Guest Reviews
- Cheryl (8/5): A great location with a spacious accommodation but not quiet - The apartment was very spacious for our family of 4 with 2 bathrooms, ideal with teens. The location was perfect for us as we have visited Rome many times before. Regular contact was made, which was mostly very good. Via Guilla is very noisy at night/ early morning made worse due to poorly closing windows. I understand the property is older but maintaining the windows to close properly would help with the noise. Currently road maintenance stating outside before 8am.
Secondly, the lock to get in the property is temperamental. I was told exactly how to use the lock like a child. One afternoon we couldn’t get back in and it was assumed I was using the lock incorrectly despite me following instructions. I am fully aware tone of Italian language differs from that of English but making assumptions of guests that are paying a lot of money I stay for a week is not great customer service. This has clearly been an issue in the past and would benefit from being fixed.
The sofa is extremely uncomfortable to sit on, it would benefit from some soft furnishings.

- Valentina (9/5): Ottimo soggiorno in centro a Roma - La casa è bella e curata, la posizione ottima! Purtroppo gli infissi sono scarsamente isolanti ed essendo in centro città la notte può essere molto rumorosa
- Arkadiusz (9/5): - Chyba najlepsze lokalizacja do pieszego zwiedzania Rzymu. Brak mikrofalówki, klimatyzacja musiała się napracować aby w lutym dogrzać mieszkanie do odpowiedniej temperatury
- Rossana (7/5): Fine settimana a Roma - Pulizia e vicinanza al centro. Mancanza di riscaldamento.
Rumori molesti la notte.
- Sarah (10/5): -
- Marta (10/5): -
- Sylvia (9/5): - Nice apartment, spacious and good location A little noisy in the morning (can hear the street traffic)
- Annalisa (9/5): -
- Mansoor (8/5): - Location. The place is nice and clean. No microwave, it's something important. There is no place to hang cloths in master bedroom's bathroom. The sink of both bathrooms and the kitchen was blocked, I informed about it on checkout, so hopefully, it is fixed or will be.
I didn't like master bedroom lighting at all, but the second room lighting was good as well the rest of the lights in the hallway.
- Ankerstein (7/5): Noise levels at night unbearable without earplugs - Beautiful location and building Although it’d read it in reviews I grossly underestimated the noice level. Middle of the week, middle of the night, every hour to sometimes 2 minutes we were jolted awake. Shame course it’s got a lot of potential otherwise.
- ERKAN (9/5): Ideal place for family stays - Location. Very close to Campo de Fiori and river Tiber. There’s a lift which helps a lot to carry luggages. The flat has 2 bathrooms which is a clear advantage over others. Everything was fine
- Brenda (10/5): Large beautiful apartment - Large apartment, very tastefully renovated, very nice details. Good beds, great bathrooms, great WiFi. The location is also perfect! Nothing
- Laura (5/5): Passable - The property was beautiful and in a great location. There was work being done on the road which was really noisy in the morning but that’s no fault to the hosts. Unfortunately the electricity went out and there was only 1 working outlet. Matteo was responsive and offered a discount for my next stay.
- Madison (6/5): Rude start to our Roman holiday - The apartment is in a great location for walking all around town and on both sides of the river. Bedrooms were relatively big and it was nice to have a living room area. The day of check-in my fiancé and I arrived about an hour or so before my parents, and unfortunately they were unable to get international cell service so when they arrived (and we had gone for a walk) they spoke with someone outside the building that luckily was able to get in touch with the owner who called me and we came straight over. About 30 minutes after bringing my parents up to the apartment, there was a knock on the door, and an extremely angry, aggressive, and rude woman yelled at myself and my family for making her come to the property to bring a set of keys. I explained the situation to her, as there was no problem retrieving the key but that we arrived separately and my parents were unable to get in touch with us when they arrived, and I had spoken to the owner to explain already. She was not understanding and left in a huff leaving my family feeling uncomfortable and upset.
This was a terrible welcome to Rome, and despite me contacting the property (multiple times), they have refused to acknowledge or apologize for this unfortunate encounter. Zero hospitality.
- Anne-marie (6/5): Pleasant -
- Cerys (10/5): Amazing apartment in centre of Rome - The property was spacious, clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable night stay. The decor was beautiful and made us feel right at home. The location was great in the centre of Rome and within walking distance to local restaurants, bars and tourist attractions. The area was very safe and we had a wonderful stay whilst exploring Rome. Nothing, it was perfect
- Nikala (8/5): Lovely, atmospheric appartments. - Location, comforable, atmospheric, clean, air-con. On-suite shower wasn't working. Kitchen was very basic and small.
- Graeme (8/5): Very good location close to piazza with lots of restaurants nearby. - Good size, two bedrooms and two bathrooms so really good when getting ready. Clean and tidy. Nothing.
- Marina (9/5): great - location, ease of checkin and checkout, host was very nice and professional
- Graziella (9/5): Superb - Location Taxi not turning up. Too noisy at night to sleep.
- Gael (8/5): Very good -
- Sinju (3/5): Poor - The location The room was not ready till 11pm where the 1st night became sleepless. The apartment is not maintained
- William (9/5): Superb -

- Maria (7/5): Good -
- Alexandros (9/5): Superb -
- Arlene (8/5): Very good - Great location
Comfortable apartment, we were 4 adults and 2 children. Owners left a folding bed and portable crib as requested and it worked out great Kitchen
And no terrace (we did know that)
- Anonymous (6/5): Pleasant - Location is perfect
Host was very responsive and helpful Bathroom- shower door could not close
Place needs maintenance work
- Sara (8/5): very happy we booked this apartment it suited our family very well. - perfect location, comfortable, safe, near lots of bars and restaurants, clean & cosy. Decor a little dated although the rooms and windows are beautiful.
- Helen (5/5): Passable -
- Anne (7/5): Overall the experience is good, location is nice very walkable to a lot of area and stores. I also appreciate that they - very spacious and ot has the European bobe that I like. The door can’t be locked from the inside which kinda make us feel unsafe when we sleep. and I wish we gor the crib that we requested.
- Carlo (7/5): Good - no shampoo and very poor bathroom
- Catherine (7/5): good location, little stressful on arrival, parking around the corner. walking distance to all major attractions - location no cooking facility, just a kettle, bathroom could have been cleaner, securing key made a little tricky as contacts not corresponding with each other but we sorted it
- Ewa (8/5): we enjoyed the visit and the location of the apartment was perfect for our visit plan - location, the style of the building and of the apartment loud at night
- Corey (10/5): Exceptional - The location was excellent, and the furnishings were beautiful!
- Madis (9/5): Superb -
- Vesna (10/5): Exceptional -
- Anton (5/5): Nice location, but flat needs renovation - Location is just perfect, walking distance to all the major sites (30 mins to colosseum, 20 to Vatican, Pantheon and Trastevere with its restaurants are just around the corner, not literally of course, but very close. The apartment definitely has potential - great location, nice area and the building itself.. But hosts don't put any efforts/money into its maintenance at all. Dirt, dust and even mould in the bathroom. Many things are broken and don't work, a couple of examples:
- the dinning table was broken a long ago, it seems someone (who had no idea how to fix stuff) tried to fix it without any success
- the door is not possible to lock from the inside, instead of fixing it they just put a note like please don't lock the door from inside...
- the shower door doesn't close fully, there is always a gap.
- toilet flush can stuck and water just flowing
- problems with wires and electricity
Extra bonus: no noise cancelling at all, you hear everything what happens outside
- Joanne (8/5): Very good - The location is excellent and within easy walking distance to so many places and conveniences. The street is on is not necessarily a touristy place so you have a nice pace to the start of the day.
Heating was good
Cutlery, plates provided were good
Spacious It is quite noisy at night but we were only there for a few days so it didn't really matter..the dining table was wobbly and didn't feel particularly strong. Would be an easy fix.
- Alessandra (7/5): Good - Amazing location in Rome center with a nice parking place at 2 minutes walking. Super cozy place, two large rooms, availability of extra bed and one nice bathroom. Nice host. A small inconvenience! We got a problem with the door, we locked it and it was not possible to open it anymore. The host solved the issue super-promptly even at 7 am! But it should not have happened at all. Indeed, there was a sentence at the end of the welcome card on the table saying that you should not lock the door from the inside because it sometimes get stuck. Fix it!! or at least tell in a direct message to the guest before arrival or with a tag on the door itself! it was disappointing to see that you were aware of the risk and not telling it properly.
- Mihaela (7/5): Good - location needs updating in furniture
- Alessandro (9/5): Superb - Location Wifi connection
- Nele (8/5): the decoration felt like you were really in Rome. - excellent location - helpful staff - decoration some of the furniture was dated - not enough cutlery - the additional bed was squeaking
