• Volodymyr (10/5): - We loved this place because of its location, the cozy atmosphere, and the caring and proactive hostess. Everything was done to the highest standard of organization and comfort. The apartment is very quiet, has all the necessary amenities and appliances, and everything works as it should. This is a simply gorgeous apartment at a great price, where you feel right at home even while traveling! We highly recommend it!
• NIKOLAY (6/5): Прилично, но с доста резерви. - Локацията е страхотна. Достъпа до апартамента също беше много удобен. В апартамента беше студено и беше много трудно да се стопли. Електрическата инсталация беше под всяка критика. На няколко пъти тока спира, заради слаб предпазител. Столчетата на бара не са никак удобни да седнеш и да се храниш спокойно. Нещо в кухничката не е доизмислено. Иначе персонала отговаря веднага на въпроси, независимо от късния час.
• Baptiste (9/5): Très bon séjour dans un appartement spacieux, bien équipé et parfaitement desservi par les transport - Nous sommes arrivés à l’hébergement vers 22h après un vol en soirée et le trajet depuis l’aéroport. Le logement est idéalement situé, à proximité de la ligne de métro A ainsi que de la future ligne C en construction. Les arrêts San Giovanni sont également desservis par plusieurs lignes de bus et un tramway, ce qui rend les déplacements très faciles pour rejoindre le centre de Rome. L’appartement est conforme aux photos et semble avoir été rénové récemment. Il est spacieux pour deux personnes et la cuisine est particulièrement bien équipée, avec notamment un four, des ustensiles de cuisine et quelques attentions appréciables laissées par le propriétaire (café moulu, biscuits, capsules pour la machine à café). Le quartier nous a semblé calme et agréable durant tout le séjour, sans aucune nuisance particulière la nuit. Le propriétaire était facilement joignable via l’application et nous a également conseillé quelques bonnes adresses autour du logement. La salle de bain était propre et fonctionnelle, sans aucun problème particulier. Attention à votre heure d'arrivé pouvant majoré un paiement supplémentaire. Le logement est situé en demi sous-sol : certaines fenêtres donnent directement au niveau du trottoir, notamment celle de la cuisine. Cela ne nous a pas particulièrement dérangés car la chambre se trouve côté cour intérieure, mais il est important de le savoir avant de réserver. Toutes les fenêtres sont équipées de rideaux occultants ou de vitres floutées afin de préserver l’intimité, et des barreaux sont présents côté rue pour la sécurité. L’isolation phonique et probablement thermique pourrait être améliorée. Nous entendions assez facilement les oiseaux du jardin ainsi que la pluie tomber. Cela n’a pas été gênant lors de notre séjour au mois de mai, mais cela pourrait peut-être être différent en hiver ou en été. Enfin, la taxe de séjour nous a semblé assez élevée (6 € par personne et par jour). Le lave-linge est disponible mais paraît assez ancien et usé.

No entanto, não há no anúncio que o apartamento fica no subsolo, abaixo do nível da rua.
• Noelia (8/5): Buena relación calidad - precio. - El piso estaba muy bien, tal y como se muestra en las fotos. Consta de una habitación, un baño con bañera y la cocina. Estaba muy limpio. La localización está bien, a unos 20 min andando al Coliseo y tiene buenas conexiones tanto de bus como de metro. No se especifica que es un semisotano, solo si lees los comentarios. También se nos bajaron un día los plomos y, a pesar de estar especificado en la casa, no fuimos capaces a hacerlo volver hasta que nos pusimos en contacto con la propietaria (que nos lo solucionó muy rápido). El resto, todo bien.

• Martine (5/5): Rome est une ville à visiter je déconseille fortement la location de bien - L’emplacement près du métro et bus Tromperie lors de la descriptive de l’appartement sur le site. C’est un souplex avec fenêtre vitres occultantes et très bruyant. Lumière du jour impossible idem chambre et salle de bain Sol taché avec du ciment !!!!!

• Sabine (2/5): Wohnung ist nicht zu empfehlen. - Die zentrale Lage Muffige, nach Schimmel riechende Kellerwohnung, nicht wie in Beschreibung Erdgeschoss!, unterhalb der Straße! Küche ungepflegt mit schmutzigem Geschirr. Klobürste war gebrochen, wurde nach Reklamation nicht ersetzt trotz Zusage. Schlechtes WLAN, sowie Empfang mobiler Daten im Keller schlecht. Parkplatz schwierig zu finden, kostenpflichtig!

• Vernace (7/5): Ottima posizione ma da migliorare. - Posizione ottimale vicinissima alla metro sia le linee a e b che la c. Ottima comunicazione con la host. Molto calda con impianto di termosifoni praticamente sempre acceso. Struttura parecchio datata con arredamento da rifare a parte la cucina. Con qualche piccolo investimento potrebbe essere perfetta.

• Natalia (7/5): - Najlepsza była lokalizacja tuż przy metrze, co pozwalało na łatwą komunikację po mieście. W okolicy było do dyspozycji kilka sklepów, gdzie można było kupić najpotrzebniejsze produkty. Szkoda, że w ofercie nie było napisane, że lokal znajduje się w suterenie. To by nie zaczynało przygody z apartamentem St. John od rozczarowania. Wyposażenie więcej niż proste. Jeśli jednak traktować to jako miejsce do przenocowania, to spełnii zadanie.

• Rocío Koloffon (8/5): Buena ubicación - La ubicación es muy buena, se llega a Coliseo caminando y está cerca del metro. La atención del staff también. Es un apartamento amplio. No recomiendo hacer check in tarde, es demasiado elevado el costo extra. La tetera para calentar agua estaba sucia, tenía residuos de leche y grasa. Tuvimos que pedir papel de baño extra y se metieron al departamento cuando no estabamos para dejarlo, creo que esto es muy arriesgado y se puede prestar a mal entendidos.
• Ana Victoria (9/5): Perfecto para visitar Roma cómodamente - La ubicación es ideal, está cerca de todo tipo de paradas, tanto de metro, como de autobús y tranvía. Además tiene al lado la famosa Basílica de San Giovanni y a 15/20min andando el coliseo. Por otro lado, Vittoria, la anfitriona, es muy atenta y se mantiene en contacto en todo momento Tal vez lo que menos nos gustó fue que era un semi sótano, aunque realmente no fue un problema, ya que sólo íbamos a dormir

• Vanessa (6/5): Only for backpackers who are not picky at all - Location was he eat, 8 min walk from subway station. Host was nice when answering and the place had useful stuff such as plug adapters. Dirty cutlery and kitchen stuff, really disgusting. Trying to cook and turn on the cook was another thing, host didn’t explain how to do it and couldn’t dine first day. Iron only works in the toilet. Shower is really uncomfortable and quite dangerous, trying to mix with hot water can get you burnt. Then the mattress, terribly uncomfortable, and bedroom is quite hot.

• Oksana (6/5): Pleasant - The location is great. The metro station and the bus stops are in 5min.walking distance. There's a park with a playground across the road and the Basilica of St.John Lateran next to it. Colosseum is about 25 min.walk, a food store is in 5min.walking distance. Vittoria is a friendly person, she sent the list of local restaurants and replayed to my messages quickly. There were sets of towels for each of us and toiletries. Although the apartment needs a little renovation, it was clean; the owner had prepared an assortment of tea bags, and there were coffee pads and ground coffee. Overall, the apartment is suitable for short-term stays. The air-conditioning worked very loudly so, we had to turn it off before we went to bed. So, it was really hot inside and we couldn't sleep well. Poor sound insulation- we could hear the neighbours like they were in our room. I wished there was a microwave in the kitchen. The double bed was good, but my 17 year-old son found his bed uncomfortable. There's a lack of day light as the apparent is on a semi-basement floor. The photos on the website are old as the bedroom looks different in reality.
• Priscilla (6/5): Location was okay and it’s alright for a few days. The place needs serious updating for comfort, but I guess you get wha - The location was great. Safe and close to the red line metro. The bedroom looked nothing like the pictures. (Look at attached picture). The bedding was old and scratchy. We were hoping for comfortable bed after long days of walking, but that wasn’t it. Thank god we didn’t need the folding “bed” in the other room. Bath tub/shower situation was disgusting. Water would not drain and water was leaking everywhere. Floors were so dirty that the bathroom floors turned into grey sledge. We were only given two towels, so we were not able to dry the floors during our stay.

• Blagojević (7/5): I do recommend but only for a few days, otherwise it's not really practital. - Location is great and everything is nearby. Metro, Colosseo... Host was very nice, beds were comfortable. Bathroom was also great. Kitchen wasn't useful, didn't have gas for the hot plate. Dishes werent clean completely so we wasched them before use. It was kinda cold in the apartment, and our towels couldn't dry out for 5 days because of that. Air conditioner could only fan cold air and not the warm.

• Lauren (8/5): A few days in Rome - The apartment has everything you need and the location is great. Loads of shops, supermarkets and places to eat and drink nearby. Good public transport options or it's easy to walk to many of the major attractions. We loved the markets and park across the road. Some of the crockery and cutlery needed to be rewashed before we could use them.
• Suzanne (4/5): Below ok - Near buses but the metro has no elevators so difficult with luggage. The bar up the road is so cheap and friendly Interesting flea market in the street Supermarkets nearby NO... ironing board (but there was an iron), no toilet paper, no safety deposit, no KETTLE, no tourist information about the area or buses or anything. No follow up how things were. VERY very noisy neighbours Lack of storage for clothes Shower curtain old and grubby and held together with tape.... didn't fit so water everywhere. WIF awful. Hardly worked. This really needs to be dealt with.

• Roberta (8/5): Good value for money in central Rome - Fully equipped and spaciuous kitchen. Very helpful host. Good proximity to tube station and bus stops. Slightly cold half-basement flat in springtime, must be grat for italian summer though!
• Andrey (7/5): Good - Good location. Good size and generally good apartment. Apartment overall meet my expectations. Good value for money. Light above cooking hob did not work. Electric Kettle did not turn off by itself. Toilet seat was loose. Tip on soap dispenser was falling off (we replaced the dispenser ourselves) Description of fusebox was not good enough. It should be mentioned that the second fusebox is hidden behind a picture on the wall. Somewhat old apartment and slow internet, but it can be expected for the price category.
