Świetna komunikacja z osobą zarządzającą/opiekunką apartamentu. Wyposażenie zgodne z opisem. UWAGA- mieszkanie w rzeczywistości prezentuje się lepiej niż na zdjęciach w ofercie!

• Beate (9/5): Sehr schön! - Sehr gute Lage, alles zu Fuss erreichbar, relativ „normales“ Viertel, Läden und Restaurants und Fähranleger in der Nähe, gut ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht. Es war draussen sehr kalt und es war schwer, die Wohnung wirklich warm zu heizen und wir waren froh zusätzliche Decken dabei zu haben.

Magnifique appartement très propre, avec une décoration typiquement vénitienne comme on aime. Petit balcon (2 chaises) charmant et une vue incroyable des 2 côtés sur un petit canal. Très grandes chambres très agréables. Cuisine très fonctionnelle. Rien à signaler puisque tout était exceptionnel !

• Helen (10/5): Excellent stay! A wonderful, spacious, comfortable apartment with canal view. - I can't say enough good things about this property. It was even nicer than it looked in the photos. Veronica met us on arrival to show us around and was helpful and responsive throughout our stay. The apartment was completely comfortable, clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. Separate A/C control in each bedroom was ideal for us. The washing machine was a big plus. We had a small issue with it since we were unfamiliar with the settings, but Veronica helped resolve that in good time. The canal view was lovely, and the area was quiet except for a few folks on boats in the evenings. A COOP grocery store is right around the corner, there are many dining options nearby, and Ca D'Oro and F.te Nove water bus stops are a short walk away. You could walk pretty much anywhere else if you wanted, but we found it worthwhile to have ACTV passes and make frequent use of the vaporetto, especially since it was hot. Do not hesitate to book here! As other guests have mentioned, there is minimal leg room in front of the toilet. That is literally the only negative I can come up with.
• Carrie (10/5): Bellisima - Perfect location. Really spacious and on a quiet canal. It was exactly as the photos show. There was a small fruit/vegetable vendor nearby where we picked up provisions. We had a fantastic time and the hosts were gracious and responsive.

• Janet (10/5): Overall, we enjoyed staying at the apartment and the neighborhood was quiet. - The host and Veronica were very friendly and answered all Our questions. The apartment was a good size, clean, and had everything we needed. We loved having the farmers market and Coop grocery store within walking distance. The water taxi was also able to drop us off on a pier on the same street as the apartment so we didn’t have to walk too far with our luggage. The bathroom toilet space is quite tight.

The living room had french doors which opened to a small terrace overlooking the same canal). The apartment is very spacious and located along a quieter street but still within a short distance to the Rialto Bridge and several water taxi stops.

• Igor (9/5): A large cozy apartment with high ceilings and a wonderful view of Venice channels - 1. Very nice location and a picturesque view of Venice at the window. 2. A large apartment with 4-meter-high ceilings. 3. A well-equipped kitchen. 4. A warm-welcoming check-in. 5. Two quiet and cozy chambers with large beds inside. 6. Air-conditioning in all the rooms. 1. Sometimes, the water heater did not work properly (it might just switch off spontaneously during operation), so it was problematic to take shower in the evening (2 days out of 5). However, the hosts did their best to overcome the issue. 2. Poor WiFi connection; especially the upload speed was slow. 3. The kettle was unusable because of a stench out of it.
• Deborah (9/5): A great apartment in a quieter part of Venice, yet not too far to walk to St Marks square. - Our flight arrived after check in time slot. We were provided excellent instructions on how to find the property. The apartment is of an older style but has everything you needed to make your stay enjoyable. The apartment was clean and very spacious. It has a great little balcony, just enough for two chairs to sit out and enjoy the gondola's going by, so nice. There are also great laundry facilities which were great to have after travelling for a few weeks around Europe. Nothing, it fully met my expectations.

• Stephen (10/5): Wonderful Stay In Venice - Check in was very easy, the host uses What's app and we communicated throughout. She met us at the apartment with her husband to go over everything and give us the keys. The apartment is located in a nice quiet section of Venice. A fresh market, butcher, shop and grocery store are all right down the street - very convenient. It is roughly a 15-20 minute walk to all the main sites (Rialto bridge and St. Mark's Square). Line 12 (boats that go to the islands) is a 5 minute walk from the apartment. The restaurants in the area were very good and priced very well. We were able to get $2 Euro bottle of wine at the grocery store. Dinner specials included $9.90 Euro for drink and food. The beds were very comfortable, not too soft. The A.C. worked great. You have a balcony overlooking a canal - all the windows open. There is a washing machine to do laundry if needed. The kitchen has everything you need (full kitchen, cant' remember if there is an oven or just stove top). The apartment is extremely clean, I walked bare foot throughout and nothing on my feet. No complaints. I will make you aware the apartment is up a flight of stairs - this is common in Venice and most of Italy. There is no lift, so if you struggle to carry bags be aware (we had no issue). The bathroom shower and toilet is tight if you are larger. Shower is likely 2 feet by 2 feet (again no issue for us). Overall this stay was great. The host was fantastic and easy, the location was perfect to avoid all the crowds of people at St. Marks Square but close enough to easily walk. The apartment was very clean!
• Tung (10/5): Exceptional - The first time I visited Venice, my budget did not allow me to stay in the city (I stayed in nearby Lido). On this trip, I stayed in the town itself, and that is the true way to visit Venice. This apartment was spacious, clean, and quiet. By my estimate, over 90% of the apartments in Venice do not have a canal view. This apartment is located on a canal and not only has a canal view, but there is a bridge right next to it. Every morning, I sat on the balcony and enjoyed a coffee as boats would pass by below. An occasional gondola would pass by in the evenings. This apartment is costs slightly more than I would usually pay (because I'm pretty tight with my money), but it was definitely worth the cost.

Veronica and Marco were exceptionally helpful. There is a very strong smell in the bathroom it smells very damp/ mildew perhaps??? . It caused us some of allergy issues, other than that we loved the stay . Thanks again
• Vickie (10/5): Exceptional - Everything is prefect. The location is convenience to the main attractions. Apartment is very clean and specious. It provides everything we need for our stay. We specially loved the litter balcony overlooking the canal. We also had good communications with Renzo, the owner. He was able to accommodate our check in and check out requests, and gave us detailed direction before our arrival. Veronica greeted us outside the apartment. She showed us around the place, and provided us useful information about the city. We loved our stay. Will definitely come back if there is a chance to go back to Venice. nothing

• Emma (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is very spacious, well spread out with two bedrooms and equipped with anything you need. The rooms were very comfortable with plenty of storage space and the views were stunning. The location was amazing - central to everything. The host was super friendly and so accommodating as we could check in early. The host was also super polite in terms of answering any questions we had and was very prompt in response. We were provided with so much information about where to go/ what to do and how to get around the city. Overall our favourite city break in a while. Loved it all 😁
