• AlbaP. (5/5): Invertiría un poco más de dinero para tener un mejor alojamiento. - Está ubicado en una zona céntrica y la atención de la chica. Nos dejo entrar a las 13:30 en vez de a las 14h El ruido terrible hasta las 3am, gente gritando y de fiesta hasta altas horas, se escuchaba todo. La casa es muy pequeña, y no tiene una zona común para estar todos juntos. Hay escaleras para subir al baño y el bloque es muy viejo. Es un tercer piso con escaleras muy estrechas y techos bajos. El checkout más pronto que he visto nunca, a las 10AM en punto ya estaban tocando la puerta para entrar a limpiar.

• Maddy (7/5): Spacious and clean, great location, just poor appliances. - Very large apartment, especially for Venice! Comfy beds. The lady who showed us inside was lovely. The kitchen was well enough equipped. Washing machine and hanging space in bedroom was handy! Location was fabulous right in the heart of Venice! I went to make coffee and saw the kettle electrical cord/wallplug had been taped together.. i plugged it in cautiously and turned the kettle on and it started smoking/sparking, so immed turned that off - the toaster unfortunately looked the same but didn't risk trying it. Only 1 bowl? Which was hard with 3 guests.

The host was so kind to meet us to hand us over the keys and show us around the property. The apartment was also so clean and well equipped with the necessary amenities for an enjoyable stay Honestly, it was too good and our stay so pleasant that we can only say to keep up the good work.
• Franco (7/5): - L appartamento é in una zona non troppo frequentata vicino alla chiesa dei Frari, la mattina presto si sentono solo i gabbiani È un ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, considerata anche la bassa stagione L abitazione é piccola per tre persone, le stanze sono confortevoli. Nelle calli adiacenti vi sono piccoli supermercati e diversi bar ed osterie. In 20 minuti a piedi circa si raggiungono il ponte di Rialto, l Accademia, il peggy Guggenheim e la basilica della salute La fermata del vaporetto San Toma a nenche 5 minuti a piedi Cucina e bagno piccoli, ma ci si adatta. L appartamento é al terzo piano senza ascensore, il vano scala é stretto, é una condizione da prendere in considerazione se gli ospiti hanno problemi di deambulazione

• Matthew (7/5): Incredible location! - Incredibly location, you walk out of the front door and you were in the heart of everything. Shops, food, bars, was perfecto! The oven was taped shut and didn’t work, there was no kettle or toaster and the gas stove had to be lit manually.

• caroline (6/5): - The apartment had a very good location and there is everything you need for you stay. The air con was very bad and it was so hot in the apartment. All the pictures on the web site are taken with a wide angle so we were surprised when we came in to see that the apartment is pretty small. The bathroom is a little bit tricky to use. And if you have kids careful to stairs and windows!

• Azath Kamil (5/5): Venice Trip - The location close to the taxi boats.Inside Venice. Bed was reasonably comfortable. The house was hot, and the AC was just a cooler and could not extract the heat effectively. In other rooms, the cooler was actually emitting hot air inside, which made the situation worse. We had to keep the windows open for ventilation. The compressor kept switching off and was also emitting hot air. The room was dusty. The apartment was on the 3rd floor and had no lift.
• Sandra (7/5): - Die Lage ist super, wir wurden nett empfangen und eingewiesen. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Der Abluftschlauch der Klimaanlage ist am Wandanschluss in der Küche undicht, der Schlafraum wird gekühlt aber in der Küche bläst gleichzeitig die ganze heiße Luft wieder raus, somit heizt die Wohnung wieder auf.

The air conditioning was completely inadequate for a Venice summer and wasn’t even plumbed in for one bedroom. Simple touches like refilling the empty ice cube tray, putting a jug of cold water in the fridge, providing some teabags and milk sachets would have been appreciated.

• Teppei (3/5): Poor - - Located on the main island of Venice. - AC is not enough at all. 2 stand alone ACs. 1 of them is blowing warm air... - 3 fans in the accommodation. 1 of them is not working. - We could stay only in the main bedroom because of the lack of proper AC. - Kitchen was like a sauna. - Shower and toilet are right next to each other. It was flooded in front of the toilet after taking a shower. - I think it is very hard to stay here during summer season.

• Silvia (1/5): This apartment is NOT air conditioned as is described on booking.com - The location. We were VERY, very disappointed. The apartment was advertised as 'air conditioned'. It was NOT. There was only a 'stand-alone' unit in the main bedroom...which was rather ineffective. There was no air conditioning in any other room. We were obliged to take the mattress from the small bedroom into the main bedroom, so our son could survive the nights. The kitchen was like an OVEN and we suspect that the central heating radiator was actually on...and we were unable to turn it off. So were obliged to eat in the main bedroom...an uncomfortable experience. The owner (Marco) was extremely unhelpful and dismissive and curtly referred us to booking.com (who we were unable to reach - either by phone, text or email). The bathroom was terribly appointed with a flimsy plastic shower 'curtain' that hardly reached the bottom of the shower. This meant that even a modest shower resulted in water overflowing into the bathroom. We were obliged to keep the window closed in the bathroom to avoid nearby neighbours from possibly looking in! So - the bathroom was also like an oven.
• Jekaterina (7/5): Good - Good placement of the apartment, everything important (a few restaurants/lots of cafes/grocery store) available winthin a minute walk, very quiet and possible to relax after a long day of walking The apartment is not fully equipped for the weather, we went in summer and there are 3 fans and 1 air conditioner in the apt, and the second room with only a fan could use an ac as well looking at how the fan did not help with the heat at all

• Zdeněk (9/5): Superb - Everything was great. The owner of apartment is very communicative. Helped me a lot with finding good restaurants etc. One small thing maybe… Paying extra city tax in cash I find a bit futile. It could be already in the room price.
• Erofili (7/5): Good - Great location It's the first time somebody asks me to wash the dishes and throw away the rubbish before leaving. Probably they don't check how the previous guests wash the dishes, since the pot was full of olive oil...
• Vanuhi (9/5): Great location, safe, local and authentic. Clean apartment - The host was great, very helpful, friendly and she did her best to make the check in process the best for us. It was easy and smooth. It's an old building in a really nice neighborhood, all the buildings are old and that's normal, you cannot expect something fresh or super new. The apartment was clean and we had all the basic things in the kitchen as well. All was good, maybe it would be nice to put coffee in the kitchen, especially as you can find 3 moka pots there. It will be nice to have authentic coffee experience when you wake up.
• Ampet (6/5): Pleasant - The location is great. The flat was smaller than the pictures made it appear. The bathroom was not all that clean, hair was behind the taps, and in the shower. There was no curtain or obscuring glass in the bathroom window. The mosquito nets at the windows did not work.

• Maddy (5/5): Passable - The owner of the apartment and Nicol who met us to hand over the keys were wonderful and did their best to suggest places to eat/see. They helped any way they could and were great at responding to any concerns! Unfortunately for our stay there was an issue with the water and we had to stay in another apartment for one night luckily it was right above the original. The over all apartment was fine, kitchen was small but can be used easily and bathroom shower leaks very badly but overall was completely okay stay. I am not sure if we would pick that particular apartment to stay in again however the location was super easy just 3 minutes walk from San Toma stop on water bus and 15 mins walk to main areas. Overall not a bad experience at all, especially because of the help from the hosts.

• Galina (10/5): The best flat I have stayed in Venice so far. - The host was superb, she was always answering our questions within seconds. The property is old but well kept, with a nice view. Comfortable beds, good facilities for cooking, good wifi. There are nets against mosquitoes, which helped a lot. There were so many useful things there, we felt like at home. The location is good, you can use the water bus from St. Toma. There is an air conditioner(rather for commercial use, then domestic), which we highly appreciated but it was very noisy at night. Also, the tube of the air con was too long, going through the kitchen and getting extremely hot. This made the kitchen very hot. Luckily, the temperature fell and we did not need it.
