• Neil (8/5): The location is amazing. Less than 10 minutes to almost everything. Extremely clean and the check in process was very - Amazing locations and incredibly clean. Additional pillows would great as we only had 2 very thin ones. Some dish towels would be great.
• William (9/5): - Perfekt beliggenhed. Roligt. Fin pris. Rent og rart med køkken. Der er stort set alt du skal bruge. Døren var lidt mærkelig og der er sprækker ind til lejligheden/opgangen. Og ingen viskestykker eller vaskemaskine i forhold til det en lejlighed. Det er det der mangler for at den får 10 i vurdering.

Посуда и особенно чайник были грязными. Чайник был весь в накипи. Входная дверь со щелями, откуда видно лестницу - приходилось завешивать. Также хозяева в общении были довольно сухими и не сбросили цену при просьбе оплатой картой, поэтому получилась цена такая, как будто оплатили наличкой.

It is so close to everything but can g - Perfect location- you have a full sized apartment and it was very clean. Staff happily stored our luggage without any issues. The shower was the biggest flaw- it was really small and had no where to place your soaps.

Brak wyposażania wymienionego w ofercie jak sofa, sejf etc. Drzwi wejściowe są drzwiami do stodoły...inaczej nie można nazwać centrymetrowej szpary po zamknięciu drzwi. Okna nie maja żadnego wygłuszenia, słuchać wszystko co się dzieje na ulicy. Gratis jest współlokator, który nie dorzuca się do kosztu wynajmu, nazwaliśmy go Andrzej. Andrzej Grzyb.

• Claudia (8/5): Ci siamo trovati molto bene in questo appartamento, grazie alla posizione vantaggiosa per raggiungere tutti i luoghi pri - Questa struttura è ottima per visitare Firenze a piedi perché è a due passi dal duomo e a 20 minuti a piedi dalla stazione, per cui la posizione è l’ideale. In fondo alla via si trovavano diversi locali in cui poter mangiare qualcosa e fare aperitivo. Per quanto riguarda la permanenza all’interno della struttura abbiamo apprezzato molto il piano a induzione nella cucina e tutto il necessario per cucinare, tra cui il sale e le spezie, che non è sempre scontato; la Smart tv e l’organizzazione della stanza è risultata molto confortevole! I punti a sfavore della struttura sono pochi, e possono avere rilevanza diversa a seconda delle esigenze di chi alloggia: l’appartamento è al terzo piano, ci sono davvero molto scale e tra l’altro abbastanza strette, quindi bisogna fare molta attenzione. Il bagno è posizionato su un piano rialzato e la porta è molto bassa, infatti bisogna abbassare la testa se si è molto alti, o comunque fare attenzione. Infine la doccia è un po’ scomoda per non lavarsi i capelli perché non è possibile abbassare il doccino.
• Vasily (7/5): - Wonderful location in the heart of the city. Comfy wide bed, decent specious kitchen. In general the flat is a bit shabby, the bathroom and cooking areas definitely need renovation. There is no handheld shower but only one on top, the drain in the sink was clogged. The water pressure was quite unstable. There was no wine opener in the kitchen which was quite disappointing for Florence. Please note that the flat is on the 3rd floor and the stairs are very steep and narrow .

• Nemanja (3/5): Molto deludente. - Era in centro. Le scale, seppur indicato fossero ripide e l’appartamento al terzo piano, erano pericolose e il palazzo è tenuto malissimo. Una volta arrivati in appartamento, la porta è vecchissima e non si chiudeva benissimo, si vedeva il corridoio da dentro. All’interno dell’appartamento abbiamo trovato un asciugamano messo per terra nella doccia, nessuno shampoo o sapone per le mani, nemmeno una bottiglia di acqua per accoglierci. Inoltre, siamo stati in due e c’era solo una cialda per il caffè disponibile. Una volta deciso di andare a farci la doccia, mentre stavo facendo per primo la doccia l’acqua è improvvisamente finita, non scendeva più dal doccino, pertanto la mia ragazza non si è potuta nemmeno lavare. Il bagno era bassissimo e io che sono alto 1,86 ho sbattuto la testa numerose volte sul muro. In camera i cuscini erano ridicoli ( c’era anche un capello su uno dei due appena arrivati), una lampada del comodino lampeggiava come se fossimo in discoteca. In generale, non ci siamo trovati affatto bene ed è stato molto deludente per quanto visto dalle immagini mentre si prenotava. Concludo dicendo che avevo scelto come opzione il pagamento direttamente in struttura, anche con l’aggiunta di 5€, perché preferisco conoscere fisicamente chi ci lascia le chiavi, mentre appena ho prenotato mi è stato solo inviato un link tramite whatsapp per pagare, quindi senza la possibilità di pagare una volta arrivati in appartamento. Se sapevo prima, pagavo direttamente online da Booking e risparmiavo anche 5€.

• Fau (7/5): City trip Florence - Essentiellement l'emplacement.4 capsules de café et un peu de sucre. Logement au troisième ( 58 marches) seulement signalé après réservation... Appartement ou seule la chambre est correcte, la cuisine et coin repas n'est pas du tout agréable, pas de fenêtre, la porte d'entrée ne jointe pas et laisse passer le froid. Un filet d'eau au lavabo de la salle de bain avec evier qui s'écoule mal. Peu d'équipement pour cuisiner et nettoyer.

Porta d'ingresso discutibile, fessura laterale notevole. . Scaldacqua con pezzi di calcare dentro . Abbiamo dormito poco a causa dei rumori provenienti dalla strada. Vetri sottili e finestre che si chiudono a fatica. Doveva essere un regalo, un weekend romantico, non lo è stato. Ingresso: scala ripida senza ascensore

• Emilio José (4/5): CUIDADO!! CUARTO SIN ASCENSOR!! - Ubicación en el centro de Florencia. El propietario actuó rápido para traernos esponja para lavar los platos y cambiarnos las sabanas que estaban manchadas. Aprovecharon para reponernos las toallas, fue un detalle. Es un tercero, que hace una cuarta altura SIN ASCENSOR,con escaleras muy verticales y estrechas,ésta información no está a la vista en la descripcion del alojamiento y es muy importante. La puerta de entrada no es hermética, y entra aire frio. Hay muy poco caudal de agua en la ducha. El agua se acaba de repente. El sumidero está atascado de pelos. La campana de la cocina no tiene salida de humos, es solo un filtro, permanece olor de lo que cocinas por mucho tiempo.

• Konstantinos (8/5): The apartment was spacious, fully equipped, clean and worth value for its price. The location is excellent, only a coupl - The location was great close to the city centre. The apartment was big, clean and had everything needed. The bathroom is a little bit uncomfortable…The shower needs change. It’s too small and uncomfortable and the stable shower head shouldn’t be the only way to have water….. The amount of stairs you have to go up and down is like a four floor building but we understand that is the city’s architecture and laws.
• Jovana (9/5): Prime location = a bit noisy - The location was impeccable, walking distance to everything. The apartment is actually bigger than we'd expected. Overall would recommend and stay there again. The climb to the 3rd floor was intense, but we'd been expecting that. The wifi signal was kind of weak, especially in the bedroom. The prime location came with some outside noise, often at night - sometimes groups of people passing by and yelling, sometimes maintenance work. The building itself was quiet - we couldn't hear the neighbors at all.

Minimal supplies - not enough toilet paper (we were directed to knock on a flat downstairs or ask the cleaning lady at a certain time, who did not come); and only 3 coffee pods for a 3 stay with two people. Street was very loud which made it hard to sleep. Freezer door was broken
• Jasmine (10/5): Exceptional - The pictures for apartment don’t do it justice, it’s so sweet and perfect for a couple with everything you need in the midst of Florence’s centre. Everything is super close and the climb to the flat up the stairs is worth it for such a cute space to stay and it also gets great daylight. We loved staying here and would definitely recommend it and checkin and communication with the host was super easy!

• Julie (4/5): Would not recommend this apartment for safety reasons. - Location It is unsafe. The stairs to the apartment were steep and narrow and also differing in size. The apartment stated Room 2A, which we assumed was on the 2nd floor, but we had to climb 2 flights of 8 stairs each as well as 3 flights of 16 stairs each. Would not recommend this apartment for the elderly or tall individuals as the doorway to the bathroom area is lower the current standards and injury to your head can be cause quite easily. The uneven steps leading to the street when exiting the apartment were uneven and unfortunately, I fell literally into the street.

Maybe to improve the isolation of the windows, they are old and you could hear the noise of the street, although there was no noise after 11pm, so not a big deal.

• Lyndsy (10/5): Cosy apartment in the heart of Florence - FANTASTIC location, right in the heart of Florence. Check in was super convenient and easy. Everything was explained well over WhatsApp including location, payment & access. Bonus points for not having to deal with a receptionist. Apartment was clean and cosy. Lots of stairs, its an old building so we expected the workout. Don't book and later complain if you know this, it is very unfortunate that these guys have negative reviews based on information you know before booking. HIGHLY recommend staying here. Absolutely nothing, it was fabulous !

• Behtash (2/5): In overall be ready for every hard experience you’ll have but if you think you are ok with all those issues location is - The only good point was the location which was in the heart of city center First issue was the communication because they never answered any of my phone calls even at the time I had some really urgent problems, After booking they sent me a private link to make the payment even after I had all my credit card information in booking.com, the funny part is booking customer service tried calling them and sending emails few times and they didn’t even respond to customer service. And when I tried to call them they rejected my calls and sent a message in whats app so rude that they are busy and don’t have time to answer my calls!!! unit was nice and in a really good place but it was not clean at all, washroom was smelly and there was 2 big yellow stains on blankets which I don’t even want to think what those were from, there was no toothpaste in the washroom In the morning there was no water running so it made using shower or toilet much harder and inconvenient also they mentioned in the ad there are some stairs and the unit is on 3rd floor but technically first floor started after 35-40 stairs, so make your mind about the stairs. They were nice to accept to have our baggages in their common area but the code they gave us was not working, I mentioned them the code is not correct and they kept insisting that I’m punching the code wrong! At the moment I wanted to pickup my stuff I was forced to called them over 20 times and they didn’t answer any of the calls or messages and it was a big frustration for us because we almost lost our train to next destination, we had to run in lot of stress to catch our train, Still after I told them code didn’t work they said I was wrong and code works which was a big lie!!!

• Jonathan (7/5): Right in the heart of Firenze! - Location, location, location! Couldn’t be a better spot. One block from Uffizi, 2 blocks from no 23 bus to train station, 1/2 block from Barghello. You get what you pay for, and in this case it’s an excellent value if you don’t mind somewhat spartan furnishings, small bath and shower, low ceilings in bath, and little horizontal space for meal prep. But, if you’re like us and spend 16 hours a day playing outside, you’ll find the convenience of location and built in gym, yes, 91 well spaced steps to your door, well worth it. It’s also very quiet at night, good windows and shutters, more than adequate air conditioning in bedroom, and lovely well lit street to walk home on. New stick free pans with new plastic utensils and knives too! Very spartan. Needs a rug or two and a comfortable relaxing chair in kitchen/dining room.

• Martin (6/5): Basic and convenient in the centre of Florence - Small appartment with kitchen , shower and separate bedroom in the very heart of the old quarter 5 min walk to duomo pointe vecchio and piazza republics clean snd simple The access instructions were on a pdf following information about other appartments with different addresses this was confusing and we went to the wrong address and nobody answered the help line we were lucky other renters came home and explained the access system. It would not hurt to have separate instructions for separate addresses the current system seems lazy as is the helpline when you pay good money to stay at a property

• Danxing (9/5): Superb - The one bedroom apartment with the kitchen is wonderful. We need to climb up equally to the 4th floor in the US with heavy luggage.
• Charlie (8/5): Very nice - The location is perfect about a five-minute walk from all the major landmarks, nice restaurants, and shops, the room is very comfortable. the room was very nice plenty of room and the bed was nice. The room was very short, so make sure you watch your head, there are a lot of stairs on the way into the property so you should keep in mind it'll be hard to access if you have difficulty walking.
• Sofia (5/5): Right by the city center but too warm (has no AC!) - Great location To start with, we didn’t stay at La Piccola Maison. So the room we reserved was not the same we stayed in, neither the address, which was a nightmare to find. This was very confusing. There were a bunch of things that were broken along the floor and only half of the stove was functioning. Very big downside - the room was on top of the back of a restaurant which meant that the exhausts were just by the windows which was very very noise and smelled like fried food so we couldn’t open the windows. The room is very warm, so being unable to open the windows was terrible. The temp was about 24/25 degrees outside so during proper summer this room is surely unbearable because there is no AC. There is however a small fan but it doesn’t work in any socket (?!).

• Jacqueline (3/5): We wouldn’t stay as close to the city if we were to come again to Florence , probably a quieter area - We liked that it was walkable to the sites of Florence. We like the kitchen facilities. The use of a wardrobe. The bed was comfort and very clean. The staircase was very difficult for us ( 67-74yrs) with our medium cases. The stairwell lights should come on automatically and they were difficult to switch in on the dark and didn’t stay on long enough. The toilet smelt all the time of sewerage, very unpleasant. The hot water service was not always reliable. The kitchen needed a sharp knife. The power point in the bedroom near the window appeared faulty , so we had to move the heater to another point. There was noise every night from people returning g from bars along the street, loud voices and singing and even one night of a woman screaming that she needed help!

• Dale (8/5): Very good - Location Cell and wifi coverage sketchy. 4 flights of stairs to our room a bit tiring. Better for short people. I am 6 feet tall and in the apartment we had there were 2 doorways that were way too short and I must have hit my head 10 times. Luckily bruises but no concussions.
• Claire (6/5): Pleasant - the rooms were clean and spacious and the location was very good the coffee machine had 4 pods in it which made it spill everywhere the shower is terrible lastly, it should be made much more clear how high up the apartment is in the building, and that the stairs are difficult to manage. this was definitely not made clear before arrival.
• Alex (5/5): Quite disappointing. - The apartment was well located, was reasonably well equipped, and had good air conditioning. Collecting the keys was fairly seamless. The shower was dreadful, it had absolutely no water pressure, and we had no hot water for the first 2 days (which it transpired was because the boiler has been turned off). The bathroom smelled awful, and the door to the bathroom was so low we kept banging our heads. The apartment is on the 3rd floor with no lift, which isn't ideal with luggage. And finally, we had the next person staying in the apartment banging on the door trying to leave their luggage there at 7:30am whilst we were trying to pack. On the whole, no great.

• Kate (7/5): Good location and as expected - The apartment is in a good location. It is very quiet at night and the air con kept us nice and cold. The fridge and the washing line outside the window were very useful. Check in was easy and convenient. The bed was very squeaky. The bathroom is very small and was a bit smelly when we arrived. We bought some cleaning products as there were none in the apartment.
