The hostess Lucrezia was very helpful. It is quite rare to find such a place on booking.com. The high rating is well deserved. Everything was absolutely fine. There was nothing to complain about.

Very nice Italian Restoraunt nearby - highly recommended! But the main advantage is the hostess - Lucrezia ! You”ll experience authentic Italian treatment, when from one hand you have full autonomy in the apartment and at the same time you feel constant family care! A little bit far from Malpensa airport

- Eva (9/5): We can recommend the stay in Bright House! - The location is just one minute from a tram stop, so you are downtown in 20 minutes. We have never visited such clean place like Bright House. The equipment of this flat is just perfect, we didn´t miss anything in the kitchen, in the bathroom and in the bedroom. We really enjoyed the stay there and Lucrezia explained everything what was needed. She is very nice and kind person.

- Zoila (8/5): Pleasant Stay - Apartment is beautiful, is a little far from center but with tram 14 we got everywhere and very easy to move around. Our host Lucrezia was wonderful, very helpful with anything we asked. She gave us directions to everywhere. She stocked her fridge with lots or water, juices. We had a lot of snacks in the kitchen too. It gets noisy all night with the apartment building neighbor that lives upstairs that has some type of condition, you could hear him talking and sometimes crying in the middle of the night for long periods. It was hard not to be woken up in the middle of the night by neighbor upstairs.

She was so kind and friendly and had thought of every little possible detail. The appartment is very well decorated, spacious and very well accessible since the tram station for tram 14 is very nearby. There was shampoo and conditioner for every hair type, multiple products for facial cleansing, water, sparklink water, lemonade, juices, Italian beer, chocolates, ... This review is too short to describe every detail Lucrezia thought of. Thank you so much for this amazing stay and alla prossima!

The apartment is so well equipped, there is everything you could possibly need. The breakfast and fridge supplies were more than ample. Comfortable bed and great shower. Easy access to Milan Centro on 14 tram at corner. Nothing - it’s fabulous!
