• Magdalena Purdea (10/5): Un sejur memorabil - Apartmentul este situat în cel mai bun loc posibil, in imediata vecinătate a Basilicii Santa Croce, dar fără zarva aferentă, deoarece este pe o stradă paralelă. Pe de o parte este în centrul istoric, pe de altă parte este într-un imobil liniștit și curat. Am apreciat foarte mult că are ascensor. Apartamentul este mare, cele două dormitoare și două băi oferă mult confort. Sunt asigurate toate dotările necesare, iar calitatea mobilierului și a finisajelor este premium. Totul este nou și de calitate foarte bună. Personalul cu care am colaborat este amabil și săritor. Recomand cu căldură. Nu a fost cazul

Muy limpio, la cocina con todo lo imprescindible para unos días, nos recibieron con un detallazo : panettone y una botella de proseco, agua, café. Este apartamento tiene el plus de dos habitaciones con dos baños, lo que lo hace especialmente confortable. Las camas y almohadas super cómodas. Céntrico, a todo Florencia fuimos caminando. El anfitrión dispuesto y rápido para cualquier duda o recomendación. Sin dudas, si regresamos a Florencia, TwoBros será nuestro sitio. Todo estuvo perfecto.

The host is great and left water and a bottle of champagne for us :D The shower didn't work properly in the toilet in one of the rooms, and some of the visitors didn´t fit into the other shower because it's very small.

• Lesley Ann (10/5): Overall, a comfortable, well-equipped, and hassle-free stay. Highly recommend! - We had an overall fantastic experience staying at this apartment. It was fully equipped with all the appliances and amenities we needed. We were able to wash and dry our clothes, and cooking meals was super convenient. A big plus was having two bathrooms, which made things so much easier for our group of four. The host was also very helpful and responsive throughout our stay, which we really appreciated. The apartment’s location is excellent. Very close to pharmacy, grocery, restaurants and major tourist spots The only minor downside was that the cabinets were a bit too high haha, and the full-length mirror was inside one of them but honestly, not a big deal at all.

• Martha (10/5): If looking for comfort and convenience, this is a great choice. - This was perfectly located near the sights, yet was quiet and felt safe. Plenty of restaurants, pharmacies, and stores right outside. The hosts were generous in letting us check in early. The place was clean and had plenty of bright sunlight. Having a washer was a plus for us, as well as a large TV with Netflix. The place was clean and the beds were comfortable. It was a bit pricey, but expected for a nice location.

The host was very helpful The check-in procedure that was requesting a photo of every person sraying at the apartment holding their ID. There were no amenities and no coffee machine. There was not a snack or coffee or tea or something small to help you as soon as you arrived. The experience could have been much better

• Vince (9/5): Great apartment in a great location. All sights, trams & train station are walkable. - Great location…. Right in the city… could walk to all sights.
• Licete (9/5): Superb - location was near Santa Croce. Few minutes walk to everything - Ponte Vecchio, Duomo, etc. Responsive hosts. I used the washing machine as it had a dryer -instructions were not provided in english but once I asked the host, they were able to find them in English to provide them to me. Check in instructions were clear. Elevator to assist with your luggage, although i walked up to my apartment daily but definitely used it for the luggage on check in and check out. Use WhatsApp to communicate with the hosts they are responsive. Apartment did not have alot of amenities - like paper towels, small amount of toiletries, and only one towel per guest....we made out fine with what we had as we had some toiletries to use, but if any suggestion, perhaps provide a little more of these items.
• Lilianne (8/5): Good location, comfortable place. - Although on a busy street, the apartment is fairly quiet. The beds are comfortable and the air conditioning is nice to have. We liked having two sets of keys. Some mold in bathroom. A fan should be installed.

The hosts are very responsive via WhatsApp to any questions, and sent us turn-by-turn directions with photos for how to get to the apartment within the building (it is a bit confusing the first time). Very clean, with a well-equipped kitchen, great storage in the bedrooms, comfortable beds. Great location near Santa Croce and the Bargello with lots of restaurants, a pharmacy, and an adorable cat cafe nearby. City bus stop 1/2 block away. This did not affect us personally but I have disabled friends who need this type of info. when they travel so I always try to post it in reviews if applicable. If you are in a wheelchair or can't do steps, be aware that though there is an elevator in the building from the ground floor up, there are still 3 or so steps that need to be climbed from the elevator landing up to the floor the apartment is on.

It had everything we needed for comfortable trip—modern amenities, a well-equipped kitchen, and a clean, inviting space. The location was perfect, within walking distance of major attractions, as well as great restaurants and shops. The hosts are friendly, helpful, and quick to respond. Highly recommend

• Aγγελος (9/5): 5 days in Florence - The apartment is situated in a very convenient and centralneighbourhood almost walking distance to all the attractions of Firenze. We visited Uffizi, Academia dell arte,Palazzo Pitti, Ponte Vecchio and Duomo on foot. 3 to 20 minutes to everywhere. Even the SMN train station, Piazza della Republica, Piazza della Signoria, stores, restaurants, cafes, etc,all are so close. The apartment is well equiped and the most important, very clean, very good matresses and pillows. Big plus two main bedrooms and two bathrooms. The air condition maybe is set not to reach low temperature. It was very hot but the air condition didn't perform well. We had set it at 18°C, fan 3 and the temperature was like 29, or 30...anyway this is a problem everywhere in Florence. In stores, restaurants, etc, was always hot with little help from air condition or usually small fans. The apartment is very good, large, comfortable, the only thing missing is a tall mirror between the one bedroom and the bathroom wall, since there is enough space and there are not mirrors in the bedrooms at all. Also some hangers are missing near the entrance. If it is winter there is nowhere to hang the coats. Other than these, everything was fine.

• John (10/5): Very comfortable apartment in central Firenze - Spacious, updated apartment with very nice bathrooms. Everything appears brand new inside. Good location one block from Santa Croce church. There's an elevator, though a couple of steps are required, so not wheelchair accessible. Kitchen includes dishwasher and clothes washer/dryer. Very comfortable for 3 adults or 2 couples. No complaints.

• Elizabeth (10/5): A luxury stay in a central location - This has a great location. We walked everywhere—even to and from the train station with our rolling luggage. It is close to everything you need. We cooked almost every meal and found the kitchen well equipped and easy to use. The beds were very comfortable and the towels were large and luxurious. It felt like a 5 star hotel. This was great. I loved it all. No complaints.

All the appliances were new and worked well, including the three air-conditions of the appartment! The pillows and mattresses of the two beds were very comfortable as well. Facilities in flat very good. Balconies just about large enough for single chair. Not an outdoor space. Food shops within easy walk. Too many good local eating places to name! Only outside noise.
