• Milan (10/5): - Izuzetno ljubazni vlasnici,sačekali su nas iako smo došli kasno.Stan je odličan,veliki,sa dve spavaće sobe,kuhinjom,dnevnom sobom,kupatilom i terasom.U kuhinji su svi aparati koji su vam neophodni kao i aparat za espreso.Ima čak i veš mašina.Lokacija odlična,na 2 minuta od meteo stanice.Nama je bilo divno.

• Eric (10/5): Home Sweet Rome ! Une très belle location pour découvrir la ville éternelle - Un bel appartement très fonctionnel et très, très bien équipé dans un quartier très tranquille. Résidence très sûre avec gardien. L'appartement est idéalement placé à côté d'une station de métro non loin du centre ce qui permet d'aller visiter Rome très facilement. Cerise sur le gâteau, c'est une location où l'on peut rencontrer les propriétaires (très sympathiques) qui vous remettent les clés en présentiel, cela devient rare ! Appartement à recommander sans aucune hésitation. Rien, si ce n'est de n'être pas davantage resté à Rome...

• Miroslav (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is spacious, beds are comfortable, hot water and heating are from gas so you have plenty of it. Location is perfect close to.metro, buses and big supermarket.
• Chirsteen (9/5): Overall a good quite place to stay - Cute and well equipped apartment. It had everything we needed and we liked the local area with restaurants, cafes, and grocery stores. The beds are spring mattresses and uncomfortable. If you are visiting to go to the tourist sites then you will find this apartment to be 30-45 mins by taxi and cost somewhere between 25-45€.
• Chan (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment suite was bright, beautifully decorated and clean. The two hosts warmly welcomed us in-person, gave us some tips about tourist discounts and helped us get a bit oriented. There is a lot of space in the suite with separate rooms for the bedrooms, kitchens and living room. Another couple bonuses were the apartment building and the neighbourhood were very quiet. There is a nearby grocery store and a few restaurants. The metro is only a couple minutes walk away and the bus system is close by too. The AC worked wonderfully and we were so thankful to have a cool home to come back to especially with 37 degree Celsius days. We loved the colourful themes and that included our own individual colour coordinated towel sets for our family of four, pink, yellow, green and white. There is a great outdoor washing machine but we had to air dry our clothes. We felt very safe going into the gated complex as you needed a key to get into the area, another lock to get into the building and finally a heavy duty lock to get into the suite. It would be helpful to get some updated brochures as the prices have gone up for some of the information shared. Would also have been a great bonus to have a dryer. Air drying is ok if we spent more time in the room but we were out and about a lot.

• Tamara (10/5): Perfectly! - The owners are wonderful, the apartment is spacious and well equipped. Accommodation is cosy, perfectly clean and located near the Malatesta station. All recommendations!
• Svilen (10/5): Exceptional - It is highly recommended, perfect accommodation for a Rome holiday. Apartment is clean, cozy and well equipped with everything guests might need when returning from touristic attractions. Metro station (line C) is exactly 5 minutes walk from the building and connects to Line A that gets you in the heart of city within 20 minutes. The host Roberto is very welcoming, met us on arrival to hand the keys and on our last day after checkout went the extra mile to find us in center to return a tablet we have forgotten in the apartment. Not even a single thing!

The natural light in the rooms wasn t great because it s at ground floor and they have burglar bars installed but definitely not a big deal as we didn t go there to stay home all the time!

Calm and not crowdy area but still 10-15 minutes from the center. Great hosts - reachable and responsive at any time - answered immediately. N/a
• Jonathan (10/5): Nice Stay - Nice owner, clean flat and it's easy to reach the city centre by train from the nearby station. We were happy!
• Rozenn (8/5): Spacious, modern and very clean place, excellent choice for a family visiting Rome - Very clean place, rather calm condominium (no tram or bus in the street, you can hear the birds), very close to Metro C (3 stops to Archbasilica of Saint John Lateran) and many bus lines, modern appartment (Ikea furniture) with bright colours, properly functioning washing mashing/coffee machine/gas hob/boiler/hair dryer/tvs (did not use the rest), reinforced door, window grills (that you can open), the host was very responsive to the questions I had (someone that you can trust and that trusts you), good bedsheets and bath towels, sweets/coffee/tea/salt/sugar etc available. Many supermarkets around the corner. One of the mattresses was not that good (we felt the springs), the noise insulation inside the building could be better but the neigbhours are rather calm (with the exception of the upstair neighbours that move furniture every everning and morning but not for too long : installing a bed?). The renovation of the facade of the next building is ongoing so some noises from the workers but they seem to start around 8 am so it is ok.
• Du6ravka (9/5): Excellent location - Apartment is very specious, hosts are super kind and location is excellent. Metro station is just around the corner and we liked the fact that neighborhood is not packed with tourists. It is more a place where locals live.

• Catherine (9/5): Great apartment - Very friendly people. Spotlessly clean. Very close to shops,cafes and restaurants. Round the corner from metro and bus service No 81 into Rome. Lots of cooking equipment, comfortable beds, great WiFi, hot shower. A great place to stay. Nothing. Further out than we had planned but bus is regular and takes you right in to the centre of Rome in 40 minutes.

• Dl1668 (10/5): Excellent apartment for visiting Rome - Spacious, clean and comfortable apartment very close to metro station for accessing city and all sightseeing points of Rome. Very friendly and responsible owner Roberto and his family. Excellent shopping possibility as there is a Lidl in walking distance. We recommend this apartment without any hesitation. You need luck to find a parking lot close by, better using public transportation.

There is a 100M away from the apartment a supermarket Lidl opens almost every time. Clean and big apartment for even a small family. There is everything you need . • Mehmet (10/5): A nice time in Roma - We stayed there for 10 days with my family. The house was very clean and tidy also having the essentials such as drinking water and various supplies in the kitchen (for cooking) and bathroom. The beds and bedrooms were very comfortable. The area was safe and thanks to bus 81 and the metro (both in 5 minutes walking time), commuting was very convenient. Also, the owners were very friendly, helpful, and available. We had quite a nice a time at this place and we would choose it again if needed. All was great and we cannot think of any particular detail that we did not like.
