• Julie (9/5): Séjour parfait ! - Appartement agréable, décoré avec goût, très bien équipé, au calme, et très facile d'accès. Il y a une petite supérette à 5min à peine pour faire ses courses au besoin. Beaucoup de petites attentions dans l'appartement : chaussons, tout le nécessaire dans la salle de bain, parapluie, etc.. Nous sommes arrivés un dimanche en fin après-midi et Alessia a même eu la gentillesse de nous acheter de quoi petit déjeuner le lendemain matin. Elle a été également d'excellent conseil. Merci pour tout🤍.
• Alberto (10/5): Nella pace della Giudecca a 10' di vaporetto dal centro - Intanto l'assistenza di Alessia fin della fase di prenotazione. Poi mi è venuta a prendere all'imbarco e mi ha condotto all'appartamento spiegandomi la ricchissima dotazione completa in ogni dettaglio, anche quello che non ti aspetti. L'assistenza è proseguita durante il soggiorno con pronte e precise risposte sui mezzi pubblici, le dotazioni dell'appartamento etc. L'appartamento poi era era molto razionale ed elegante con i suoi colori neutri ed i suoi mobili di qualità , con soggiorno e camera da letto ampi, cucina fornitissima, bagno perfetto ed attrezzatissimo, l'unico senza finestra. Inoltre tre ampi finestrini provvedevano illuminazione e panorama con vista anche su un canale interno e sullo sfondo la chiesa delle Zattera La fermata Palanca 5 minuti a piedi con vaporetti ogni 10' per San Marco oppure direttamente per le Zattere proprio davanti. La Giudecca poi ha una sua anima popolare, se si rimane intorno casa si incontra solo gente del posto, bambini che giovano a pallone etc. e traversando verso sud si apre la vista sul lido. Il tutto a costi mediamente della metà che in centro storico Non c'è l'ascensore ma sono due piani, non c'è il balcone ma a Venezia sono proibiti...direi che non ho proprio nulla da dire. Perfetto!

• YUE (10/5): 感謝の一言です。 - まず、家主さんのホスピタリティの高さです。私たちの到着に合わせて、部屋で待機し、設備やアメニティの使い方を細かく教えてくださりました。なかでも、ヴァポレットの運行時間のアプリはヴェネツィア旅行の間、たいへん重宝しました。 次に、部屋の快適さです。タオルや化粧水、食器や寝具、すべて多彩で清潔で品質が高く、まるで高級ホテルのスイートルームに滞在しているかのようでした。 最後に、立地です。ジューデッカ島は賑やかな本島から少し離れているため、いささか不便ではありますが、閑静で落ち着いており、毎日、ビスコンティーの映画のように、潮風に当たり朝日を浴びて船出するのが楽しみでした。 全くありません。コストパフォーマンスは最高といってよいでしょう。

Alessia est une hôte incroyable qui donne de très bons conseils, qui est attentive aux besoins de ses invités et très chaleureuse. Je recommande à 2000%, si je devais revenir à Venise ce serait la bas que je choisirais d’aller.

Alessia the host is super helpful and gave us lots of great advice for things to see in Venice and for good restaurants. The apartment is just a short boat trip away from the main attractions. We stayed for two nights and it was actually really good to stay in a quiet neighborhood, we were well rested. I would definitely recommend staying there.

Alessia, the host, came to meet us at the station and walked us to the apartment and showed us around - a great touch. The apartment was well equipped in the kitchen and bathroom, which made it feel like we were right at home. The apartment was clean and very conveniently located 5 minutes walk away from a ferry stop. Nothing to dislike. We loved staying here and would happily be back!

It looks brand new and was fully equipped, beyond our expectations (with cakes for breakfast, fruit juice and milk in the fridge, body creams in the bathroom, etc). The bed was very comfortable and above all, the welcome was great: we were welcome at the boat and guided to the apartment and the host gave us several recommendations about restaurants and places to go which were of high value. nothing. Everything was great.

Alessia was very attentive, communicating with her was easy and she was genuinely interested in her guest's wellbeing. The apartment has been newly renovated, impeccably clean and the bed was very comfortable to sleep in. This is a safe neighborhood with nice restaurants and a supermarket just around the corner. My stay was a 10+, I would definitely return! I liked everything, but some travelers might find it important to know that there is no elevator in the house.

• Andras (9/5): Super feature rich apartman - Alessia was great, waited for us at the agreed time and provided a lot of help and guidance in Venice which was very helpful despite this not being our first visit. The appartment was super supplied with snacks, towels, sheets, wifi, raincoats, umbrellas and lot of more stuff that we did not expect. Its a bit far from the city. There is no lift in the building, which was not a problem for us, but older people could suffer.
• Lucinda (9/5): Lovely stay - The apartment was very nice, quiet and very well kept. The location was great, as it was quieter than the busier part of Venice. We enjoyed it as we were able to experience more of how the locals live. You do have to take the water bus back and forth from the apartment to San Marco, etc. in Venice but it was fairly easy! The apartment does have quite a bit of stairs, would not recommend for those who require accessibility as it does not have an elevator. Alessia was amazing, she recommended great restaurants and other things to do.

• Balázs (10/5): Super experience in Venice in a quiet neighbourhood. - Alessia was super friendly and caring host. We started talking one day before our arrival and when we arrived to Venice everything was clear: where to go and how we will get the keys. The apartment is in a quiet part of Venice, spacious and super well equipped. The bed and the pillows were extra comfy. The kitchen is just like at home and even the TV had ChromeCast.

The very good advices from Alessia makes our stay perfect. The private water taxi tour back to the airport, which she organized, was an amazing finish of our Venice trip! Thank you very much!

We really appreciated that she left not only water, but milk, juice , some buiscuits, chocolate and ice cream in the fridge. • Aleksei (10/5): Exceptional - It is actually perfect location for the stay - close to everything (vaporetto station, market/shop, retaurants, rooftop terrace). Location and apartment is quite (good to rest), in the apartment there is everything you might need. Venice is 2 min away. We came from Treviso airport with Burzo transfer bus (bought ticket 10eur right in the bus) straight to Tronchetto station in Venice. Small tip - everyone is guided to buy a ticket to the center, but if you move further 300m (or ask) you get to the Info office Venecia Unica. There we bought Venezia Unica City Pass (worth it!) for few days, and went straight to the apartment. It was super easy to find. The host, Alessia, is wonderful and will explain and give a lot of suggestions, so you are in good hands! It was a pleasure!

Alessia, the manager, was attentive and communicative. Place was spotless and she added little touches that make all the difference There was nothing we didn't like

I had booked the apartment as a gift for my parents and they have been welcomed and taken great care of purely out of kindness. The properly was very clean, very well positioned and breakfast coffee/nibbles were available. Bathroom ventilation could be improved

• Thao (10/5): The best value with the best quality provided by a very caring host - Our host really thought of every possible thing guests might need which makes our stay very comfortable. She even provided breakfast items and Nepresso pods for us to make our own Italian breakfast at home. The apartment is in a nice and quiet residential area, but is still only one waterbus stop (5 minutes) away from the center. There are also a supermarket and a fruit stand nearby. Nothing we didn’t like. Our stay was too short :).

Provided us with breakfast items as well as little extras in the apartment including a wide range of toiletries and chocolates - a lovely touch and made us feel welcome.
