- Claudia (8/5): COMODIDAD Y BUENA UBICACION - La ubicacion es barbara! Para nuestra primera visita a la ciudad pudimos llegar caminando a los lugares mas importantes a visitar. El departamento es amplio y comodo. La calefaccion es muy buena. La anfitriona estuvo siempre en contacto y respondiendo cualquier inquietud hasta el ultimo dia.

- Yessenia Nicole (10/5): Gran anfitrión - La ubicación del alojamiento es genial, aunque esta un poco escondido, en muy pocos minutos llegas al Canal. Elisa, quien nos dio las llaves, estuvo pendiente en todo momento, incluso antes de que saliese el vuelo. Nos dio muy buenas reclamaciones. Un 10.
- Nelson Hernan (8/5): Pasable - Ubicación amplio Al intentar bañarnos para devolverse que eran a las 3 de la mañana no había agua caliente por más que se realizó las indicaciones de la persona que lo rentó no funcionó y nos tocó a esa hora bañarnos con agua fría, otro tema cobran un impuesto aparte de lo que se paga por el apartamento que indican solo cuando se paga y pues lo cobran en efectivo ellos lo que genera dudas si es real o no porque de entrada a la ciudad ya te cobran impuesto la aerolínea, chekin muy tarde check out muy temprano

- Tuukka (8/5): Kiva kohde lähes Venetsian ytimessä. - Riittävän suuri persoonallinen huoneisto 4-5 hengelle. Sopivasti tilaa ja sopivan siistiä. Sijainti on mukavasti keskellä Venetsiaa, mutta sopivasti syrjässä hälinästä. Lähikauppa löytyi läheltä ja pieniä ravintoloita. Asunto löytyi helposti annetuilla ohjeilla ja avaimet saimme joustavasti pysäköintitalolle.

Todo estuvo perfecto - El lugar es tal como se ve en las fotos, está súper ordenado, limpio, las camas cómodas, el aire funciona bien, está bien equipado, realmente es una excelente opción, estuve con mis padres y mi hermano y todo estuvieron felices. Todo fue perfecto, no tenemos comentarios negativos
- Jorge Augusto Jose (10/5): - La ubicación excelente muy cerca del Duomo y la piazza della segnoria, El check in muy cómodo on line, llegar al apartamento es muy fácil, fuimos en auto y nos consiguieron para estacionar a 300 metros, para las retirar las llaves nos dieron un código y listo !!!! Muy espacioso y muy limpio y está totalmente equipado, si volvemos a Florencia, volveremos al mismo apartamento, gracias por todo

- Josephine (4/5): Disappointing - The apartment was fine but the stairs leading to the apartment were under construction ( not aware of this as host mentioned once we arrived that the stairs is not there doing but the building was in charge of that) The stairs were steep, narrow and appeared to be unsafe. The door to the apartment closed fine but front door to the building was very hard to close, took quite a few try to close it. We did not feel comfortable regarding building door.

- Jaimie (8/5): Very good - The location, the bedrooms were comfortable and the price in this location was very good. Overall it is a good location considering its position in venice. Entering the building you have the feeling you are in a dump, but once the flat is open there is a nice and clean room. The sofa in living area is really not comfortable and you cannot watch netflix or prime on tv. But we were not in venice to sit on the sofa...so that was not a real problem for us. The kitchen area is ok. We did miss some things like a cutting board, a big and small knife, more towels for the dishes, a sprits or prosecco glass would be appreciated. More garbage bins to split the trash. We put it all in different bags.
