• Sam (9/5): Super nice, really convenient apartment! - Really good location, just out the way enough that there wasn’t loads of foot traffic down the narrow streets. Also super clean and had all we needed for a short stay! If we could have used the radiators to dry some clothes we washed!

• Kristina (9/5): Bija jauki izbaudīt un iejusties Venēcijas ikdienas dzīvē. - Dzīvoklis atrodas netālu no Arsenal piestātnes, netālu no galvenajām tūristu apskates vietām. Lieliski piemērots ģimenei ar bērniem - viena istaba vecākiem, otra bērniem. Virtuve apvienota ar atpūtas zonu. Ļoti klusa vieta vakarā un naktī. Virtuves darba zonā būtu jāveic uzlabojumi - jāsalabo nosūcējs, gāzes plītij jāatjauno norādes degļiem. Vēlams pārskatīt virtuves atvilktņu saturu un to tīrību. Netika piedāvāti roku dvieļi.

• Eva (5/5): Tolle Lage, aber sehr abgewohnt und teilweise schmutzig. - Die Lage ist einfach herrlich, ruhig, und doch zentral. In unmittelbarer Nähe Geschäfte, Lokale, … Die Wohnung war größer als erwartet. Badezimmer roch geputzt, Bettwäsche und Betten waren ok. Sehr hellhöriges Haus, die Eisentür der Nachbarn ist extrem laut, wenn man im vorderen Zimmer schläft. Auch Vorbeigehende sind sehr laut zu hören in den Abendstunden. Nicht ideal für Familien mit Kindern. Einzig das hintere Zimmer ist ruhig. Geschirr in der Küche war nicht gut abgespült, Dusche schimmlig, auch die Waschmaschine roch feucht-schimmlig.

Nos faltó un microondas, para poder calentar cosas de forma rápida, la cocina era de hornillo y no de vitrocerámica como estamos acostumbrados. Pero no es una queja, solo una recomendación, sin duda, volveríamos a esta casa, de volver a Venecia

• Peter (10/5): - We had a lovely time staying at Casetta. We were met by the owner, who allowed us to check in early. The accommodation was as described. We had everything we needed whilst there. Location was great and would love to stay there again. Would highly recommend.

• George (7/5): Inexpensive for Venice and in a great location. People we dealt with were friendly and communicated well. Good experienc - Cute little apartment in the centre of Venice. Needs a bit of updating though! Location. Can walk to all the major tourist spots. Nothing really. Just needs a bit of updating and need to buy softer towels!
• Mary (7/5): Great location - The location was great. Bathroom facilities were good. We had to wait quite a while for the owner to bring the keys on arrival, even though we had phoned from the bus station.

• Sharon (5/5): Great holiday for lock-pickers! - Very good location and it felt like a very authentic, vintage experience if you like being in the granny flat. Everything was on the ground floor. It was cosy and we enjoyed ourselves despite the problems mentioned below.. The host said they would meet at the Arsenale vaporetto stop but changed this to the apartment which was difficult to find. My friends communicated with the host, who met them at an agreed point and explained how to use the keys but as we had no Italian and they spoke no English this was difficult and open to misunderstanding. Of the three of us only one of us ever managed to be able to open the front door as it had a difficult lock. This became a stress point during the trip and on the first night we called the host at 10:30pm as we were totally locked out. They refused to come out saying "we are not your babysitters!" We got in by getting passing strangers to see if they could work out how to use the key as it was so tricky. A passing welshman got us in! Some gas hobs did not work and some of the single beds were very small, Ok for those less than 5'5 maybe! Double/ twin was good! The air con was not accessible to us and the landlord took away the remote for it. We had a power cut as the electrics fused but fortunately we found the trip switches to resolve it.

The facts that they made photos of the passports and sent them on WhatsApp to aomeone else, even if I told them that GDPR law don’t permit this, the lady smiled and continued to make photos. The fact that one extra night was payed cash without ant receipt. The towel’s were less then the guests numbers …

• Anita (8/5): A great weekend at one of the most beautiful and historic cities in Europe. - Great location as easy to either walk to the main sights or to hop on the vaporetta. Good size for a family. Air conditioning very welcome. Good size fridge, washing machine etc. local maps and information books, clean bed linen and towels so a great base for exploring Venice. The shower was not very clean. It only had 2 wall sockets that took the usual two pin European plug, so if you wanted to use the hairdryer that they provided you had to stand by the cooker in the kitchen or by the washing machine in the bathroom, neither area was by a mirror. There was no kettle so to make a hot drink you had to heat water in a saucepan on the hob, not a problem except you couldn’t light the gas as the two gas guns didn’t work.

• Ella (9/5): Beautiful Venice - The location was perfect. A couple of minutes from the closest restaurants, 5-10 minute walk to St Marks Square. Excellent value for money. Very spacious apartment. Smart TV with Netflix. Large fridge freezer and facilities for cooking although we ate out. I would definitely recommend. The shower wasn't particularly warm or powerful.
