• Miguel Angel (10/5): Amplio departamento - El departamento muy amplio y comodo Mejoraria la estadia con unaa TV smart, solo podiamos ver programacion en italiano. No contaba con microondas.

• Luigi (8/5): Ottima soluzione in prossimità del centro di Roma. Consigliato a famiglie anche numerose - La disponibilità del proprietario, molto utili i suoi consigli sul parcheggio e sui luoghi in cui pranzare. La sistemazione è silenziosa e le aree limitrofe sono ben tenute e nelle immediate vicinanze delle antiche mura. La dimensione della doccia e la presenza di un solo bagno di dimensioni limitate se confrontate con il resto dell'appartamento. Magari anche, considerati i costi ormai alle stelle di Roma, qualche articolo di benvenuto.
• Paulina (8/5): It was good quality for this price. - The location is really nice, with easy access to everything. The apartment is big and spacious. One of the bedrooms has a really small bed, it’s hard to sleep there for a grown person, someone taller would simply not fit. It gets really loud at night in two bedrooms facing the street, even with windows closed.

• Carl (7/5): Het was goed genoeg en prima voor even. - De ruimte was groot en voldoende De airco's konden niet allemaal tegelijk aan en dus moesten we een matras verplaatsen en op de grond slapen om in de werkende airco ruimte te liggen. De WC/Badkamer deur kon niet op slot.
• Bridget (7/5): We enjoyed our stay and apartment was nice - Good location, close to metro. Useful to have washing machine and iron. Comfortable bed. Owner local and helpful. Not enough cooking pots and chipped crockery. Only one armchair so no where comparable to relax Noisy traffic but that is to be expected as busy road.
• Bronwyn (9/5): Superb - Very close to the bus stop and a supermarket. Nicola was extremely helpful and friendly. Spacious. Clean. Super kitchen to cook in. Mattress(uncomfortable)and bedding(old and tired) could do with an update. Would have been nice to have more available cupboard space to unpack into for 4 nights.

• Anita (8/5): A charming stay - The apartment was very spacious and comfortable. Aid conditioning in each bedroom was very welcome in the hot weather. Nicola greeted us and showed us everything in the apartment and gave us information about the area. Restaurants, shops, bus and metro nearby. We enjoyed staying on the outskirts of the city where it was quieter but easy to access the centre. There wasn't much we didn't like! The decor is a bit dated but I personally liked it. Don't stay if you're looking for a super modern place but instead an authentic Italian home with charm.

And the host was super friendly and quick to respond when we needed something. It’s also a close walk to the metro station. And there is lots of stuff in the neighborhood as well. Definitely recommend. Nothing
• Chris (10/5): Fab time had by all - Location was so convenient. Access to everything from the door steps. Lots of space in the unit and everyone had their own room. Everything required was provided and well stocked. Essential shopping was across the street.
• Kirsty-anne (10/5): Clean and spacious, great for a group - A lovely spacious apartment in a quiet but convenient part of Rome. A short walk away from several metro stops. Our host was friendly and has lots of travel tips for us on our arrival. We enjoyed our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to stay again next time we are in Rome.
• Hayley (8/5): Great wee apartment - Great location with all transport links within short walking distance. Good sized, clean apartment with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Great communication with host who met us on arrival at 10pm and talked us through everything we needed to know about the apartment and location. Large beds were reasonably comfortable (not the single bed, though). There was no sofa (just a single armchair) to rest and relax after a day of sightseeing. Dining table and chairs were not too comfotable to relax on but great for eating. Neighbours talking could be heard clearly through the bedroom wall but not too late into the evening. Road noise in 2 bedrooms was particularly loud, so ear plugs advised when sleeping.
• Genevieve (10/5): Absolutely Perfect! Highly recommended - Everything was perfect! The location is on the #85 bus route directly to the Colosseum, Termini, Trevi fountain, the lovely shopping in the center. The metro line A( the better line) is just a 5 minute walk from the apartment. The supermarket is literally across the road. The apartment is full of light! It has 3 balconies, faces south, it’s spacious, super clean, fully equipped and I loved that it was cleaned each week . Since we were there for 2 months it was important for us to have space so we wouldn’t be on top of each other. We each had our own study space and quiet area. Nicola was so good to permit us to welcome our daughter and her little family to stay for a few days. There was enough room for all of us as he opened up the other two rooms. We loved our entire experience in Rome and the apartment has a lot to do with it. Our daily commute to school in Monti took only 20 minutes. The suburb San Giovanni where this apartment is located is ideal - absolutely non touristic, it felt like we were with the local Romans, good tavernas and pastry shops right next door, easy and quick transport into the center. And when we felt like walking to the Forum/ Colosseum/centre, it was only a 1/2 hour walk. (Stroll really) Without question, we’ll stay here again next time. For most people the lighting is fine but because we were studying we felt more lighting was necessary. Nicola provided extra bedside lamps for the additional lights.

• Gregory (10/5): Perfect place to enjoy Roma - Nicola has been absolutely great from the 1st contact after the booking online to our arrival to the apartment, he gave us a very warmed welcome with a lot of good tips to make our stay the most enjoyable as possible. In addition to its good location, the apartment is very nice and comfortable, it offers all the things you need to have a relax stay, especially the AC in the bedrooms. I would recommend it with no doubt to any of my friends travelling to Roma. Nothing at all !
• Natalie (9/5): Great location, very spacious apartment - Great apartment, has everything you need in it. Much bigger than we expected, there were 2 double rooms prepared but we only used one. The kitchen was very well equipped with everything for cooking, if you wanted to. The only thing we found missing was wine glasses :-) The area was very well connected by metro and buses to the centre, in around 10 minutes. The area itself though had many bars and restaurants, but not enough to be noisy. It was a great place to stay and I would recommend it.

• Diane (10/5): A great place to sleep and relax when you are visiting Rome. - Both of the two rooms are great. They have a lot of space and each a balcony. You are close to everything and 10 minutes away from the metro and a train station. The host Nicola is really nice. He gave us great tips for transportation that made us save a lot of time and research. He was also very attentive to any needs we night have. We would recommend 10/10.
• David (9/5): A spacious, clean apartment that offers value for money. - The property is big and really clean. Our host met us at the property and was very welcoming even though we were late and the weather was awful. We thought it was great value for money. The property isn't central for the main attractions but the metro is a short walk away. This doesn't take away from the fact that it is an excellent property and we would, without hesitation, stay there again.
• Lee (8/5): wonderful place to stay a short metro ride from the city centre - very kind and generous host, who made us very welcome and was always available. There are 3 large bright bedrooms and a very well equipped kitchen. There is no real sitting area (living room) to sit to read or watch the TV which is in a small corner of the dining area. Also, though there is a small balcony, it is not great to sit out on because of noisy traffic on the Main Street (not shown in the pictures of the apartment). The apartment at night however was extremely quiet and nice.
