• Teodora (10/5): - Great location near the harbor and Quarteri spagnoli. The apartment is located in an old building but is modern with all facilities. Safe neighborhood. Prosecco as a welcome drink, water, coffee and snacks for free was a nice touch. Good and quick communication with Flaviano and his father Alberto. Easy check-in and check-out. Hosts were very friendly and helpful. Alberto recommended us some very good restaurants with great food. Flaviano helped us with a taxi at an early hour in morning for our departure. Federica, our taxi driver was so nice. We couldn’t get a better location and value for the money. We would choose again this apartment for next visit in Napoli.

I will hopefully be back. - Check-in and communication with Flaviano was very easy, all conveniently done through Whatsapp. Once we had confirmed the booking, Flaviano sent plenty of information of the area and additional options he provided (airport pickup, etc) Alberto, Flaviano's father, led us to the room which was in a nearby building. The room we had was a little apartment. nice, clean and comfortable. Alberto showed us there were some drinks in the fridge and some wine on the table, along with some other croissants and the like, all for free. That was a very nice touch as we were not expecting this! (My wife said the wine was very very nice). Alberto also handed my son a packet of jellies so he was delighted with that also! Water pressure in the shower was good once we figured it out. Beds were very comfortable, air con was easy to control. One air con unit in bedroom, one in the main living room so that was great. The room/area seemed quiet, we were not disturbed throughout or stay. Flaviano also followed up during our stay asking if we needed anything which was also a nice touch. The location is very handy. its very close to some very nice restaurants and sights worth visiting. Theres lots of little shop units on the street worth taking a wander into very close to the property. nothing really. At the price point its more than you expect to be honest. Im only being picky and its more just advice to anyone with young babies - the building does not have an elevator so could be quite tricky getting a babies pram or stroller up the staircase along with luggage. But its manageable.

El anfitrión muy amable y a disposición por mensaje de WhatsApp brindando información complementaria. Más alla que la ubicación es buena por la cercanía, el entorno es feo. La entrada al edificio deja mucho que desear, parece abandonado, deberían acondicionarla para que no sea tan "chocante" la sensación al entrar. A las instalaciones del departamento les falta mantenimiento, ejemplo: paredes marcadas, sillas despintadas. El wi fi muy malo, no funcionaba.

I was met at the door with Federica who is Flaviano’s collaborator and she was very welcoming. She answered all our questions and gave us information about the neighbourhood and how to get to the port. She is very friendly and helpful. For anyone looking rooms in Naples, I recommend this place.
• Matthieu (10/5): Appartement propre, bien situé et hôtes très accueillants. - Nous avons été ravis de l’accueil chaleureux des hôtes. Le père de M. Flaviano ainsi que la dame chargée du ménage sont d’une grande gentillesse et disponibilité. À notre arrivée, nous avons eu la belle surprise de trouver un cadeau de bienvenue avec une bouteille de vin et des gâteaux. L’hébergement était propre, fonctionnel et idéalement situé, à deux pas des quartiers incontournables à visiter à Naples. Seuls deux petits points nous ont déçues : la télévision du salon était inutilisable à cause d’un problème de décodeur, et la chasse d’eau des toilettes manquait un peu de pression. Avec ces ajustements, l’hébergement serait vraiment parfait. Malgré cela, notre séjour s’est très bien passé et nous avons trouvé l’hébergement vraiment super !

• Carmen (5/5): Spero possa migliorare sotto questo punto di vista, per il resto il personale era gentile e i servizi offerti sono stati - La sauna era la parte migliore L’alloggio in sé è carino e ben fornito, tuttavia abbiamo riscontrato evidenti problemi di manutenzione che hanno compromesso il soggiorno. Non abbiamo potuto utilizzare la vasca idromassaggio perché, all’accensione, fuoriuscivano residui di sporco (probabilmente bagnoschiuma, ci auguriamo non muffa), rendendo l’esperienza decisamente sgradevole. Avevamo scelto la stanza proprio per questo servizio, quindi la delusione è stata notevole. Inoltre, la vasca perdeva acqua dai rubinetti, con il rischio di allagare il pavimento: siamo stati costretti a coprirlo con degli asciugamani per evitare problemi. Anche la presa dell’asciugacapelli risultava fusa, come se fosse stata danneggiata da un corto circuito, rendendo inutilizzabile anche questo servizio. Non abbiamo contattato l’host perché il soggiorno era di una sola notte e ci siamo accorti del problema dell’idromassaggio durante la notte. Resta comunque il fatto che una migliore manutenzione e revisione degli impianti sarebbe necessaria.

• Lindy (10/5): Best night sleep & so relaxing in the Spa Suite! - The location, hospitality & accommodations can’t be beat! It’s in the heart of Napoli near the Spanish Quarter so it’s steps from tons of good restaurants & shops. It’s off the main road so it was quiet!! (rare for Naples!) The Scugnizzo Spa Suite is on the 4th floor, so 54 steps lead you to this beautifully decorated space that has a kitchenette, sauna, & huge jetted tub for soaking after a long day! The bed was the most comfortable one we slept in on our 3-week Italy trip! The hospitality was top notch. Flaviano & his father Alberto were great to communicate with upon arrival. Flaviano was quick to respond & even helped coordinate a ride back to the airport for us — gave us such peace of mind with a 03:30 pickup & omg his friend Federica was sooo sweet too! Joey & I can’t recommend the Scugnizzo Apartments & spa suite enough!! Nothing at all!!

C était propre et bien organisé. J ai choisi ce lieu car le tarif me paraissait raisonnable avec 2 adulte et 2 enfants. Cependant je n acais pas fait attention qu'il fallait preciser l âge des enfants. Cela nous a coûte 60€ de plus que prévu pour faire dormir dans le lit double du salon 2 enfants. Ça me semble énorme pour une paire de draps et 2 serviettes.

Al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato numerosi omaggi che abbiamo gradito moltissimo, ci ha colpito la cura dei dettagli: oli essenziali per migliorare l’esperienza della sauna, kit rasatura d’emergenza, “vanity kit” con ago e filo e alcuni prodotti salvavita, ciabatte monouso e molto altro! Ci siamo trovati veramente bene e la posizione ci ha permesso di spostarci comodamente a piedi. Lokalizacja jest super, blisko stacji metra, restauracji, atrakcji i portu aby wybrać się na wycieczkę na wyspy. Samo mieszkanie bardzo czyste, dobrze wyposażone, jest żelazko, niezbędne akcesoria do gotowania. Do tego kawa, herbata i vouchery do wykorzystania w ramach śniadania w pobliskiej kawiarni gdzie mają pyszną kawę i wypieki na słodko. Co do właściciela to bardzo dobry kontakt, serdeczne przyjęcie i pokazanie mieszkania. Miłe było to że można było wcześniej się zameldować jak i zostawić bagaż w schowku ostatniego dnia. Miejsce warte odwiedzenia i swojej ceny. Jedynie uwagi mam do ręczników które oblazily przy wycieraniu się.

• Jana (8/5): kdyby byla hostitelka více profesionální a nebylo by cítit, že jí nejde o hosta, ale o peníze, - Vůbec se nám nelíbil přístup hostitele, neochota, nejdřív nám nabídla transfer z letiště, ale za drahý peníz, my to měly samy daleko levnější, když jsme přijely a volaly jí, tak jí ani nenapadlo, aby pro nás přišla, místo je v tmavé uličce a čísla v noci nejsou vidět, až když jsme jí požádaly, tak se uráčila přijít, Nezapomněla nám zdůraznit, že když přijedeme po 22 hodině, zaplatíme 20 EUR navíc. Měly jsme apartmán s jednou ložnicí, když jsme jí požádaly, aby nám ustlala v obývací místnosti, hned si vyúčtovala dalších 20 EUR. Píše, že je v ubytování welness a vířivka, ale nikdo nám nic nenabídnul. Ani nevíme, zda to tam bylo. Pozitivní na ubytování je, že je blízko přístavu, kde odjíždí lodě na výlety a pak jsme dostaly kartičky na snídani v blízké baru. Z hostitelky byl cítit neprofesionální přístup. blízkost centra

Alberto his father was there to check us in - although we couldn’t speak Italian, he very friendly and welcoming! Highly recommended 😊

Parking was provided through a reserved spot in the resident permit zone, which was ideal for us as I was looking for a place to park my car without having to pay 30 EUR+ a night at a garage. The bonus was the tickets for breakfast that you could redeem at a cute little bar/cafe a stone's throw away from the place. Started to look forward to crema di cafe and white chocolate cornetto in the morning after the second day!

Even if going up the stairs you might have doubts ! Don't judge a book by its cover, the inside is really perfect. You can really appreciate also all the thinking and renovation work to bring the flat at that level of modernity. • Oleksii (10/5): Exceptional - Everything was great. The host was very hospitable and ready to help with all questions. The location is very comfortable, just a walking distance from major sightseeing and public transport stations. The apartment is spotlessly clean and fully equipped with modern furniture and appliances. We are absolutely satisfied and can recommend this apartment for staying during visiting Naples. Nothing to mention.

Lovely host, stayed up to check us in after midnight when plane delayed. Highly recommend Gusto Pizzeria next door to breakfast cafe. Nothing - only recommendations to make perfect are self check-in for late arrivals & washing machine powder; we had everything else we needed.

Nice apartment, well eqiupped, prosecco as welcome drink, coffee, salted snacks, water and non alcoholic drinks in the fridge for free. Breakfest in the caffee near to the apartment. Perfect communication with the host and his father Alberto. Next visit we will choose deginitely this apartment.

• Tekan (3/5): Disappointed - Apartment was clean and location was very central. The building was neglected. Internet was not working. He is trying to sell transfer but its double price. You can find taxi easily for half price.

• Mathew (9/5): Great spot for overnight before ferry - Great for an overnight stop in Naples before catching the ferry to Ischia. Good communication from the host in advance and we were met by the host to check in. Walking distance to the ferry terminal and close to the castle. Good restaurants nearby. The apartment was well equipped and we were provided with plenty of snacks, good coffee pods and drinks in the fridge. Host provided a cot for our 1 year old. Tricky staircase with no elevator up a few levels.
