• Giorgia (10/5): - Appartamento nel centro della vita del quartiere testaccio, pulito accogliente, con tutto quello che serve! Il bagno è piccolino ma dotato di ogni cmfort. I proprietari gentilissimi e disponibilissimi. È comodo alla metro piramide, 10 minuti a piedi e alla ostiense,stessa distanza. È comodo ai servizi del quartiere, bar ristoranti supermercati. Assolutamente nessuna critica

El apartamento está muy bien, es agradable y el entorno, el barrio Testaccio, es auténtica mente romano, seguro, amable y con todos los servicios q se pueden desear. En cuanto a la ubicación , permite llegar caminando a btes lugares visitables y está magníficamente comunicado No encuentro nada q no me gustara
• Norbert (10/5): Autentikus olasz lakás, ideális elhelyezkedés. - Nagyszerű elhelyezkedés: bár a centrumtól kicsit távolabb, de egy igazi autentikus olasz környéken és lakóépületben található az apartman, mi pont ilyet kerestünk. Tömegközlekedés: 10 perc séta a Piramide megálló, ahonnan metróval a város, HÉV/vonattal az Ostia-i tengerpart gyorsan megközelíthető. 2 perc sétára buszmegálló, a város és a Vatikán irányába buszokkal, de egy kiadós sétával gyalog is elérhető minden. Remek kávézók a környéken. 3 főnek ideális a nappaliban található kanapé kihúzható és kényelmes. +++ Szállásadó nagyon rendes, külön extra az egyedileg készített segédlet a környék bemutatásához, magyar nyelven. -

• Nicola (10/5): Davvero una bella scoperta. - La Posizione è eccezionale, siamo stati vicino a tutto, in 30 minuti a piedi siete in pieno centro ma se volete spostarvi con i mezzi avete tutte le possibilità, la metropolitana è a due passi e così le fermate delle linee più importanti. Ci torneremo di sicuro.

• Dragana (10/5): Rim je fenomenalan grad i uživali smo u porodičnom odmoru. - Domaćini su predivni. U apartmanu ima apsolutno sve što treba za prijatan boravak. Ostavili su nam i mapu sa preporukama šta da obidjemo i za markete i restorane sa korektnim cenama i dobrom hranom. Izuzetno miran kraj Rima, udaljen 15 do 20 min peške do Koloseuma. Voda u celom gradu je za piće. Voda je odlična, hladna, česme su na svakom koraku što je veoma bitno kada šetate dugo gradom. Saobraćaj im funkcioniše fantastično dobro.

Mieszkanie małe ale spokojnie wystarczające dla 3 osób. Pełne wyposażenie, czysto i bezpiecznie. Dużym ułatwienie windą. Klimatyzacja niezastąpiona w upalne dni i ciepłe noce. Okolica spokojna ze sklepami i restauracjami w zasięgu 300 metrów. Pobliski przystanek autobusowy umożliwił dojazd do wszystkich najważniejszych miejsc w Rzymie. Dla nas super.

• Gloriya (9/5): Good value for money - It’s safe and in a quiet location. It’s outside of the very touristy area so that’s nice. It was clean and it had what I needed (coffee maker, WiFi, AC, etc) All in all it was great! The shower was either burning hot or cold but it was manageable. The light from the window hitting the bed directly wasn’t ideal but also - ok. It’s very expensive for what you get but for Rome - it’s a good price. I recommend staying there!
• Velvet (10/5): Fabulous holiday in Roma - The place was better than the photos - comfortable bed, strong shower and secure location. We enjoyed the area - nice to be out of the hustle and bustle but an easy 20 minute walk to the main attractions. Great pastry place close by - Pasticceria Barberini. Everything was good!

• Vania (7/5): Efficient apartment in great food neighborhood - I liked the family neighborhood, the square nearby as a meeting point of all. Supermarket right in front, Café and many good restaurants in the area. Good clothing/shoes/purses stores in the same block. Metro Piramide and Ostiense train station nearby. From the ap windows could see the sky/the sun. It was difficult to find the place because hadn’t noticed missing the physical number of the property on the Booking.com reservation! There’s no name of the place on the street either. I couldn’t make calls from my ph, but asked a lady who gently called for me at the exact time that Lorenzo showed up! After the stress, all good w/ keys, elevator to the 3rd floor, showed us everything in the ap: kitchen, bath and bedroom.

• Christina (10/5): Exceptional - The location is excellent and the building is charming and old, typical Italian. The owners were very helpful. The apartment is a little humid.
• Eveline (9/5): Superb - The location was great, very close to bus station and 7 minutes walk to metro Piramide. Lots of restaurants nearby (we ate some great pasta at da Bucatino, just around the corner). The host gave us instructions about the sightseeing, supermarkets and places to eat printed in our language (romanian). We had towels, soap and shower gel, the kitchen fully equiped, a small tv in the livingroom (but who goes to Rome to watch tv?). The apartament could use some renovation, and the couch isn't the best to sleep on. The internet wasn't very stable, but after we moved the modem in the livingroom the problem was solved.
• David (8/5): Very good - The apartment was really nice and comfortable to visit the whole city either walking or by bus. Roberto was very helpful and nice.
• Sashka (4/5): Disappointment - The only two things that were good in the flat were its position /very close to the center/ and good-care of Roberto`s wife. The flat generally needs of repair and innovation. Most of the furniture is old and worn. The flat wasn`t good cleaned - all sanitary parts were dirty, There were even food remains on the dishes, the shelves smelt bad. The flat can be counted without Wi-Fi and tv /the tv is as a pc monitor/.
• Jthonestly (8/5): modest but overall a great stay - the host was fantastic. she was informative, friendly. the location was great for me. close to piramide and the ostiense train and bus stations. direct local train to fco--a little slower but much cheaper than leonardo express.one block away from several surface transportation lines. . lots of restaurants, pizzerias, and bakeries around. directly across the street from a bio-market. da bucatino restaurant at the corner, popular and good. very nearby two other famous pizzerias-nuovo mondo and remo 20 minutes or so to piazza venezia. bridge to trastevere a few blocks away a little elevator which needed a key. quiet neighborhood. very much a neighborhood without crowds or glitz. apartment is modest no toaster, no laundry. lousy shower curtain and a bit of a slow drain. no baking pan or tray. minor issues
• Juliet (10/5): Great location, you feel like you are part of Roman life but near to everything you need to visit - We found Roberto who took us to the apartment. It is on the third floor but there is a lift or stairs so no issue there. Roberto showed us round the apartment and also provided maps and recommendations for bars, restaurants and sightseeing. It did take us a while to navigate our way around the local area so the maps were invaluable. I would recommend getting a map of central Rome which a friend gave to us before our visit as this helped us a lot when sightseeing. Great location as a base for our visit to the Ryder Cup. The apartment was just off to one side of a typical Roman square which was always full of life especially in the evenings and at weekends with children parties and family gatherings often taking place. Lots of resturants and bars, we loved Nuovo Mondo which was a 5 minute walk, great pasta, pizza and calzone, my husbands favourite. There is supermarket on the square where we bought some essentials for our stay. Great location for the metro, trains and buses though we only used the Metro, Piramide was just a 10 minute walk away, cheap and very reliable which got us to the free shuttle buses to the golf course. The Colleseum was walkable in about 45 minutes and we walked along the the side of the Tiber to get there. The Colleseum is a truly remarkable landmark and we also had a day visiting the Vatican and the Trevi Fountain (via the Metro). We didn't do our research on the Vatican and there was huge queue so you might want to pick your time to visit a little better than we did. The apartment was clean, well equipped bar a kettle and basic toiletries were also provided (shower gel and shampoo, soap) as well as towels. The bed was comfortable, I slept very well, and there was a good fridge and freezer if you wanted to keep some milk for teas and coffees and snacks and ice for drinks. Can't really criticise - it was great
• Paul (10/5): Great property in a great area. - The property is in a great area, surrounded by cafe's bars and restaurants, there are 3 supermarkets a bakery and a couple of gelatarias within a 5 minute walk, the markets are a 10 minute walk, it is clean and fairly well equipped with all thats needed for a stay, The host Roberto is great, he welcomes his guests warmly and goes through everything including things to do around the area, the property is on the 3rd floor and is serviced by a lift. It would have been nice to have a kettle for the morning cuppa, the tv is useless, definitely not a deal breaker though.
• Liz (10/5): Beautiful little apartment, highly recommended! - This excellent apartment is right in the heart of beautiful Testaccio. It is a lovely place to stay with plenty of space and well set up with everything you will need. Roberto is an excellent host and provided a lovely English guide of places to eat and visit. Very quick to respond to messages. The apartment is very close to the metro in Piramide with access to the rest of Rome, and is on several bus routes. It is also within walking distance to beautiful areas like Trastevere and Circo Massimo. On weekends, locals gather at Piazza Testaccio just down the road, which is amazing as it captures what local life is like. It can get a bit noisy these evenings. We didn't mind this as it was lovely background noise but may be annoying to anyone who is looking for a quieter location. There wasn't a kettle, although not having one isn't unusual for Italy so all good with us. The wifi is a little temperamental but works fine once you work out how!

• Aron (8/5): Overall great stay - The location was amazing and it wasn't too far a walk from attractions or the bus. The apartment was clean and tidy. They had a crib set up with blankets and pillows for my daughter, which was so nice! The hosts were very friendly and had so much information and recommendations printed out ready for us. There also was an elevator to get the floor, which was a big help with luggage and a stroller. Overall and great stay. The only complaints that we have were that the beds and pillows were very uncomfortable for our liking. The bed and the pullout bed were very hard and the pillows were either too soft or too hard. The bathroom shower drain also was clogged. We tried to clean it a little but with every shower it was backed up significantly.
• Ramnath (10/5): Fantastic stay in a great local Rome location. - Location was great and Roberto was a fantastic accommodating host. We arrived a day late due to a flight cancelation but he made constant contact and met us as soon as we arrived. Would definitely stay again next time we are in Rome! Wifi was a bit spotty due to a 4G device, but apart from that all was great!
• Sari (10/5): Excellent apartment in nice area in Rome - Very good apartment in nice area of Rome. Very clean and well equipped apartment, we really loved this. Host and his wife are extemely nice and helpful. Good map provided by the host and nice suggestions for restaurants and shops in the area. When in Rome, we definately would come back. Water pressure in shower is not good.
• Robert (10/5): Very nice! The place and the host! - Everything was according to the descriptions and the photos. The apartment is in a nice neighborhood and very close to the bus, metro and train station. There are also supermarkets nearby. Our host, Roberto was very nice and helpful. He replied very promptly to all our messages before and during our stay. When we arrived he allowed us to check-in early and when we left, he was again very kind and he took care of our bags so that we could walk around the neighborhood until 6 in the evening when we had to leave for the airport.
