Apartment located on 2nd floor with elevator. Beds comfortable enough, depending to what standard you are used to. Well equipped kitchen. The host - Lorenzo - was beyond any expectations. Nice, polite, interested in making guests as comfortable as possible. Giving useful tips on sightseeing and, generally, your stay in Milan.

Pesky dostupne do centra, metro a tramvaje hned v dosahu par minut. V okoli vyborne jidlo v restauracich a take do nejmodernejsi casti mesta to bylo dostupne prijemnou prochazkou.

• CvetanP (10/5): An excellent stay with a perfect location and an exceptionally caring and responsive host. - Great place to stay! The location is excellent, very close to both the Milano Centrale station and the metro, which makes getting around extremely easy. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. During this trip, we had some health issues, and sometimes when I travel I can’t even reach the host. However, Lorenzo was always available and even ready with a doctor if we needed one. Hands down, this is the most helpful host I’ve ever had. Highly recommended!

Our check-in was very late (3 a.m.), but everything went smoothly. Lorenzo stayed in contact with us the whole time and was extremely helpful and kind. He even left a lovely surprise in the room. I strongly recommend this accommodation.

• Jamelah Ann (10/5): 5 stars - The owner of the apartment, Lorenzo, was very hospitable and kind. He welcomed us with a big smile, checked us in at 12 PM, and even gave us the larger apartment along with some treats for our honeymoon. The apartment is spacious and comfortable, and Lorenzo also set our preferred temperature for the entire stay. We truly enjoyed our time there and were able to rest properly. The television is a smart TV, so you can relax and watch series after a long day of walking and sightseeing. There is one bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room. The bathroom is large and clean. The kitchen is fully equipped, and there are also condiments provided, which is convenient if you feel like cooking and eating in the apartment—especially since it was very cold and rainy these past few days. The location is great: 30 minutes from the Duomo, 5 minutes from the Unes supermarket, 3 minutes from the Porta Venezia metro station, and about 20 minutes from Garibaldi and the Brera district. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, and both KFC and McDonald’s are just 5 minutes away. There is also a minimarket right in front of the apartment that stays open until midnight. Lorenzo kindly let us stay until 2 PM even though the checkout is only until 12PM (depending on the arrival time of the next guest) and stored our bags inside the apartment until 4:30 PM before the next guests arrived. When we returned, the housekeeper was there, and she was very nice and dedicated to her work. I saw how thoroughly she cleaned everything—changing all the mattresses and towels, washing them in the washing machine inside the apartment, ironing, and neatly folding them for the next guests. They are extremely accommodating, and we had a wonderful time staying there. I would definitely book this apartment again when I come back to Milan.

The apartment is modern and clean in a beautiful building with very good air conditioning and very close to the subway. The best part of this apartment though is Lorenzo the host! Bathroom with good shower water pressure, always a bonus point for me. Location was excellent to walk to all areas of interest or very near a metro/trams if you didn’t want to walk. When approaching the apartment there were a lot of young men sitting/loitering in doorsteps. As a single female traveller, with a suitcase and not really sure where I was going I found this a little scary. Absolutely nothing to worry about and of no reflection to the apartment itself. The housekeeper came out to meet me and I was very quickly inside. The apartment block interior is currently being painted, the workmen were quiet and courteous and did not impact on my stay.

Next to the house there is a bicycle park, which was useful along with the metro. Optimal apartment for familiarization with the city center and surburbs (central railway station is nearby).

I got everything I needed and the host has been really kind and helpful. Beds are comfortable, cleaning is perfect. Excellent value for money.

Welcome drinks are just top-notch. The apartment building feels safe. The manager of the apartment really takes care of the place. The washing machine was not operational but we were taken care of!!! I would stay again. The typical apartment problems that are everywhere, noisy neighbors at times, but not after bedtime. Milan does not have good air quality, I would like to see air filters in the apartment. (Have not seen one in the 4 I stayed in)
• Max (9/5): A nice, comfortable, convenient and beautiful place in the heart of Milan - The location is placed in a truly central area of Milan, close to the most important monuments, parks and attractions: easy to be reached and near the main bus/tram/metro lines. The place is cozy, well kept, very clean and with a modern touch of beautiful design. The building is quiet and the access is easy (just a couple of keys), the door is reinforced and it feels like a safe place. The housekeeper is gentle, kind and extremely helpful. The host very nice and prompt in his answering time. We've been there during winter time and the house temperature was warm and comfortable. Overall our experience has been more than positive and we warmly suggest this place to everyone. The rooms are a little small, but nothing we couldn't adapt to.

The unit was a decent size and was in good overall condition. The appliances and bathroom were in good working order and for the most part, the place was clean. The host was very communicative and helpful with recommendations. The neighbourhood is a bit noisy, especially on Thursday night. The host provided ear plugs, but they were not sufficient to keep out all the noise. There was a bit of natural gas smell in the hallway to the unit and in the bathroom of the unit. The fan in the bathroom was not strong enough to remove all the gas smell and also kept the bathroom a bit humid.

• Declan (10/5): Excellent property. I'll be back! - WOW. This is amazing! I can't stress how good this place was or how good communication was either. I didn't get to meet the owner... but... I did get to meet his Dad! He was a gentleman! Facilities are excellent as is the area. I'll be back. The air conditioning had an error message. However, I knew from the error code that all I had to do was turn the power off and on again. Problem fixed so no problem!
• Remo (9/5): Superb - The apartment could accommodate 4 people, we had 1 closed bedroom which was great. It was walking distance to the subway and central train station. It was also accommodating to us that the building had an elevator, seeing we had 4 luggages. Our host, Lorenzo, was always available and went the extra step to welcome us. I definitely recommend it.
• Brent (10/5): Amazing Milan - You can't fault this property or Lorrenzo the host. His communication was excellent. He even contacted us part way thru our stay to make sure we were happy. We arrived late and had his housekeeper meet us to show us our room and facilities and even had a bottle of wine and coke in the fridge for us as a welcome gift. The area the property is in is very quiet during the morning and comes alive at night with restaurants and bars popping out of doorways. I highly recommend this property.

I booked very last minute on a whim and Lorenzo made sure that the check in was as smooth as possible for us and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable and to our standard. The location itself was fantastic. Approx 15min walk/easy stroll, to the central train station and surrounded by a host of brilliant cafes and restaurants. Many metro stations dotted around the place but to be honest everything was very accessible by foot. Highly recommend and certainly would stay again next time we're in Milan!

• Julia (10/5): Perfect stay in Milan - One of the best stays of our trip. All the amenities we needed were all provided in the apartment. Everything reachable by walking or catching the tram. Lorenzo the owner gave a few recommendations on where to eat - his recommendations do not disappoint. Effective communication between guests and owner if you need anything. We arrived earlier than our check in time, Lorenzo was able to organise luggage storage prior our visit but we were able to check in earlier than expected - which worked out well since the weather was wet and raining when we came to Milan.

We love walking, and it is easy to walk to the Duomo and many of the other main attractions in Milan, and it's also close to Milano Centrale station and other public transport. There are bars and restaurants nearby, and a supermarket. Lorenzo is a great host, he checked in to see that all was OK, and was very helpful in arranging an early check in, and also offered a late check out. I would not hesitate to recommend the apartment, and would gladly stay there again.

The station "Milano Centrale" is about 17 minutes walk. We stayed with our 1-year-old son and the apartment has all the structure necessary. Lorenzo was an excellent host, carefully, and very attentive. He left wine in the apartment as a welcome. He also supported us with tips for great restaurants around the apartment, tours, renting a car, and information from the other cities around Milan. We will definitely stay at this place on our next trips to Milan. Nothing.

• Eva (10/5): A perfect stay in the Perfect Place!! - From booking this apartment until we left 5 nights later, our host Lorenzo could not do enough for us. He arrived promptly when we got to the address, but was in contact with us from arrival to Bergamo airport. He gave us full info on the apartment, the equipment which is all you could need for a short stay, the heating, there was a complimentary bottle of wine, 2 bottles of lagar and 2 large bottles of water in the fridge. Also provided were coffee pods, kitchen essentials for cooking, washing machine and dishwasher detergents, shampoo and soap. . Lorenzo gave us lots of info on restaurants and things to do while in Milan. We found the apartment perfect for 3 of us, a bedroom with double bed and a very comfortable pull out sofa beside the TV which had available Netflix . We found the apartment very clean, warm, easily accessible by lift or stairs. 15 min walk to train station which was perfect for us as we travelled to Lake Como for a day and also travelled to Lugano, Switzerland for a day. The tram & Metro were close by but walk to Duamo along Casa Buesos Aires, a main shopping street, was lovely. Overall, we had a lovely 5 nights break staying at Perfect Place apartment and would definitely be very happy to return again . Some street noise at night time but it wasn't a problem for us and Lorenzo had provided ear plugs which we didn't need.

Lorenzo is very accommodating, our train came in late, he picked us up at train station. Had wine, water, soda and even a beer at the apartment upon our arrival. Very clean, neighborhood was very safe. Very secure Nothing
