Brigitta (9/5): . - great location, great space for multiple peo ple We came home and someone had been in the apartment, I assume to fix something as there were boxes and materials left in the foyer, next to out personal items.
Vicki (7/5): Good - The views from the apartment were amazing . The location to both main train stations was great. The apartment size was good, 1-1/2 bathrooms suited us well. It is worth knowing the apartment is on the 5th floor and no lifts are available so 94 steps with your suitcase is a challenge. We arrived the same day it had been vacated and the cleaning was not great. Fresh linen and towels, but it did not appear as if the bathrooms or bedrooms had been cleaned.
Kristine (4/5): Appartment in Via Guelfa not up to standard - Comfortable bed. Never seen a stranger and more uncomfortable shower (in some kind of pit) and 'bathroom'. Sloppy kitchen, cooking tools were not all clean. The neighbourhood was also dissappointing and I didn't feel at ease. Price/quality : absolutely disproportianal.

Meret (1/5): The stay apartment in the apartment was the worst nightmare, with no hot water with no functioning AC in this hot summer - - I refused to stay in that apartment even before checking- in because when we entered the apartment we have told the guy who delivered the keys and checked us in that AC is not working and because there were lots of Mosquitoes in the apartment and your personal was witness of all those things. We talk him that we can not spend a night in that apartment and that he provides us another place to stay. But your personal Mr. Sami said he cannot do anything.( and now you telling us that we didn’t give you a chance to relocate us ? When your personal refused to do so ) In result after check-in we found out also there is no hot water and the shower didn’t work and I had to try to fix it myself. As a result we adults didn’t sleep at all and urged to checkout and runaway the apartment already in 4 hours after check in because there was all my kids are having allergies from mosquitoes and could have no sleep.
Nieves (6/5): It was good. Very convenient location. A 4th floor without elevator is bad to carry luggage. - Someone gave us the keys and explained things about the apartment. A late fee is already too much on top of a very expensive night rate.
Theresa (8/5): Property was nice and location was awesome. Overall would recommend. - The staff that met us for check in (Lorenzo?) was amazing. He was there waiting for us when we arrived and was super friendly, patient and extremely helpful. I very much appreciated him and his kindness. More electrical outlets would have been super helpful since we were traveling with 2 families (including 4 teenage girls). The two outlets in the bathrooms were very busy! Adding mirrors in the main two bedrooms would have been super helpful also. It could have helped the rest of us with getting ready when those bathrooms were in use. Lastly, there were four flights of stairs to get to this apartment property and that was a surprise that I didn't remember being noted. (Especially surprised when we arrived with a ton of heavy luggage!)
Ty (3/5): We would not stay there again. However, the person that checked us in was very kind. - Proximity to where we wanted to spend our time. When we arrived the apartment bathroom was being cleaned with heavy chemicals which made the apartment full of fumes. The cleaning person left the black dirty gloves he used to clean the bathroom on a shelf in the bathroom when he left. The kitchen area behind the sink was very dirty and there were blood marks from smashed bugs by the bed in the loft.
Lesley (7/5): Great view but prepare yourself for a big climb - Great view BUT you need to climb 90 steep stairs to the fourth floor and carrying suitcases The organisation managing the apartment need to include more detailed information regarding that the apartment is on the 4th floor with 92 Steep steps and not just say the apartment located top floor with no elevator. The top floor could be any level and number of steps could be small to reach a floor level less.

Lackenby (8/5): Very good value, great location. I would come back. - Location was great. Quiet, yet close to the centre of the city and not far from night life. The apartment was spacious, bright and clean. The air conditioning struggled to keep the place very cool although it was much better than nothing. When staying with 10 guests, three were on sofa beds or pull out beds which weren't particularly comfortable and also meant that the living room became a bedroom, leaving little communal space.

Santmier (8/5): Florence is a beautiful place. This apartment was a nice old stay. - The views were incredible! We could see all across Florence. The steps! We had a two level apartment- our daughter counted to get to her room it was 92 steps. To get to our apartment was 82. That is a lot of steps!!!!!! This apartment is not for the faint of heart! The third bedroom isn’t a bedroom, it’s a loft- with a couch. ( just for clarification)

No breakfast was included. carrying luggage five flights of stairs was not fun. The beds were a little on the hard side. one of the shower doors was broken. There were a lot of stores nearby.

Anonymous (6/5): Lovely apartment- lovely location -pity there’s no lift - would never stay there again. - location….view of Duomo…comfortable bed…nice kitchen. There’s NO LIFT. Apartment is at the top of building so u have to climb almost 90 STEPS to get there. There’s no facilities for getting luggage moved - I was quoted €15 to have luggage taken down the stairs! Heating /electricity a rip off quoted €200 for 9 days. There was no way of controlling the heating which was lukewarm and on 24/7 which I didn’t want as I was out all day, every day and only needed the rads on in the evening. There was NO TOASTER supplied. The TV Didn’t work - there was NO SIGNAL. I wasn’t told that there was mosquitoes in the apartment and as a result I got 10 bites on my face and 8 on my hand while I slept on the first night. I had to buy plug in devices to get rid of them, together with citronella spray and special cream for my face. The marks on my face and hand have just cleared up since I came home.
Danai (7/5): was ok. would not stay again. - The room was spacious and clean. When you are booking it isn’t clear in what apartment you’ll stay. The stuff is pretty rude and they’ll charge you for everything. They’re lacking hospitality and it is pretty obvious that you are a walking wallet for them. The security deposit was released a month after, but the person who gave us the keys stated that they are releasing it right after the check out.

Klaudia (10/5): Perfect apartment in perfect location! - Perfect location in Florence city center. Well equipped, cute apartment with an amazing view. I had the piano in the room that I loved! Also, receptionist in the office was super nice when we checked out. She printed us the boarding passes and let us leave our luggage in the storage for a few hours.
