Izabela (8/5): - Mieszkanie przestronne, łatwy dostęp (zdalnie) byliśmy późno więc sie przydało. Spacerkiem 10 min do metra ale mozna tez podjechać autobusem wiec lokalizacja super 🙂 sklepy i restauracje tez nie daleko. Nie przyjemny zapach z toalety ale to chyba problem nie tylko tego apartamentu. Widziałam jednego robaka (te wodne nie groźne) jak probowal sie wydostać z bidetu a mam na to mega wrażliwość dlatego o tym wspominam i pewnie mozna to poprawić i będzie naprawdę super 🙂 z salonu do sypialni niema drzwi wiec prywatność na dwie pary jest znikoma 😁

Massimiliano (8/5): Bellissimo! - Tutto bellissimo, solo un pò scomodo per il centro ma la struttura è ottima e il proprietario davvero molto gentile e disponibile. La lontananza dalla stazione dove prendere la metro o i bus per il centro storico ma ripeto, pazienza.

L’ambiente è accogliente, curato nei dettagli e ti fa sentire subito a tuo agio, come a casa. Un aspetto che mi ha colpito particolarmente è stata la pulizia: tutto era impeccabile, dalla camera agli spazi comuni, segno di grande attenzione e professionalità. Il personale è stato gentile e disponibile, sempre pronto a dare una mano per qualsiasi esigenza.

Edgar (6/5): As expected, except for the soundproofing. - Easy to get the keys upon arrival. The host was quick to answer, no problems. Place was tidy for a last-minute 1 night stay. A lot of noise could be heard in the evening, possibly coming from nearby apartments. On the other hand, noise could be heard constantly in the evening and morning hours of doors opening and being shut down hard, which made it very hard to have a good rest. It is definitely not sound proof. Not a touristic area. Relatively close to the Tiburtina station (15min walk).

Vallecchia (8/5): - Posizione ottima, tanti ristoranti vicini , non molto lontano dal centro a circa 15/20 minuti. L'appartamento è molto carino e accogliente , il posto molto bello e silenzioso . Il parcheggio per l'auto facile da trovare. Se dovessimo ritornare a Roma mi sa che prenoteremo di nuovo in questa struttura. Unica pecca abbiamo trovato delle formiche , ma da una parte ci può anche stare essendo un piano terra, ho dovuto comperare un insetticida perché le abbiamo trovate anche nelle valigie .Per il resto tutto sommato tutto perfetto.

Himanshu (10/5): - The owner was so cooperative, we checked in late so he arranged all things in advance. Requested to check out late he agreed on that as well, as we have a late flight from Rome. We received the response without any delay whenever it required.

Truman (8/5): Very good - Very clean and efficient, but small, as anticipated. Supermarket, burger king, and mcdonald's all within two blocks, all good for American travelers. Parking can be difficult on the street. Fairly long way to metro stop.

It was 15 minutes to metro and 5 minutes to bus stop, after that it was easy to go to the city centre. You have to pay on your arrival. The neighbourhood was not very pleasant at night, but there weren't any problems.

Jenna (8/5): Very good - clean and comfortable for one night only that it cost us so much money for one night due to unfortunately needing to book an extra night in Rome at the last minute. we felt it was completely overpriced for what it is, however if it were cheaper to book in advance than it would be fine
Prakash (5/5): Okay for a transit stopover - The apartment is convenient to be close to Tiburtina station although its not close enough to be walking distance with luggage. A cab took 10Euro. The owner/manager met me at the apartment and showed me how everything worked very nicely even though he did not speak English. He also found me an English and Bengali speaking cab driver for the airport drop next day which was very kind of him and helpful. The apartment was clean and well furnished but had mosquitoes. The walls are very thin and the sound of people laughing and talking till late night kept me awake.
