• GIULIA (9/5): Tre giorni a Napoli - Abbiamo soggiornato per tre giorni in questo appartamento nel centro storico di Napoli e ci siamo trovate benissimo. L’appartamento è molto spazioso, pulito e ben organizzato, con due camere da letto e due bagni, perfetto anche per un gruppo di amiche. La posizione è davvero ottima: centralissima ma allo stesso tempo molto silenziosa, ideale per visitare la città e riposarsi tranquillamente. Un ringraziamento speciale a Marina, gentilissima e sempre disponibile per qualsiasi necessità. Super consigliato, ci tornerei volentieri! Nulla da segnalare.
• Radu Cezar (9/5): Overall, a very pleasant stay in a charming historic location, with a comfortable apartment and exce - Overall, we had a good stay. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well located — in a quiet area, but still very close to the center, restaurants, cafés and shops. Communication with the host was very good throughout the stay. The only minor downside was that the building does not have an elevator, but considering it is a historic building in the old town area, this is completely understandable. The apartment was on the second floor and, in the end, it was not really a problem.

Eleonora ha sigut molt bona anfitriona i ens ha donat molta informació sobre restaurants i que visitar. Molt flexible ademés en la entrada i en la sortida. Un apartament molt recomanable. Una de les cisternes d'un dels vaters al tirar la cadena no parava de descarregar aigua i fer soroll durant una molt bona estona, fent dificil dormir-se si s'utilitzava durant la nit. • Saskia (9/5): Schoon rustig appartement in het centrum - De ligging, midden in bruisende wijk maar heel rustig appartement. Heel schoon en stil. Het is jammer dat er geen raam in de woonkamer is. Dat had ik niet goed gezien op de foto’s. Het is belangrijk om te weten dat je trappen moet lopen (60 treden); voor ons geen probleem maar als je minder goed ter been bent of zware bagage is het niet handig. Het koffiezetapparaat deed het niet en er was geen warm water om af te wassen in de keuken. Ook de toilet in 2 van de badkamers bleef luidruchtig doorlopen. We hadden Eleonora een bericht gestuurd en ze antwoordde dat ze met een loodgieter zou komen. Ze is nooit geweest en nadat ik nog eens een bericht had gestuurd om te informeren of ze zou komen, hebben we geen antwoord gekregen. Het hele verblijf heeft ze verder niet meer geantwoord. Heel vreemd want bij het inchecken drukte ze ons op het hart dat we haar dag en nacht konden bellen/bericht sturen. Ze verzekerde ons dat ze alles doet om de gasten het naar de zin te maken. Maar ze heeft nooit gereageerd op onze berichtjes.

• Matej (6/5): - Our second time at Domus Cordis. While first time was excellent, this time was rather average. The location is good if you love the noise and authenticity of Naples. The accommodation is spacious and comfy. Beds are nice. Make sure your read instructions before you book - there is no elevator. What was annoying is the fact that the other (red) room was missing on the second day hot water in the shower - not sure why, don’t think there is a boiler issue since other room was ok. Also the shower was missing a setup button which made it difficult to switch between the two modes. Last but not least, there is a very nice and helpful lady to check you in who was helping us with luggage from round the corner while the room was not ready yet. What was annoying is the fact that the other (red) room was missing on the second day hot water in the shower - not sure why, don’t think there is a boiler issue since other room was ok. Also the shower was missing a setup button which made it difficult to switch between the two modes.

• Matej (9/5): Great stay in the heart of Napoli - First of all, early checkin was not a problem since apartment was empty before us. The lady landlord was super nice. The place is great: spacious, well equipped, super comfy. Nice two separate bedrooms and a large kitchen. Location is amazing, just rounded the corner of the city center. Abdolu perfect choice for 4 people. Only pain point is the stairs, since apartment is on 3rd floor and there is no elevator (we had older people with us).

Reduced price for an additional person due to inconvenience with the refrigerator. The apartment would be great if the owner would fix or replace the refrigerator. The refrigerator was not cooling and that was a big problem because the temperatures were very high. The refrigerator was not repaired during our 7 day stay even though we reported that it was not cooling.

• Camiel (9/5): Great short stay. - Wonderful location in the middle of the old town. Close to a lot of restaurants. Comfortable and clean, all you need for a short stay. Friendly host, that reacts quickly. Can’t think of anything that I didn’t like .

• Sarah (8/5): Lovely clean apartment situated in heart of city. - The property was clean and tidy. It was right in the centre of the city, so a great base to explore from. There is an amazing pizza place just down the road, called Santissima Pizza. It is in an old church, one minute walk away. We had a late check in, Elenora was wonderful and met us, even guiding the taxi to which point to drop us off. Note, taxi’s cannot drop you off by the property. The road is too narrow. It is only a five minute walk though.

Thanks to her, our check-in and staying were so smooth. To sum up, I recommend this place very strongly.

• Stinne (7/5): Good - Amazing location, nice and clean apartment. It is clear that this apartment is designed for renting out, there was no space to sit around a table, and the kitchen facilities were minimal. But ok as alternative to a hotel.

• Claire (9/5): Super apartment perfect for long weekend or short stay - Great central location yet quiet so you can get a good nights sleep. Bit hard to find with booking.com Map details but host guided us perfectly.
• Craig (9/5): Superb - Good central location in old town. Was suitable for a family of 4 with two teenage girls, with two bathrooms and good air conditioning in the heat. Is up 4 flights of stairs which did not bother us. Due to old town and street restrictions taxi can only get within a few hundred meters of accommodation but easy walk. Safe area and close to plenty of places to eat.
• Marina (9/5): Nice place in historical center - Nice design of the apartment, private bathrooms in every room, perfect location. There were no soaps in one bathroom, there were stains on some towels and some sheets, the coffee machine had salt residues in the water container.
• Hans (9/5): Nice location, nice appartment, lots of stairs - There was a misunderstanding that we wanten to use bithouder bedrooms. But fortunately Eleonora was really kind and solved this problem by making up the seconden bedroom immediately 4th floor without elevator
• Anonymous (8/5): great location. great apartment. be prepared to be on a top floor so lots of steps! - excellent location and very comfy beds. the facilities were missing a few things. there was nothing to wipe dishes with. the map on Booking.com takes you to the wrong address. Thai was frustrating after a long walk with cases from the port.

• Neil (8/5): Very good - The apartment was high spec and it was in an excellent situation. We were greeted very politely and professionally, which was much appreciated. There was a fantastic atmosphere close by the apartment and we enjoyed everything about it. There was a lot of renovation going on. Also, there were a lot of stairs to climb. This is only a small issue but I think it needs mentioning.
