- Lenka (9/5): Quiet Comfort on Giudecca Island - Giudecca Island is a great place to stay in Venice, especially if you want to avoid the crowds. The apartment is well located and fully furnished – we didn’t miss a thing. It’s ideal for a family with children, two couples, or like in our case – for two people who need separate rooms, such as me and my mum. The only thing to keep in mind is that the apartment is on the 4th floor without an elevator. Also, although Giudecca is just one boat stop away from the main island of Venice, getting there still requires a bit of travel.
- Bertrand (8/5): A good option nearby Venise, out of the crowd but close to the historical heart of the city. - - Excellent location for a family with kid: quiet neighbourhood, shopping services, transportation facility to Venise and other islands such as Murano or Burano. - Old building but revamped apartment, with all equipment necessary. - Spacious flat. - Welcome file (hard-copy folder with useful information) available in the apartment. - Written communication received late by email as how to access the apartment. - Difficulty to reach the owner by phone at the time of check-in. - Incorrect information received regarding WiFi code. The Welcome file available in the apartment should be updated with correct information. - Multiple reminders received to leave cash upon check-out for the city taxes. If the host does not trust his guests, another payment system (e.g. online advance payment) should be put in place.
- Jane (8/5): Very good - exactly as described. last minute access was only thing that let it down. - Lovely property for the three of us - clean, well equipped and comfortable. Last minute instructions to the property and then the wrong code to get in - caused us quite a lot of stress! I had to call three times to get right code and on the day of travel upload our travel documents.

- Lisa (10/5): Very nice stay. Exceptionally clean and comfortable. - Very clean. Everything was new and the decor was very nice. The beds were comfortable. We enjoyed the island and the neighborhood. The coffee maker was difficult to use. The blow dryer only had cold air.
- Paulo (8/5): Lovely staty at Giudecca - I loved staying in Giudecca, not crowded at all, really nice restaurant with a great view 2 blocks away and the apartment exceeded our expectations; very nice, clean and comfortable for a family of 4 adults and a 4 year old. Share more awareness in advance about the process to get into Venice these days. There's the tourist tax and you can not enter the city unless you paid them or register in advance. Having know about this in advance would have made the process smoother.

- Kimberly (7/5): Great apartment, clean and well stocked. There is no lift so it was hard for my parents, especially with the luggage. Th - Great flat! Clean, spacious, modern and really appreciated the AC. It was difficult to go back and forth on the water bus. It was quite far.
- Gohar (7/5): Good - The flat was quite nice and near the vaporetto stop. Easy to get to the centre. But take into account that it is not 8 minutes from San Marco square as advertised, it would take you around 15-20 minutes and you cannot walk there. You have to take the boat. Otherwise, the appartments was very nice and clean. The staff was a litle slow to respond. They sent me the instructions for the self check-in very late and were slow to answer my questions.
- Abhay (4/5): Disappointed - It was clean Couple of reasons : 1. No details on the check in until a couple of hours. So, we have to keep discussing on the check in details when I was supposed to enjoy my day in Venice. To mention, the correct way to reach also was shared on the same time, as Google map takes us differently if we use the address mentioned in the posting. 2. Crib was never mentioned to be charged, but then I receive an invoice for 50 euros for a night stay. On checking with the host, they sent me the snapshot with 10 euros/night. Let's assume I missed it while booking but why did they mention 50 euros when it was supposed to be 10 euros. 3. The apartment is on the 4th floor.

- Ursula (8/5): Quiet retreat in Venice - Modern apartment in quiet residential area. You will need to factor cost of ferry, we got AVM public transport ticket, download app and purchase online. You can include airport transfer also on bus no. 5. We went to Burano and the Lido also in ticket . Check in not until 4pm and checkout at 10am no flexibility and no bag storage facility.
- Tiberiu (10/5): Great property, location, comfort were super ok - We liked the location of this property, on a small quiet island, Giudecca, with a park nearby looking the sea. We had to travel by boat (line 2) to/from San Marco, but it was not a problem, the connection waterbus comes often. There is a market, a restaurant, pharmacy, very close to the property, maybe 5 min walk.

- Alexandra (10/5): Very nice apartment - Really nice apartment, well equipped and very, very clean. The apartment is located in a quiet area, close to the vaporetto station. The host was very nice and comunicative. For sure we will come back! The apartment is situated on a little island, different than the one where all the touristic atractions are, so you cannot walk from San Marco to the apartment for example. Vaporetto is a must, but this is not a real problem because the station is really close to the apartment.
