• Mpho (9/5): Cozy cocoon for the weary traveller - Flat is in excellent condition.modern amenities.Clean lines and well looked after. I arrived at night and it felt like a cozy cocoon with a carefully chosen palette of soft earthy tones. Bathroom is spacious with great fittinhs im brushed aluminium. Host was very accommodating too! I think it needs a bit more artificial light during the day and a makeup /shaving mirror

• Ella (9/5): - Sehr schönes, modernes und sauberes Appartment. Die Lage ist Top. Der Parkplatz ist sicher im geschlossenen Hof. Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich. Ein kleiner Nachteil war leider, dass wir nicht genügend warmes Wasser zum Duschen hatten.

• Herbert (10/5): Great stay and communication - The owner was very communicative and flexible on check in and out. The parking is a great plus and the location close to Navigli and the TeamNL house was perfect for us. Balcony in the sun was also great plus. Nothing, although it was strange to see that although the apartment was recently renovated, some things were already lose, not working properly.

• bianca (6/5): - Lokatie was echt top! Gastheer ook had veel tips voor de omgeving Verbouwing in het appartement eronder! Voor 200 per nacht verwacht je niet dat er vanaf 8 uur ‘s ochtends gedrild en gehamerd wordt! Wij hadden dit graag bij het inchecken gehoord, zodat je keus had! Hierdoor vonden wij het verblijf echt een stuk minder aangenaam .

Y agua, bebidas frías y café!! Un precioso detalle de bienvenida La cama no es muy cómoda y el sofá cama pequeño e incómodo también. No tiene microondas.

• Alexandra und Steffen (8/5): Modern, gut ausgestattet, sicher - Sehr modern, sauber und gut ausgestattet, bspw. elektrische Rolläden. Zudem eine schöne Dusche mit separatem WC. Eine Wohnung in einer in sich geschlossenen Wohnanlage. Mit abgeschlossenem Parkplatz im Innenhof. Zentral gelegen, um Mailand zu erkunden. Sehr sympathischer Gastgeber, freundlich und zuverlässig. Selbst der Kühlschrank war gefüllt. Sehr hellhörig. Wir mussten dies leider erfahren, da ca. 1:30 Uhr in der Nacht eine Dame in ihre Wohnung über uns kam, ca. 1 Stunde mit Holzschuhen oder Pumps die Wohnung auf den Kopf stellte, um dann endlich schlafen zu gehen. Unsere Nacht war nahezu vorüber. So ist dies wohl in einem älteren Haus.

Staff were helpful in trying to organise airport transfers. Easy access to public transport to get in to the city. Walking distance to Navigli area. Black mould was growing on the walls near the heater. Check-in process was not as efficient as it could have been: agreed to meet the host at 2pm but was informed when we were already at the property that they were 30 minutes late so we had to wait outside with our luggage for this time.

IMHO 25€ is a HEFTY amount to charge for a day in the name of parking facility. That’s a lot! My mistake was that I overlooked the listing and missed it! That was just a surprise for me.

The apartment was close to beautiful Navigli to tram and also could be walked(30mins) to center if you don't have kids, it was clean, had air condition also parking is possbile for 25€ a day which I think it is fair for such big cities.

• Rudi (10/5): Excellent stay for Milano - First of All, the communication and informations from the owner are excellent so that You have an easy check-in and good recommendations for restaurant and breakfast locations. For our needs, we did appreciate the calm during the night and that is not easy to find in Milano. The room is modern, well furnished, clean and functionnal. Located near Navigli and Mudec (both are for us favourite quarters with good restaurants, culture and cafes) it us for us an ideal starting place for a good stay in Milano. The public transport is also near so that You can reach town center (dome) without problems. The possibility to reserve a payable parking place (if available) in a secure area was also a big plus during our stay. So we can highly recommend this location and are looking forward to come back.
