• Kerry (9/5): We had an amazing time in Rome. The apartment was in a brilliant location but still quiet. - The location was excellent. There were a couple of areas which were missed in the cleaning.

• aniello (7/5): A great weekend away for the family. - The apartment is spacious and had everything we need for a family weekend away. The location is fantastic. All in all, very enjoyable. The tv in the room was not working at all, the one in the lounge, yes, but only the regular channels. It would have been nice a smart tv. Also the shower head was not fixed properly. But otherwise it was a great apartment and completely worth it to book!

• Rinata (6/5): Booking.com never again! - Location was pretty good, next to the Plaza de Popolo. Busses, metro, shops close to the apartment. Apartment is spacious for 5 people. The property calls itself “luxury” - which is far away from it. The furniture old, floor and walls were very scratched. The couch and beds were dirty, with huge stains on it. the worst thing was the shower. Not only it was dirty, broken and fixed with sticky tape, but the hot water was disappearing all the time. It was around 26 C in Rome, pretty warm and without hot water is was freezing to shower. In the end my child got sick and we had to stay home for few days. Landlord fixed it quite quickly. The WORST thing was booking.com itself - did not help in the situation at all, left everything for me to handle by myself. Apparently, Booking does not take any responsibility for “bad”properties, despite I paid to booking directly. Very frustrating, the booking app will be deleted as soon as this comment is left here.

• Danut (6/5): Pleasant - Close to city center , quite spacious own kitchen and balcony . Quite expensive for what the place its really is , it shouldn't be posted as luxurious apartament because it is not . For the money they ask they should provide better service .
• Ania (8/5): Very nice, we would stay there again. - The apartment is very centrally situated with a great size and small terrace. We had an issue with the bathroom doors, however it was straight away resolved by the owner. We really appreciated that.
• Madhab (6/5): Just okay - not a value for money - The property was very close to the Metro station The property seriously needs some attention towards its cleanliness. There were dust and dirt everywhere in the floor and furniture. And the sofa in the living room has stains all over it. Blankets didn't have proper cover in it. Most of the kitchen amenities are old and needs replacement.

• Tristan (8/5): Excellent location - The property had an excellent location, just on the edge of the very busy touristy part, near the metro station and bus stops. A couple of minutes walk and we were at a great square, lovely at night, and walking distance to sights. The noise of the tram, that other reviews mentioned, was not at all disturbing. It was great to have a supermarket near to the apartment. The 100 euro for late check in, I feel, was quite hefty.
