• Alexandra (9/5): - Das Apartment ist mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln gut zu erreichen und schön gelegen. Besonders gut hat uns die Dachterrasse gefallen, die morgens angenehm im Schatten lag und auf der man deswegen toll frühstücken konnte. Der Kontakt mit dem Host Roberto war sehr angenehm. Die Dachterrasse könnte eine bessere Möblierung vertragen. Es gab nur zwei funktionierende Stühle, was für uns OK war, da wir nur zu zweit waren.

• Gabriele (7/5): Ample, clean accommodation; pity about the works. - The apartment is spacious and clean. The host is flexible with check-in times and the parking place is in a fenced recess behind the house, not visible from the street. Just 15m walk from Brera and city center, but also well served by public transport. The area is quiet. There was an extensive refurbishment of the outside wall ongoing. The scaffoldings were at window level of all bedrooms and someone had dismounted the shutters of my window and left a powerful outdoor work light on. I had no way to cover the window (No light blocking curtains), so I had to try to learn how to sleep under the spot! In the morning the workers at the windows awoke me and It was like they were in the room. I am no prudish guy and I am certainly not the best candidate for a beauty contest, so I wasn't really upset (maybe they were.) However, I can imagine a similar situation can make someone else uncomfortable. Of maybe 10 light points installed in the apartment, only 4 or 5 worked. Perhaps that's the reason why they left the outdoor work light on!!!

• Arne (9/5): Unterkunft in sehr guter Lage und freundlicher Vermieter - Unterkunft in sehr guter Lage, Kontakt mit Roberto unkompliziert und sehr freundlich. Fußläufig und mit ÖPNV alles sehr gut erreichbar. Parkplatz direkt an der Unterkunft und sicher! Ausstattung der Küche könnte etwas besser sein, leider nur zwei Stühle am Esstisch.
• Hyojin (7/5): Room for improvement. Quite overpriced for what it offers for now. - It was very spacious. Close to the last supper. At least there was a building manager. It was a very unfortunate experience. The owner, Robert, introduced the apartment to us by phone. And when we entered the apartment, it was very dark, humid and hot. Unfortunately, the air conditioner in the ground floor of the apartment did not really work. It was a quite unpleasant first night. He offered a new place on our second day, but we had a full day plan, so it did not work for us. And the showers’ plumbing was very poor. I stopped showering and waited water to drain once. Plus the shower curtain on the first floor was very moldy. I could not take a shower there due to the mold. It was a poorly functioning apartment.

• Christina (9/5): - Die Lage ist super. Zu Fuß kann man entlang der Sehenswürdigkeiten die Stadt erkunden. Das Appartment ist mit allen Annehmlichkeiten ausgestattet, modern und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Das Auto konnten wir sicher im abgeschlossen Hinterhof parken. Roberto ist bestens organisiert und hat uns mit Tipps versorgt. Wir kommen gerne wieder, vielen Dank.
• Shira (9/5): Lovely apartment! - Located within a walking or short subway ride from the main attractions. The apartment was clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. Two bathrooms, which is a great plus, when travelling with older children. The place also has a washing machine and parking space which was great!. Roberto was a gracious host- recieved us upon arrival and walked us through the apartment and sorrounding. The place is not organized enough for dining if you are more the 2 people. Since it's in the city and there are tons of places to dine areound, it wasn't really an issue for us... A couple more capsules for the espresso machine would have been nice touch...;)

• Konstantina (9/5): A great cozy place to stay - We really liked the layout of the house. Each room had its own bathroom, and by closing the doors, we had complete privacy. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything needed for quick cooking. The heating was good in almost all areas. Also, the small balcony on the upper floor with the plants was very beautiful. The towel heater in the upstairs bathroom was not working, and the shower drain needed cleaning as the water was draining slowly.
• Ansgar (9/5): Very nice Place to stay close to City Center on - Very nicely furnished flat at the top floor with a balcony. Very well located. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful! Would definitely recommend it and book it again next time we are in Milan. The only thing the flat was missing was 4 rather than only 2 chairs at the table to eat (it had four stools at a “bar” for breakfast).

Took a 15 mins to get to Duomo and all the attractions. Near tram and metro stops and short walk to the train station . Two comfortable bedrooms and bathrooms and a social space with all the kitchen facilities you might need. Roberto was very helpful and extremely responsive. Very safe and secure apartment with outside space and an elevator. Would happily return or recommend to friend. We had a Nothing - excellent stay

• Zeyu (8/5): Good - The location of this house is very good, there are delicious restaurants nearby, and you can also walk to Milan Cathedral. Lovely loft design, with one room upstairs and one room downstairs, very suitable for us as two couples. In addition, the upstairs room can open the balcony, and you can go to the balcony table and chairs to enjoy the sunshine The bed downstairs is a little narrow. Maybe the house is a bit old and the soundproofing is not good? Even without opening the window, you can still hear the sound of cars on the road outside in the middle of the night, as well as the voices of other residents nearby.

• Richard (9/5): You get what you pay for. - Lovely apartment, spacious, clean in a central location with secure parking. Hard to fault. Very little to find fault with, only little things like bathroom lighting isn't very good and extractor fan is pretty noisy but I'm looking for little things.

• Scott (10/5): Nice family stay in the heart of Milan - Really nice and spacious loft apartment in central Milan, close to shopping and the Metro. Lots of cafes in the area to choose from. The apartment had plenty of space for a family of five. Very clean throughout, with a top floor private patio off the loft bedroom overlooking the street. Loft bathroom was quite large, with dual vanity sinks. Separate second full bathroom downstairs with an eat-in kitchen. Hardwood floors throughout. The host Roberto was very friendly and gave helpful tips for dinner in the area. Check in and check out was very easy. Highly recommended! Nothing. Everything was great.

Supermarket 5 mins away. Couldn’t find the chopping board in kitchen. Be aware, Trams are quite noisy. Had to ask for the iron.

• Patrick (9/5): Very nice place to stay and enjoy Milan. - Great location. Easy to get to and located in a very nice neighborhood (5-10min walk from the last supper.). The apartment was spacious and the fact that it had private secure parking was super. We drove in the Milan, parked the car, enjoyed Milan by foot and public transport, and then drove out at check out. Super easy. Trams that take you to the center of Milan are right out the door and the red line is a mere 4 min walk for the apartment. There are cafes, bakeries and a little super market right on the street as well. Roberto met us for checking and showed us everything about the apartment. He also gave us some great information about where to go and how to enjoy the area to the fullest. Wonderful host. Nothing really. A bit more water pressure would be nice in the showers but that is not very important

Roberto was very welcoming and gave us some good tips for places to eat. The top floor room has a balcony (beware the morning sprinkler system!), both rooms have their own bathrooms. There wasn't anything that I didn't like.
• Alexandra (8/5): Comfortable stay in Milan - The apartment is very close to the city center, only few minutes by subway. It has 2 big bedrooms and 2 bathrooms + open kitchen with livingroom. It’s very spacious, perfect for 2 couples. Also free parking near the apartment is included in the price, which was very nice for us. Communication with the host was quick and easy! -cleanliness must be improved -the toilet paper rolls were half consumed ( left from the previous tourists) -it would be nice if you could change the old coffee machine with a better one ( like an Nesspreso with capsules), also there was no coffee -there were no hygine kits (like shampoo, shower gel, etc) which are very important in my opinion - per total, the apartment needs a little bit more attention for the details, considering the high price

Only small thing was no washing machine, even though it's listed in the description. Maybe a mistake in the listing for dishwasher? It wasn't a big deal for us, but could be for someone staying longer.

Easy access to city centre and the apartment is big and clean! - It’s a nice big apartment with 2 stories and has bedrooms and bathrooms on each floor. It comes with cute little balcony and parking spot as well. The owner is very nice and gave us a easy and well organized instructions how to get around the city.
