• Henrique (9/5): Localização perfeita - A localização não podia ser melhor. A apartamento tem todos os utensílios. Poder chegar e deixar as malas, antes do check in, em um mini mercado próximo foi fundamental. E guardar as malas no mesmo estabelecimento depois do checkout, antes de ir para o aeroporto. Ah, viajei com minha mãe - apenas um lance de escadas - isso é bom para pessoas idosas. Não sei se é um "problema" de Veneza, mas me pareceu que residências de aluguel estão quase com o mesmo preço que hotéis. Então foi um pouco caro. Mas valeu a pena - e eu voltaria ao mesmo lugar.

• Regine (10/5): Parfait - Appartement très bien placé et proche de toutes les grands centres d’intérêt. Le propriétaire est très réactif et sympathique. L’appartement est spacieux et bien équipé, on s’y sent à la maison.
• Debbie (9/5): - The apartment is in a fabulous location and is very well appointed and comfortable. It was exceptionally clean, literally not one speck of dust. The decor is lovely; traditional and authentic with good lighting. The bedding and linens provided were really nice and fresh and some toiletries provided. Also, it was very nice to receive complimentary bottle of prosecco and bottled water, as well as teas and coffee. The owners have a shop less than a minute away which allows for safe keeping of luggage before and after checkout which we really appreciated. Would definitely recommend this property. As it is in a bustling area, it can be quite noisy in the main bedroom. This was not so much of a problem for us but it might be for light sleepers so pack earplugs.

• Jacqueline (8/5): Wunderbar! Im März hat es noch nicht so viele Touristen, wir kamen überall ohne anstehen rein! Die Wohnung liegt so nah - Die Lage ist super wenn man die Sehenswürdigkeiten um den Markusplatz geniessen will ! In nächster Nähe gibt es zahlreiche verpflegungsmöglichkeiten . Zu den Schiffsanlegestellen ist es auch sehr nah, 5 Minuten. Da die Treppenhaustür schwer ins Schloss fällt gab es jedesmal einen lauten Knall wenn jemand ins oder aus dem Haus ging.
• Marina (10/5): We loved our trip to beautiful Venice. - Beautifully decorated and clean apartment. You cannot ask for a better location. Restaurants and shops everywhere with a short walk to Rialto Bridge where all the action was. Bring your own toiletries and you will have an amazing time. Limited cupboard space for hanging clothes.

• Marianne (10/5): - Nous avons passé 6 nuits dans ce superbe appartement. Il y avait tout pour notre confort. Possibilité de nous faire nos repas, petit déjeuner, propre, lits confortables. Très bien situé à quelques minutes de la place San Marco. Dans la rue de nombreux restaurants et boutiques. Il y a un peu de bruit mais franchement raisonnable à cette saison. A notre arrivée nous avons déposé nos bagages dans la boutique de Cristiano, mari de Claudia. Le jour de notre départ Claudia nous a proposé de laisser nos bagages dans l'appartement car personne venait après nous. Un grand merci à Claudia. L'appartement est au 1er étage. • Cotters1965 (10/5): Perfect stay in Venice within walking distance of everywhere you would want to go. - The location of this apartment is fantastic, two minutes outside of St Marks Square. There are plenty of restaurants and shops within minutes of the property. The property is perfect, traditionally decorated (beautiful) and exceptionally clean and comfortable. There is air conditioning in the living room but fans would be useful in the bedrooms. There is some noise but nothing that will keep you awake and its Venice after all - you want to be in the middle of everything and this apartment most certainly is. I hope to stay again. The hosts were very easy to communicate with and the whole holiday was fabulous. Thank you Nothing

• Mette (9/5): - Vi overnattede to voksne og et barn i 5 nætter i Residenza. Lejligheden administreres af Claudia, som allerede kort efter vores booking sendte os en meget imødekommende besked med information om, hvordan man kommer fra lufthavnen til lejligheden med vandbussen, og at vi skulle hente nøglerne i hendes mands butik tæt på. Placeringen af lejligheden kunne ikke være bedre, både centralt og livligt, men roligt om natten, og lejligheden er indrettet med smukke møbler. Det var skønt med 2 badeværelser, og køkkenet er fint udstyret med masser af glas og service, og der var gratis the og kaffe. Vi skulle forlade lejligheden kl. 10 på afrejsedagen, og Claudia havde skrevet, at vi kunne få lov at opbevare vores bagage enten i butikken eller i lejligheden. Vi skulle først flyve sent om aftenen, så vi gav besked om, at vi ønskede at få opbevaret vores bagage, men da vi ankom til butikken, var der lukket. Så måtte vi ringe til dem, og de havde glemt at fortælle os, at de den dag først åbnede kl. 14. Så vi måtte slæbe vores kufferter tilbage til lejligheden og vende tilbage kl. 14 for at flytte kufferterne fra lejlighed til butik. Så der kunne informationen godt have været bedre.
• TINA (10/5): incredibleably marvellous wonderful - The property absolutely perceptional, exactly what I was hoping & looking for, It was right in centre of all the attractions, and activities, your hearts desires. And very clean . The owner of the property was extremely friendly, helpful they welcomed us with a bottle of prosecco, cold water bottle’s of water and small bag of snack of and everything else there in property, apart from your own food but nevertheless they went above and beyond. *A* STAR 🤩 🌟to the lovely couple I loved it so much if I was to go back again to Venice again, I definitely stay there again . I couldn’t find any English channels on the TV 📺 or the music channels as I love music, The master bedroom 🚪 bathroom door wouldn’t shut or lock. And the master bedroom tv 📺 wouldn’t switch on , Apart from that it was all okay .

The living room TV could be larger and more modern. Note that the restaurant across the street can be noisy at closing time.

We went to St Mark’s square at 7-8 am and as late as 22-23, avoiding the crowds. The apartment was clean and had all the necessities. Very good communication with hosts. They accommodated our unexpected late Che k in after 22:00. We had a chance to store our luggage until we needed it later in the day. We were sad to leave when we had to check out

Water pressure in the shower was great. The master bedroom is a little noisy late night and early morning but this was expected as the apartment is in a lively area. Check in and check out were easy. Would highly recommend a stay

• Gerry (10/5): Bravo, and rebooking for sure! - Everything was fantastic! The apartment is such a wonderful gem literally steps from the Square surrounded by relaxing restaurants and shops. Clean and secure, Claudia and Cristiano were very responsive and accommodating. Their cute little minimarket just around the corner provided additional assurance of service. Well done. Squeaky bed….yes but comfortable with plenty of clean pillows and towels.

Hosts were friendly and communication prompt and clear. Very much recommended. The main bedroom en-suite shower was disappointing. Bed was creaky too! But don’t let that put you off.

What particularly great was that each of the 2 bedrooms had its own bathroom. 1 room was a bit noisy at night, but centrally located near St. Mark's Square. It was quite noisy late into the evening because of the proximity of a restaurant right across the laneway, but to be in and around this location it is unavoidable and was worth it.

Location was extremely convenient, if a little noisy at times. Although there were plenty of drawers, it would be a good idea to provide some wardrobe hanging space for the double bedroom. Instead, the space in the single bedroom had to be shared.

Cristiano has offered us a refund for the inconvenience .Also power cut on Tues night no power overnight from 10p.m until 7a.m and no torch available so very dangerous moving around in darkness
• Egle (10/5): Perfect apartment literally few steps from San Marco - The apartment is perfectly located and easy to reach. Check in and check out also well organized. It looks event better than in photos. Two separate bedrooms with their own bathrooms. Kitchen with all possible appliances, normal size fridge. Many many restaurants around the building. Comfortable even without an elevator - just one floor to climb. Don't open windows when the light is on, as I did, - it will attract mosquitos :-)

• Jacqueline (8/5): The apartment was beautiful, nicely updated, and in a convenient location. One issue was cigarette smoke smell in the un - Excellent location near some of the major tourist attractions. The apartment was nicely renovated and very clean. We also appreciated having two bathrooms and access to the laundry facilities. The owners were located nearby and easy to communicate with. Our biggest issue was that cigarette smoke would overtake the apartment every evening between 11:00pm and 11:00am. We believe the smoke was coming from another apartment unit in the building. We visited in December and had all windows, shutters, and doors closed at all times so the smoke did not appear to come from people on the street. It was a continuous problem throughout the night, even when no one was on the street outside. Unfortunately, we are both allergic to cigarette smoke, so staying in this apartment caused some health issues. We recognize that the owners of the apartment cannot prevent others nearby from smoking, but suggest looking into methods to prevent it from entering their unit.

• Deanna (10/5): Beautiful apartment with lovely hosts! - My mom and I loved this apartment so much! Just off Piazza San Marco but not directly on the square, it became our sanctuary after long days of sightseeing and canal crossing. Check-in was stress-free. We met the owner and he showed us into the building and helped us with our luggage up the stairs to the 1st floor (2nd floor in the US). He gave us a short introduction and tour of the apartment (which used to be his grandmother’s, how charming!), made sure we could use the WiFi (which we never had a problem with), and gave us the keys (2 sets). I cannot overstate how gorgeous this modern-venetian apartment is. All the wood, from the floor to the wardrobes to the little bedside shelves in the second bedroom, matches and is polished to gleaming; there is plenty of table-top and seating space without feeling overcrowded; and every room has its own sparkling Murano glass chandelier! The apartment is exactly as shown in pictures, except the white couch has a red fabric cover (good idea for sanitary purposes). As stated in the description, the master bedroom has a queen bed, but the second bedroom actually has a full bed instead of a twin (a happy surprise). Each bedroom has plenty of floor space for luggage, a full wardrobe, and private bathroom with a toilet, sink, and shower. The master bathroom also has a bidet and a washing machine (with detergent pods!). The hosts even provided 2 liters of water and a bottle of Prosecco in the fridge! Due to its central location, most of the apartment is exposed to some level exterior noise, nothing too obnoxious though, mostly the muffled sounds of restaurants and their patrons. I always recommend traveling with a good pair of earplugs and an eye mask. However, the second bedroom is located nearer the center of the building and so had no exterior-facing walls, making it surprisingly quiet at night and dark in the morning. TL;DR: This apartment beautiful and the hosts are lovely. I highly recommend this place and would stay here again in a heartbeat. 11/10.

• Elena (9/5): Wonderful accommodation for exploring Venice - unbeatable location with San Marco square being just 1 min around the corner; both bedrooms having en-suite bathrooms; efficient and welcoming hosts nothing; I can see why people mention the noise, as the windows face a narrow, but busy restaurant street, but I would not expect anything else from this location. if you need an uninterrupted sleep, stay in a more residential area.
