- Greta (9/5): Lovely apartment in safe area - A clean flat in an excellent location, within walking distance of many sights and good restaurants. Communication with Diletta was great :) There was nothing not to like, but for a longer stay a better equipped kitchen would be welcome.

- Francesca (10/5): Un weekend a Napoli - Posizione in zona tranquilla ed elegante, a due passi dal lungomare, struttura pulita e curata nel dettaglio, minimal ma fornita di tutto l’essenziale. Disponibilità dello staff e rapidità nelle risposte in caso di bisogno Tastierino di accesso alle camere particolarmente rumoroso, sono stata svegliata in tarda notte dal tastierino di accesso probabilmente di uno dei vicini di stanza, fortunatamente però non arrivano troppi rumori dall’esterno/strada

- Ana Claudia (10/5): Great stay and location - The apartment is super clean, organized, modern, and with the basics you need for a good stay. The check-in was super easy. The room was ready early, so we were able to check in before 3 pm. Communication with them was fast, easy, and super helpful. The location is great, lots of parking around, super close by the beach and only 40min walk from the historic center. There are lots of bars and restaurants around, too.

- Jennifer (10/5): Ok facility - Dilettante was a great contact. Our room was nice and the little balcony nice. Friday night was horrid. Drunks started hooping it up from 2-4am in the alley. Breakfast was coffee & small roll @ restaurant around corner. Walked to numerous sights. Good location for access to sights. Recommend do not stay on a weekend.

- Oksana (10/5): Exceptional - The location is perfect - it’s close to the sea and in the middle of clean part of the city. Very good boutiques around, so you can make very good shopping. There are good restaurants near apartment. Apartment is very clean and good quality with amazing Italian balcony. We got white towels, slippers, all bath liquids. It was every day cleaning. For breakfast we took coffee and croissants. I would recommend this apartment for staying in Naples.

Hosts were great with communication (and in English which was nice as my Italian is not so great!). The area was quite fancy (Gucci shop down the road) and felt safe (which I have heard isn’t always necessarily the case in the centre of Naples). Bed was huge and there was aircon which was a nice extra. Nothing. We had a great stay.

- Sylvia (6/5): Disappointing: Check the photos carefully ....there was nothing "Superior"about my apartment. - The pictures on the site clearly show a lovely breakfast tray on the balcony table and /or inside the room... this is not correct.. one is given a ticket to use at a bar nearby on the street.. this was fine by me but not expected and I suspect not everyones preference? The area around Piazza Martiri is excellent for upmarket shops but the "apartment" doesn't reflect this!!1 I have not the faintest idea HOW ON EARTH this warrants mostly 9/10 in reviews!!!! I am a solo traveller who likes plenty of space . I assumed that "a SUPERIOR apartment " meant " something of high standard and it says it has a living room." ???? What they meant by " superior" was only that it had two rooms!! The one with the proper bed was Ok but I expected the other to be a living room with appropriate furnishings. The second room was small and almost empty with just a none too attractive sofa bed.. and a small table with two chairs ...very boringly furnished and uninviting . The "kitchen" area was minute. The Bathroom shower is dangerous!!! it was in a very narrow bath and there is no railing for support or to help get in and out and if "Heaven Forbid" you should lean or fall against the glass screen at the side....this isn't fixed and just moves away.... .... incredibly difficult to negotiate if you are not too agile or steady on your feet!!! THERE WAS NO LIVING ROOM.

I just wanted to add that I did not see one single person from "management" the whole time iI was there... all contact was via whats app This was efficient but soulless . But I guess that's the way of the world now.!!!!
- Emir (8/5): Good Stay Conveniently Located - Direlo Guest House is conveniently located off Via S, Caterina and near Via Chiaia, hence walking distance to many attractions such as the Galleria Borbonica, Gran Caffe Gambrinus, Golfo di Napoli, Piazza del Plebiscito, Piazza Trieste e Trento and the Galleria Umberto I, to name a few. Very good restaurants such as Umberto and many excellent ones along the promenade. The key code use went without a hitch, The rooms were clean, very well stocked and had a balcony. Communication was excellent and we felt comfortable. The area is loud. Expect to be woken up by partying people's noise well after midnight and the nightly garbage truck pickup of recyclable glass and trash from the restaurants will wake you up. Parking at the recommended Gran Garage is not easy, for the alleyways towards the garage are mostly only wide enough for one vehicle. Gran Garage is extremely expensive. Count on paying paying between $33 and $40 dollars per night. The building is also noisy. Conversations can be heard above, below and from all sides; so can footsteps.
