• Filippos (10/5): - Πολύ ωραίο και καθαρό κατάλυμα. Η απόσταση με τα πόδια για το μετρό είναι περίπου στα 7 λεπτά αλλά η περιοχή είναι πολύ όμορφη με πολύ ωραίες επιλογές για φαγητό και καφέ. Το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα!!! Ήταν όλα μια χαρά!!

The kitchen was well equipped, which made our stay even more convenient, and the outdoor garden was a lovely. The location was excellent, with easy access to major attractions and local amenities. Most importantly, the hosts, Bruno and Patrizia, were kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. We would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Rome and would happily stay here again.

• Ian (9/5): A comfortable, laid-back stay in a very well-maintained apartment - As many other reviewers have noted, the apartment is kept immaculately clean. It was a lovely place to base ourselves for a week in Rome. We especially liked the outdoor patio/terrace with its small flower garden; the well-equipped kitchen; and the separate laundry room. The local area has many good restaurants to choose from - all within a few minutes walk. Our top recommendations would be 1. Pepe's - great food with lovely, chilled ambience; 2. O'Scugnizzo Da Federico - great pizza and calamari 3. Osteria Galeria - good home cooking. The apartment is some distance from the main tourist sites, but local bus services are good and a new Metro station is about to open just 2 mins walk away. Difficult to find anything not to like. Perhaps one, minor thing would be that the water pressure in the shower could have been a bit stronger.

• Christine (9/5): Séjour magnifique, très beau cartier de Rome malgré la pluie 😎 - Tout était parfait! Patrizia était vraiment gentille et accommodante! L'appartement est très bien équipé, les 2 terrasses sont magnifique! Il pleuvait bcp donc nous avons utilisé la partie couverte mais c'était génial, même sous la pluie! Mercii de nous avoir permis de laisser nos bagages dans l'appartement jusquà notre départ, très apprécié!! Seul détail: L'adresse réfère sur une rue privée, donc pour les taxi et Uber, utiliser l'adresse sur la rue Gallia (41) 😉

• Serhii (10/5): - Very nice and comfortable apartment! Great location — just a 20-minute walk to the Colosseum and about 10 minutes to the Metro. There are supermarkets and cafés nearby. The apartment has a well-equipped kitchen, laundry facilities, a cozy garden table on the terrace, and an amazing library! The host is very pleasant and intelligent. We really enjoyed our stay. -
• Ákos András (10/5): - The apartment was well equiped, was in a very good place (20-25 min walk from the Colosseum, Forum Romanum), relatively close to the railway station. A little bit noisy (you can hear the traffic, ambulance etc).

The host was super quick with responses AND actions - once we had a problem with power (3 kWh overall load maximum we didn't know about) late in the evening, the host came 5-10 minutes later. • Alexdozsa (10/5): Clean and spacious. - The place is very clean and big. It looks better in reality than in the pictures. But the place is spotless, we could not find dust anywhere. We travel to a lot of rentals, but this had to be one of the cleanest we have visited. Impeccable! There is everything you need in the apartment. We travelled in the winter, but in the summer the garden area is very nice. The place is about 7 minutes walk to the metro, but 2 minutes to busses. It is also walking distance if you are like us walking 25k steps daily. The hosts met us and showed us around and everything was as expected. Even the couch is comfortable to sleep on. Floors were very cold in the winter, but this is expected in the winter :)

• Elsa (10/5): Beautiful place - We liked everything about our stay in the specific flat. It is beautifully decorated and covers everyone's needs. Our arrival to Rome was quite adventurous because it was pouring with rain and we got soaked. However, as soon as the hosts arrived and we got in the flat, we really felt like home. The hosts are really nice and polite, and we really appreciated the nice touches such as fresh coffee and tea, pasta and tomato sauce, and a delicious panettone in the cupboard. The neighborhood is beautiful and safe, with nice shops and restaurants. Nearby there is also a cheap supermarket "Penny" which has fresh bread, cheese and croissants for breakfast. San Giovanni metro is approximately 8-10 minutes away and takes you to all the places that are worth visiting in Rome. We will definitely visit this place again! Gracie!🙂🙂🙂🙂

Hosts allowed us to leave our bags before check in and gave us a tour of the property. They also left some water, pasta and other things to help us settle in. The apartment was clean and centrally located in lovely neighbourhood with a good range of restaurants and bars nearby. Highly recommended. Nothing. Apartment was perfect.

• Steven (10/5): Great value for perfect location and relaxing clean apartment. - Very nice apartment in a great neighborhood within walking distance to major attractions, metro, and bus connections. There was a large grocery store within 4 minutes walk, a major Metro station within 10-15 minutes walk and a bus stop about a 100 ft away from the entrance. There were restaurants and bakeries that had good pricing (away from tourist areas) and great pasta, pizza, and other treats. The apartment was spacious, clean, and comfortable and perfect for the three of us with two large comfortable beds in separate rooms. The shower had good water pressure, the beds and pillows were comfortable, and the kitchen and laundry area had everything we needed including a washer/dryer combo, drying rack, iron, etc. The A/C worked very well (cold) and the outdoor garden was relaxing and added to the ambiance. • Darina (9/5): Recommending this place for a stay - The apartment was very nice and spacious. Good value for its money - I stayed there alone but it will be comfortable for more people as well. The patio was lovely, I didn't use because it was cold but definitely would if it were summer. No option to check in without hosts. They were kind enough to wait until I arrive, and I was a bit late because of a flight. However, it would be more convenient if the key was stored outside in a locker.

Thanks to the fact that the apartment was well equipped for a few days' stay, I felt at home. Very calm street but many cafes and stores around. The Colosseum is easily accessible on foot in 15-20 minutes or by bus. Sometimes the apartment was a little cold.

• Colleen (8/5): This property was great for our 2-day stay in Rome and would also be great for longer stays. - There was so much to be offered at this property: covered patio, outdoor fireplace/BBQ, garden area, laundry house in back, a terrace in the front off the living room and an office and more. There was even an extra table in the living room which could function as a game table or second indoor eating space. The place was very clean, nicely decorated. It was on the first floor and had easy access to the main street. We had requested being able to drop off our luggage early in the day, before check in, and the host was very accommodating. I would have preferred a location closer to the main attractions in Rome, but to find a place as nice as this would surely cost a lot more.

• Zoltan (10/5): Exceptional - Im registered on Booking.com since more then 10 years, and I usually dont write reviews. But this time, I have to make an exception... Because this accomodation is the best, I ever had! - The hosts are very friendly and cooperative. - The equiment is really convincing: air conditioning in both rooms, every essential kitchen utensils, washing machine, dishwasher (both are great things for families) and there is a full range of good quality expendables (detergent, fabric softener, pellets for the dishwasher, washing up liquid, salt, pepper, cooking oil, olive oil, vinegar, coffee...). - Cleanliness is 100%. My wife usually makes a quick wet-wiping on the critical spots at arrival, and that was the first time she didnt do it... - There are the best beds I ever had in such apartements! Bedclothes are really comfortable too. - Value for money? If you want more then this place can offer, you have to search in a much (much!) higher price category... - Its a quiet little street, 15-20 minutes walk away from the Colosseum, with great connection (buses and subway) to the city center in just 5-10 minutes walk away. What can you want more? - And there is a beautiful, own garden! All in all, if you are going to Rome, and the price and size are fitting for you, you dont have to search further, you found the perfect one! If this isnt 10/10, than nothing can be! The only real minus could be, that the hosts dont really speak english... But we could solve any problem with smartphone, and they are so kind, that they dont deserve any downvote for this, its still an absolut 10/10!

While the city of Rome was pretty dirty and overall rather disappointing, this gorgeus appartment was the highlight of our stay and we absolutely loved it! Everything was perfect.

The rooms are big and you have a wonderful terrace with a private garden, whee you can chill and enjoy the nice weather of Rome. The apartment has everything you need: kitchen fully equipped, washing machine, extra room with a big closet to store your clothes, a cozy bedroom, a living room and a big bathroom. We stayed during Xmas time and Bruno and his wife were really kind to offer us some prosecco and Panettone. It's located in a very nice area and not far from the city center. The neighborhood is full of very nice restaurants and coffee places. We will definitely come back again. Nothing everything was perfect.
