• efr70 (6/5): - Céntrico y limpio Muchísimo ruido, está a pie de calle sin apenas ventilación. Se escucha durante toda la noche las motos y coches que pasan a 5 metros de la cama.
• Isabelle (8/5): Belle expérience à Naples - La proximité du centre historique et le côté sympa de l appartement, jolie déco, parfait pour découvrir la ville! Le fait que ce soit un Rez de chaussé, donc peu lumineux et porte d entrée difficile à ouvrir, il nous a fallu un peu de patience …. 😀

• Luciana (10/5): - La struttura si trova nel cuore pulsante di Napoli, tutto a portata di mano e tutto molto pratico, un ringraziamento speciale all’host che è stato oltremodo gentilissimo e super disponibile riguardo a ogni nostra richiesta e dubbio! Ci siamo trovate benissimo sicuramente torneremo nei suoi appartamenti! Super consigliato

• Raquel (9/5): Nos dejó unos bollitos y agua, fue un gesto muy agradable. - Muy acogedor!
• Judit (9/5): Barátságos, központi helyen fekvő lakás, gondos házigazda. - A szállás nagyon központi helyen található, több nevezetesség (pl. Napoli Sotterranea) egy karnyújtásnyira van csak tőle. A Via dei Tribunali-ból nyíló utcácska viszonylag csendes, nyugodt. Ha pedig nyüzsgésre vágyik az ember, ott a Tribunali az éttermeivel, kávézóival és süteményes bottegáival. Közel a San Gregorio Armeno, Spaccanapoli, kényelmes sétával a via Duomo, via Toledo, a piazza Plebiscito és a kikötő. A barátságos és praktikusan kialakított lakás két embernek kifejezetten kényelmes, de egy harmadiknak is van egy kihúzható fotelágy. A vendéglátó, Salvatore figyelmes, gondos házigazda. A kulcs megtalálása egy kicsit nehezen ment, nem volt egyértelmű, hogy mire vonatkozik pontosan az üzenetben kapott leírás.

• Giorgia (6/5): Buon alloggio se desideri visitare il centro di Napoli e i monumenti e attrazioni vicine al centro. Essendo molto piccol - Posizione strategica per visitare il centro di Napoli con tutto a portata di mano. Non così centrale però da sentire il rumore delle tante persone che frequentano il centro ad ogni ora del giorno. Posto carino, ben arredato, con aria condizionata funzionante, cucina piccola ma con il necessario per restare un paio di giorni a Napoli avendo l’esigenza di preparare cose in appartamento. Buona anche la posizione molto vicina del supermercato con tutto il necessario. L’appartamento è molto piccolo e la cosa più scomoda è risultata il bagno, senza finestre e senza bidet. Anche la doccia estremamente piccola e con acqua non sempre calda o calda ad intermittenza. TV con pochi canali visibili. Poca insonorizzazione che fa sentire tutto quello che accade a fianco e in strada.
• Johnbmcr (10/5): Perfectly Located Studio in historical Neapolis Modern and so close to everything! - This compact studio apartment is exactly as described: well equipped, modern, and ideally situated in Naples’ historic district. Just steps away from shops, bars, nightlife, museums, and countless archaeological sites, it’s a fantastic base for exploring the city.  Naples’ excellent public transport makes it easy to venture further—visit Vesuvius, Capri, or Herculaneum with ease. Don’t miss the funicular up to the castle for breathtaking views of the bay!  The host’s communication was excellent, and check-in instructions were clear. Salvatore, his sister, and the neighbors were wonderfully welcoming—they truly made us feel at home.  We loved our short stay and would happily return. Highly recommended!  Thank you, John & John  all good

• Melisa (4/5): Disappointing - The location is perfect The bathroom is pretty small and didn’t have enough water. So the sink didn’t function properly and to flush the toilet was very very slow and difficult. The apartment would be better only for two people instead of three
• Fujun (10/5): Great location, great host, amazing time. - Amazing location right in the center of it all. Highly recommend you stay here if you are interested in exploring the historic center of Naples or the National Archaeological Museum of Naples. The host is very friendly and communicates well. Place is a bit cozy as we were 3 people, though if it were just 2, I think it would have been fine.

The property was in the Historical Centre, near everything, tidy and chic. High humidity and a smell of mould; there was no network signal, we had to stand in the road to connect :) The bathroom was very tiny.
• Maria (8/5): Very good - The flat is in the historic center so everything is super close. The host was also amazing. He left us to welcome us some sfogliatelle and also took care to provide us with espresso. Would definitely recommend this place to friends. The night was a bit noisy because the flat faces the street.

The communication was smooth, we got clear instructions and the check in was easy. The bathroom is small and quite humid which though is quite unavoidable in older Napolitan buildings and separation from the other room doesn't offer the best privacy. For us it was still ok but can be good to know. I

Host even left some traditional pastries which was a lovely surprise! Bathroom was very compact & shower was small but didn’t cause us any problems and was a good use of the space
• Lisa (10/5): Wonderful apartment in Napoli City Centre - Thank you for a wonderful stay! The apartment is bright and has everything you need in an unbearable location! The self check in was extremely smooth with Salvatore and his sister in hand if you needed anything. The delicious pastry and bottle of water on arrival were a fantastic, welcoming treat! Would definitely stay here again! Nothing!

• Dorota (8/5): Great location and host! - Great location and host! Some sfogliatelle was waiting for us on the table which was super nice. The appartment is really small, but very beautiful and cozy. It's very loud, cause the appartment is on the ground floor in the historic center, so it;s a good idea to take stoppers. There was 1 cockroach, but I guess its quite normal in such location on the grount floor.
• Charlotte (2/5): Very poor - The studio is located in the historical centre of Naples, so if you enjoy a bustling and crowded environment, it can be great fun. The host replied quickly when we informed them of a problem with the toilet cistern. The host left us delicious Neapolitan pastries for our arrival, which was very kind, even the flies couldn't put us off from eating them! The studio was very dirty upon arrival, and we instantly noticed mould and hairs in the shower, along with fruit flies all over the place and small ants in a corner of the bathroom. The bed also had a previous occupant's hair under the sheets, and there were coffee stains and splashes on some walls. There is one single door that separates the bed where you sleep from the road directly outside, so even with very good earplugs you will hear the traffic and people shouting at night. During our stay, the toilet flush malfunctioned, and thankfully the host called a plumber to come relatively quickly, 9 to 10 hours later. However, the malfunction still persisted, and we were forced to leave the location to find a hotel, as spending 36 hours without a working toilet is not very pleasant. I feel like all the facilities are showing heavy signs of ageing, like the toilet flush for example, and the host may not see a problem with it, but nothing really looks like it does in the presentation photos any more, and the overall experience staying there feels very sub-par.
