better was the power of the shower, but I have to say it was still fantastic!
• Rggk (7/5): Brilliant, but needs a new mattress - If you have been staying in hotel rooms so far, this is a palazzo. Technically, it is a one-room studiov, but the broom, dining room, living room, and bedroom in one, is pleasantly large. The bathroom is down a corridor at the end of which, past the entrance and bathroom is a wall-sized cupboard with full-length mirrors over the doors, a fine touch. It’s like traversing from one wing to the other of Windsor Palace, or Palazzo Pitti. There’s a fully equipped kitchen, which I didn’t use. There was a problem with the heat, which was solved in a few hours. The proprietor is concerned that everything works well. It’s a refurbished apartment inside an old building, so I should add that there’s a flight of stairs to go up, about a third longer than usual today and much steeper. The hot water is adequate, though not abundant. The bed was lumpy, and I got a little back pain, but we all know how to find an intact seam on an old mattress, and when I found that, the problem was gone. The mattress should be replaced. The location is fun; you are on a bustling street in the center of it all. There is street noise through the night, but oddly constant and low-key enough not to keep you awake. It’s a joy to look out the window in the morning.

• Cheryl (8/5): Great location and apartment as long as you're a deep sleeper! - The property was extremely well located and very well set up. We ate out (Italy!) but if you didn't choose to, the kitchen had all you'd need. The owner assumed that because we were two people that we would want only one bed even though I booked this property because it had two beds. I am a mum and was travelling with my adult daughter. When we first arrived there was talk of charging us more to use the second bed (that was not made up) but they did not, which was the right decision!! It was very noisy. First from the restaurants below being open very late and then from the carts on the cobble stones headed to market very early. 2am -6am was the only time without street noise.
• Kevan (8/5): super location with great style and creature comforts - walk everywhere! - only two minutes from Duomo in the heart of Firenze - a home from home after a day’s foot slogging the sights goes with the turf - it’s a lively Italian city centre borgo with everything needed just outside the window - so close the shutters and only the cathedral bells will disturb you
