• Francesco (6/5): Posizione molto comoda il resto nella media - Posizione ottima. Appartamento ben fornito manca solo un microonde. Scarsa pulizia, consiglio di fare manutenzione al bagno e di montare una cappa di aspirazione in cucina. Il pensile sopra il piano a induzione della cucina sta marcendo. I sanitari non sono bloccati sul solaio. Errata posizione del soffione della doccia che ti obbliga farla in un angolo.
• Irene (8/5): Casa Amplia, limpia, y ubicación perfecta - La ubicación es maravillosa, en pleno Trastévere, pero muy silencioso, y cerca del rio para cruzarte al otro lado y ver todo lo que tienes por ver, además tambien a unos 25 minutos andando del Vaticano. Mucho ambiente y casa amplia, incluso mas bonita que en las fotos, baño cómodo, muy buena ducha. La cama es muy bajita, bastante cómoda. Lo único malo de este apartamento es que no tiene luz natural, ya que es un bajo dentro del edificio, así que por la mañana parece de noche, lo bueno es que no estas prácticamente de día en casa teniendo Roma por disfrutar...

• Emett of Washington, D (5/5): Owner's Bad Attitude Negates Any Good Things About the Apt - I would have said something nice here but it is negated by the attitude of the owner. Advised owner on the first day thru booking.com portal that hair dryer is just blowing warm air. It is old and needs replacement. Almost 24 hrs with no response, sent a Whatsapp message to the woman who handed me the keys. Finally got a response from owner saying the apt is not a hair salon! What an attitude! I replied back saying he/she cannot list a defective hair dryer as an amenity. What if I inform him/her that the coffee maker is not working. Would he/she say that apt is not a Starbucks? Owner responded back on the 3rd day apologizing and said he/she would replace the hair dryer asap. But that's too late. Damage has been done. And no new hair dryer arrived. I left the following morning. I got the impression that the owner doesn't speak English but I believe booking.com assist owners in this regard or he/she can easily use the online translator. So I would not buy miscommunication or language issue. If you are in this business of providing short-term accommodation, you need to make sure everything is working in the apt and be polite!
• Tamara (8/5): Great location in the vibrant Trastevere area! - The property was spacious and very centrally located in the heart of the trastevere area but set back enough from the hustle and bustle to block out most of the noise. I was disappointed to find out the EUR30 refundable deposit is actually not refundable. It would make the stay more pleasant if they could list this on their page and if the host could speak a little English, which made it a challenge to communicate with. Other than these points and no natural lighting throughout the place, location is fantastic and apartment perfect for a couple, 2 friends or mom and daughter stay which we did. The EUR30 refundable deposit is actually non refundable and doesn’t list this anywhere on their booking. The language barrier makes it difficult to communicate with in English. There’s no natural lighting but we were out all day so did not bother us too much.
• Davide (9/5): Cute spot in Trastevere - Super location, just right in Trastevere. And since it is in the backyard you do not hear the noise from the street. Perfect spot to start exploring the city. The apartment is very beautiful and has everything you need. I confirm what is written in other reviews: it is a bit dark. But unless you plan to actually stay home, it does not bother at all.
• Don (3/5): Will definitely never stay in this property again - The location is great and it was clean, spacious and well equipped. Upon arrival the host tried to get us to pay an additional 30€ cleaning fee (apparently she told booking its only a deposit) however upon arrival she said it would not be refunded. When I made the booking there was never any information about a cleaning fee. I received multiple messages from the host (who was demanding immediate responses) and it took away from our vacation time and added unnecessary stress to what should have been a relaxed experience.

• Mercante (10/5): - Local ótimo pra quem adora um agito. Instalações ótimas e limpas. Recomendo bastante. Não gostei que ao entrar na estadia, a anfitriã cobrou 100 euros no total juntando as taxas, isso eu não tinha visto anteriormente nas informações (sabia sobre city tax e taxa de limpeza.

• Sarah (4/5): - La struttura era molto centrale e silenziosa. Completamente buia, senza un minimo di ricambio d’aria, umidissima. È stato necessario tenere acceso h 24 il condizionatore e dormire in pieno agosto coi piumoni. Letto molto scomodo, diversi angoli della casa fatiscenti. L’host è stato poco sollecito e abbastanza sciatto.
• Graciela Barrenechea (8/5): - La ubicación cerca de puente sisto es excelente. De noche los restaurantes y bares es maravilloso. El departamento es muy amplio, el sillon se hace cama doble. El aire acondicionado funciona de maravillas enfriando rápidamente todo el departamento. Esta muy bien equipado con todo lo necesario. Realmente un departamento donde pueden estar cómodamente 4 personas. La comunicación con la dueña fue confusa. La persona que nos entregó la llave nos quiso cobrar mas dinero de impuestos de lo que la dueña me había dicho. El departamento olía bastante a humedad.

• Gary (9/5): In the heart of Trastevere. - The location is perfect in the middle of Trastevere surrounded by bars and restaurants. The apartment is well equipped with basic essentials like salt, pepper and cooking oil supplied and is on the ground floor. A couple small things, there were no tea towels for washing up or written instructions for Wi-Fi, central heating, hot water etc.
