Si estoy de viaje nadie puede enfadarse, con mi edad y dependiendo del desarrollo de mi viaje, porque interprete que voy a llegar a una hora exacta. Que pague el servicio para tener alguien en recepción o que directamente entregue código para no depender de la llegada de ningún huésped.

Biz chek-in saatinden önce gelmemize rağmen çok yardımcı oldular. Odamız ter temiz ve konforluydu. Günlük havlu ve nevresim değişikliği ve oda temizliği yapıldı. Located on a quiet street very close to the tram and not too far from Centrale station. There is a self check in machine which unfortunately didn't work on the night we arrived but Cristina was on standby and kindly came to receive us even though it was nearly 1am. Would highly recommend!

• chen (10/5): היה מושלם מכל הבחינות . ממליצה . - הגענו ב25.12 ערב חג כריסמס , הגיעה במיוחד עובדת לקבלה כדי לקבל אותנו. הצ׳ק אין היה נעים מהיר וקל החדר גדול, מקלחת גדולה, נקי , מאובזר , שקט , כל יום מנקה ניקתה לנו את החדר וסידרה את המיטה . המלון קרוב לרחוב מרכזי, מלא חנויות ומסעדות מסביב וקרוב מאוד למטרו ולתחנה המרכזית של מילאנו . אהבנו ונהנו מאוד ! האמת שאין הכל היה מעולה

• Philipp (8/5): Gerne wieder! - Sehr sauber,gut isoliert und spontan um ein Zimmer zu organisieren. Ideale Lage für die Metro zum Duomo und auch nahe des Hauptbahnhofs. Hat praktisch alles in der Nähe und das Personal ist ebenfalls sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. War soweit alles gut. Ideal wäre für die kalte Jahreszeit eventuell eine kippbare balkontüre fürs stosslüften. Ansonsten tiptop.

• Marina (10/5): Spacious, clean, warm and welcoming apartment to spend a weekend in - It is in a pretty quiet neighborhood, has a grocery shop like 7 minutes away with a lot of options. The apartment itself is very spacious, everything needed was provided - coffee, tea, water and even some biscuits, toothpaste and tooth brushes , small little things but makes you feel comfortable. Beds were comfy, non-squiky, easy to fall asleep. Camilla and Christina were very nice and even helped us check in earlier than usual , instructions were clear , no problems with check In/ check out, access to the apartment. We had our room cleaned even we were there for only two nights. Metro is pretty close, a lot of restaurants in the neighborhood for different prices and tastebuds, no noisy people around, a perfect stay 🙂 Have totally nothing to complain about, everything was great

• Elizabeth (8/5): Good base for exploring Milan. - This apartment was in a good location for our first visit to Milan. Clean and well heated. We walked around or caught trams to explore the city. There were many restaurants/bars nearby and a decent supermarket nearby. some storage or a bench to put suitcases on would have been appreciated, better than needing to use the only couch for this.

• Stefan (9/5): Totally recommend ! - We had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Milan. The place was very nice, clean, and comfortable, and the building itself is also charming. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, with plenty of restaurants, cafés, and supermarkets nearby. The location is great, as it’s close to two metro stations on different lines, which makes getting around the city very easy. We really appreciated that fresh towels were brought to us every day, just like in a hotel. Cristina, the receptionist, was incredibly kind and helpful whenever we needed anything. You can also leave your luggage at the property for an extra fee, which is very convenient. Overall, we highly recommend this accommodation and would definitely stay here again! The only thing we didn’t enjoy was that there were renovation works happening in the building. On our last day it became quite noisy. To be fair, the staff did their best to minimize the disturbance during our stay, and they had already informed us at the time of booking that some work would take place during that period. Still, it was a bit inconvenient.

Apartamentul pe care l-am avut a fost extrem de mare,curatenie exemplara,bucataria utilata complet,inclusiv aparat pentru cafea,plicuri de ceai,biscuiti. Baia mare si foarte moderna,prosoape curate schimbate zilnic,intr-un cuvant,a fost perfect! Nu am nimic de reprosat.
