• Faou (1/5): - Très mauvaise expérience. Nous avons trouvé des poils et des cheveux dans les lits, le lave-vaisselle HS, pas d’éponge ni de torchon, la chasse d’eau qui n’arrête jamais de couler, meuble de SDB détérioré, trace de moisissures au niveau des fenêtres, pleins de poussière, nous avons même trouvé un cafard dans les portes de la cuisine.. Clim non fonctionnelle, le linge sale des ancien locataire encore dans le placard sans parler de la télévision de la voisine qui reste allumé jusqu’à 3/4h du matin ce qui empêche de dormir.. c’est inacceptable je ne recommande pas ce logement
• Ojeda (10/5): Excelente, súper recomendable, tiene todo lo que necesitas! - Completamente equipada para la estadía, no le faltaba absolutamente nada. De la propiedad, todo perfecto. Pero la vecina es muy molesta, está con la TV prendida a todo volumen hasta no menos de las 3 o 4 de la madrugada. Con unos tapones para oídos se soluciona, pero es molesta, debe estar sorda/sordo. Le dijimos al dueño del departamento y nos respondió que iba a hablar con el l consorcio para que le avise al ese/esa inquilino.

• Узунова (8/5): - Локацията е добра. Има удобен градски транспорт от квартирата до всички места, които посетихме. Също така е на сравнително кратко пешеходно разстояние от центъра и катедралата Дуомо /за тези, които нямат проблем с ходенето, разбира се/. Имахме проблем с влизането в квартирата при настаняване, но домакинът реагира и съдейства веднага и не се наложи да чакаме да се отстрани проблемът.

• mary demarcus (1/5): Non andate! - La fermata dell'autobus sotto il palazzo. Tutto! Tenuto in modo fatiscente e molto sporco. Pentole i costate la piastra non funziona, la porta finestra del bagno incrostrata è on chiude bene quindi in bagno fa freddo, nella doccia ho trovato peli umani di.......... TERRIBILE anche come tengono la biancheria in un sacco delle poste dentro 'armadio. Tutto così assurdo.

• MARIA GORETTI (8/5): - Las camas eran muy cómodas, había café y cafetera para preparar el desayuno, había pastilla para poner la lavadora y el lavavajillas y en general el apartamento era grande y tenía de todo. Que no había llave ni personal. Te envían un código al móvil y tienes que averiguar cómo va, tienes que depender del móvil para poderlo ver y si te quedas sin batería te quedas en la calle

• Emilia (7/5): - Well functioning air conditioning, quite fast response from the landlord, beds were alright. Complicated procedure to get into the apartment (however the staff responded quickly). The place was not clean, especially the kitchen which discouraged us from using it. The electric kettle was not working.

• Bensalmon (1/5): If there’s anyone who enjoys budget travel it’s me, but it is worth the money to stay somewhere else after this awful ex - Literally nothing good to say. It’s worth spending more money to stay somewhere else 1. The pictures you see are PHOTOSHOPPED. The apartment is filled with black mold and has zero lighting. The neighbour watches TV LOUD until 5am every night. 2. Don’t stay here, seriously- we were locked out on our last night because of their online opening door system- customer service was closed and we couldn’t access the apartment and no response from the host. We had to stay at a hotel- we were 2 young girls alone stranded in Milan at night. We have yet to receive reimbursement for the hotel and the train tickets we missed as the host didn’t reply until 10:30am the next morning- we missed our train and had wet laundry sitting in the washer overnight with no time to dry. The apartment was dirty ( a hair on my pillow upon arrival) and the black mold was EVERYWHERE as well as an insane amount of bugs because the window doesn’t close properly. 3. The location is awful, it takes at least 40 minutes to get to/from the city Center on the bus. 4. The host is completely careless, she did not care one bit that we were locked out ( her response in the morning was “sorry for the inconvenience, you can check out an hour late if you want) and woudlnt refund us for the hotel or train we missed. I can’t even imagine if we had flights the next morning the disaster this would have been.

• Mielewczyk (4/5): Disappointed 😞 - The apartment wasn't exactly as the photos on Booking.com Dark, with old furniture and sticky surfaces. The dishes weren't usable. We requested to have them replaced. It needs refurbishment....

• Jelena (2/5): Poor - Location First of all, landlord was unkind, we had a problem with boiler, we hadn't hot water at all, and he said i should take a quick shower or not take shower at all. It wasn't clean. It was too loud, tv from another apartment was too loud.
• Victoria (7/5): Good - All facilities worked properly, the studio is equipped with everything you need. Everything was neat and clean. The same can be said about the building itself. Quite noisy, since it overlooks the street. Noisy neighbor - an old lady who likes watching TV loudly till late at night. Very UNCOMFORTABLE key system. There is an application, which works online, but I didn't have mobile internet, so it was very inconvenient for me. Then, last evening I got a letter, that I need to leave before 6.00 am, since I mentioned this check out time. But I am sure I have a right to stay at least 10.00 am like everywhere. My flight was 2 hour delayed, so I definitely preferred to stay in the apartment, not at the airport. It's unfair.

Aside from being locked out at 1am because of the system not working and wouldn’t let us in and all they could say was that they were sorry and there was nothing they could do and we had to buzz the neighbours apartments in hopes that someone would let us in; no luck in sleeping at all because the neighbour next door plays their tv so loud from 5/6pm to 3am EVERY night so we hardly slept.
• Glenn (5/5): Overall was a pleasant stay. - N/A We arrived 2200 after a long flight and were very tired, unfortunately there was NO. Hot water we contacted the agent and was informed that the hot water will take up to 1 hour to get warm, as you can imagine this was far from acceptable, we had been up for 17hrs and had to have a cold shower, be sure to take good ear plugs as the next apartment has the television on till 0300 every night of our stay, we thought we’d have a mid afternoon nap to catch up on sleep but the TV was turned on and stayed on till 0300. That is my only complaint the location is good we walked to Duomo and the Castle and trained back. resturant down the road is good and the snack/pizza bar, there is a small shop to the left as you leave the apartment about 50mts opens early coffee and pastries.
• Neroli (4/5): Disappointing - To get into the apartment you need to enter a code then call a phone number, every time This meant the hosts knew when you were in and out of the appartment but also that if your phone was dead, or didn't have call capacity or was stolen you were unable to get into the appartment. The location was very far from the centre, you could hear the neighbours watching TV every night until 1 or later and there is no balcony.
• Sare (10/5): Price performance place. - The people who work that place was so helpful. We did not see that person but they connect with us from the whatsapp. Everything was electronic. We did not use the key. We had just a password for openning the door. Also the entrance of building was openning with the password. The room was clean. But if you want to start boiler or socket you need to push the button next to it. There is no negative comment. Just it is a little bit far from the places. But you can get in the bus in front of the place or you can walk to metro in 15 minutes.
• Maria (7/5): All Good besides the noise, REALLY thin windows and walls. - The view of the park is really beautiful. The hot water was easy to use. the noise! The apartment walls are sooooo thin! We could hear EVERYTHING that happens at the neighbour, it was like we were in the same room. Also the street noise, it's like the windows are open but they are not, its just so bad.
• Mario (6/5): Could have been better with some adjustments. - There was no breakfast. Window in bedroom could not be opened. Should be seen to. Staying in a room with no fresh air for a whoke week is not the ideal. Refrigerator was not working. But it was changed within three days. Bathroom is not very comfortable. Shower cabin is small and being in the middle of a narrow and long room limits good accessibility. Sofa needs changing. Handyman/maintenance man was very understanding and helpful.

• D'haene (7/5): Good - Easy access to public transport, good beds. Everything was very clean! The accomodation offered all we needed. The neighbors were quite loud. Thin walls. We had trouble sleeping some nights because of the noise coming from the television somewhere in another room.
• Beatriz (6/5): Pleasant - The room was nice, the floor is heated so it gets pretty hot in the room. The next door neighbour keeps the tv to loud, you should bring noise cancelling plugs.

• Bozena (9/5): Great place to stay for two. - The apartament was a great place for two persons for the short visit. Very good connection with the city centre and stations. It was comfortable and convenient place. Communication with the owner was easy and all instructions were clear. The place was clean and had all facilities you need for a city break stay. All was good.

• Jovana (7/5): ok - the apartment is close to the bus station, so you can easily get to the center. the staff is friendly I am not satisfied with the cleanliness of the apartment, the apartment is right next to the street, so expect a lot of noise, the bathroom is very small. the price of the apartment is expensive considering what you get
