• Mihai (8/5): Sejurul a fost OK - Locatia. Apartamentul este bine reabilitat avind toate faciltatile pt. un sejur bun. Dusul este cam mic pentru persoane mai corpolente. Cele 5 etaje pe care le urci pe jos sunt un antrenament bun daca vrei sa urci pe jos pe Scala Fenicia din Capri. In ziua de 21.05. a fost un mic cutremur de 4.1 Richter. Problema este ca in cazul unui cutremur major, cladirea este vulnerabila, va spune un specialist, civil engineer. In cazul unui cutremur mergeti pe terasa, nu coborati pe scari

• Andreea NOA (10/5): Apartament modern, foarte curat și primitor, în inima autentică a Napoli - Am stat într-un apartament foarte bine poziționat, chiar în inima autentică a orașului Napoli, lângă Porta Nolana. Este foarte aproape de Gara Garibaldi și Circumvesuviana, ceea ce a fost extrem de convenabil pentru deplasări, având acces foarte ușor la tren, metro, autobuze. Apartamentul este modern, foarte curat și primitor, iar terasa a fost un mare plus. În zonă găsești de toate: magazine de suveniruri, piață, restaurante și cafenele, așa că te bucuri cu adevărat de atmosfera locală. Per total, o experiență foarte plăcută, recomand cu drag!

La cucina ha tutto quello che serve e il balcone è bello ampio Le camere sono all'ultimo piano senza ascensore (poco adatto per persone di una certa età). Doccia ha dato un po' di problemi a scaldarsi e a dare un buon getto d'acqua.

• Aleksandra (6/5): - Ładny apartament, było posprzątane, gospodarz super. Było blisko do centrum lecz sama lokalizacja była bardzo niebezpieczna. Na klatce był zapach narkotykow. Największy problem mieliśmy z pościelą lub jej brakiem. Było prześcieradło do przykrycia które było całe we włosach i na tym nie prana narzuta też cała we włosach.

Apartmán v dobrej lokalite-blízko centra, metra, železničnej stanice, obchody, reštavracie. Apartmán je na najvyššom poschodí bez výťahu.

• Piria (4/5): Barrio horroroso, demasiadas escaleras para llegar al apto. Cerca de estación central. - La ubicación La zona es horrorosa, me dio miedo el ambiente. Volvíamos temprano porque nos daba miedo salir de noche. Además las escaleras son demasiadas. Tengo 57 años y me costaba mucho subirlas. Eso tiene que aclararse,porque una persona mayor no podría subirlas. Además había mucha suciedad en la escalera. Por otro lado la cama y las almohadas eran incómodas, la ducha funcionaba de forma irregular. Las sábanas ásperas. La decoración de las paredes tenía un marcado mal gusto, con un exceso total de plantas de plástico. En vez de mesas de luz había unos cestos clavados en la pared bastante inseguros.

• Viviane (9/5): Wonderful Stay - It was close to train station..Rodrigo the owner was very kind, friendly and welcoming. He carried our carry-on suitcases up 5 floors. The apartment was spacious, nicely updated and comfortable with a terrace. Kitchen had all essentials. Street market was directly below the apartment making it easy to grab fruits, vegetables, and other essentials. It was my youth girls and I. We were concerned for our safety coming back at night in a not so lit alley where a Taxi doesn't go. Looks from local men in the evening on the corner as we passed by gave us high alert. Also the area is a low socioeconomic neighborhood, however, it gets nicer just a few streets over. No elevator, you better be able to lift it up and down 5-6 flight of stairs, but that's pretty common and expected across Europe.

• Natale (8/5): - La posizione sicuramente comoda vicino alla metropolitana e i principali mezzi di superficie per muoversi in città. La zona vicino alla stazione centrale è una zona popolare e con mercati rionali. La sera però è tranquilla e silenziosa. Noi non abbiamo avuto problemi però è da segnalare che siamo al quinto piano senza ascensore.

• Blas Pedro (7/5): volveré a Nápoles pero no a ese apto - el apartamento en sí estaba muy bien anfitrión atento y amable Cuando cogimos el taxi en el aeropuerto y le indicamos donde vamos ya nos dijo que el barrio por la noche es inseguro, pero cuando nos dejo su comentario fue de aquí se vende droga, en principio no le echamos cuenta, pero luego ves movimientos extraños, coches de lujo, mujeres haciendo la noche, bolsos por las mañana tirados en el suelo, en fin, a las 19h estábamos en el apartamento y no salíamos, pero si mis hijos quieren ir desde luego no se lo recomiendo porque ellos si que regresarían tarde, después dice que para ir al apartamento es por escaleras, seguramente todo el mundo creerá que hay un ascensor y que para el ático pues va por escaleras, pue no es así, son escaleras desde el principio y un total de 108 escalones, en la foto se ve un portal decente, pero mucho menos de la realidad, está sucio y lleno de muebles viejos, y eso de 36€ de tasa por estar allí me parece un robo que entiendo el dueño no tiene culpa pero tampoco sé donde lo indica

• john (6/5): Location was good but that area of Naples is filthy and doesn’t represent Italy in a good way. - The location for the trains station and the proximity to the old town. The host was excellent in his communication It’s a less than salubrious area which may intimidate some late at night, also the being on the 5th floor with no lift would be difficult for a lot of people.

• Tschudy (10/5): Great location, super Clean and spacious! - The location was great. It was easily reached on foot from the main train station Napoli Centrale. There were plenty of shops and groceries nearby. It was spacious for the family. Instant hot water, and AC that works well. A small kitchen and espresso machine was a nice bonus. Kids loved the large and spacious balcony. My kids actually liked all thr stairs leading up to the place but some people may not.

• Lisa (8/5): - Il terrazzo mi è piaciuto molto: comodo, spazioso, fresco, con una bella vista dall'alto sul quartiere. L'arredamento è davvero molto carino e particolare. La suddivisione degli spazi ottima. Ottimala posizione vicina sia alla stazione che a Corso Umberto. Il quartiere non è il massimo. L'appartamento si trova all'ultimo piano.
• Jérôme (8/5): Bien pour visiter Naples - La terrasse est vraiment un plus. La proximité du centre historique et de la gare de Naples est aussi appréciable. Malgré la vétusté de l'immeuble, l'appartement est bien rénové. Comme de nombreux autres avis, nous n'étions pas informés que le logement se trouvait au dernier étage d'un immeuble sans ascenseur. Nous n'étions pas non plus au courant de la taxe de séjour (18€ pour deux jours à deux à rajouter au prix du logement). Les boissons en cadeau auraient été appréciées au lieu d'être payantes (nous n'avons pas réservé une chambre dans un hôtel). Quelques aménagements simples seraient un plus : rideau occultant dans la chambre (pour éviter d'être réveillé à 7H par le soleil) et un tuyau de douche en état de marche.

• Stephany (7/5): No volvería por la zona, las escaleras y todos los extras que hay que pagar… - El espacio era grande y pudimos estar cómodos 3 personas. Me encantó que tuviera AC y terraza. La ubicación fue horrible, para llegar al apartamento tienes que subir muchísimas escaleras (7 pisos aproximadamente) con tu equipaje. Contratamos un servicio de recogida en el aeropuerto que nos ofrecieron y donde no se nos dijo que teníamos que pagar en efectivo al conductor. Así que eran las 00:00 de la noche en esa ubicación bastante peligrosa, buscando un cajero. También notamos mucha presión del dueño cuando llegamos. Diciendo que estaban haciendo un esfuerzo por nosotros por hacer el check in a esa hora. Sin embargo el sabía que nuestro avión llegaba tarde en la noche y siempre le pareció bien hasta el día que llegamos que ya nos empezó a presionar.

Ok 600m płatny parking na którym bezpiecznie można zostawić samochód. Pokój wygodny, klimatyzowany. Wysoko i trzeba wdrapać się po schodach na ostatnie piętro co może być problem jeśli ktoś podróżuje z dużym bagażem. Poza tym wszystko ok. Jakość WiFi. Poza tym wszystko ok

Struttura incastonata nei vicoli " variopinti" della città dove si uniscono e convivono tradizioni locali e multietniche. Ultimo piano senza ascensore un po' faticoso da raggiungere. Più adatto a turisti giovani e agili. Angolo cottura con piastra elettrica idonea per la preparazione di piccoli pasti.

• Horacio (8/5): Honestly wouldn’t stay here again unless was a last minute booking - The apartment itself was nice and quiet The area in which this place is located looks extremely sketchy during night time and even just a bit during daytime. Also this apartment is in the 6th or 7th floor and there isn’t an elevator to the building so imagine that.

Next to train stations (great to visit Pompeii, Vesuv and othe cities around the Napoli gulf), walking distance to the old city centre and to the metro station and other public transport, that takes you easily to the centre and beyond... Unlike some other reviews, I liked the location itslef... true Babylon, mixture of nations and cultures, but never felt unsafe even in the evening. Apartment itself was also very nice, very quiet, air conditioned with a great terrace and coffee for free.... I really recommend it especially for those, who wants to make daily trips by walk or public transportation... Some might complain about the absence of an elevator, but I didnt mind walking to the 5th floor... Therefore I even didnt try the home made luggage elevator...
• Alan Gabriel (8/5): - En general estuvo bien, lo mejor era lo cerca que se encontraba el departamento de la estación central de Nápoles (3 cuadras) y del centro histórico (10/15 cuadras). Nos gustó el balcón y el detalle de que hayan dejado algunos juegos de mesa. Aire acondicionado en los 2 ambientes!. Como dije la ubicación era muy buena pero tiene como negativo que no es una zona agradable de noche, esto desde nuestro punto de vista. La cama no era la más cómoda, pero aceptable.
• Shad (3/5): In one word, unfortunately, it turned out to be a very bad holiday.. - The apartment was in the city center. It had good access to the metro and train. The interior of the apartment was renovated as shown in the pictures, but... The apartment was on the fifth floor, almost the sixth. There were more than 110 steps. The bathroom was very small. The sofa bed was not comfortable at all and made a lot of noise. The air conditioner in one of the apartments didn't work. and the host did not respond to this issue. ((However, he responded well and was helpful in other matters.)) The staircase was very dirty. The apartment surroundings were extremely dirty. There were street women and drug dealers around the building......

• Linda (8/5): Interesting Naples. - The apartment is in an interesting area and close to the railway station. Easy walking to locations. Great little mini markets and food markets. Local restaurants are good. It has an open sunny terrace with a small handy clothesline. The host communicates well and is helpful. The 5flights of stairs with luggage is a challenge.

• Talluah (6/5): Good apartment but not overly happy with the host. - The apartment was clean and the beds were comfortable enough. The kitchen and general state of the place was just like the photos. Good shower and close to the train station. Being close to the station is also a negative as it’s a filthy area and not what I would consider a family area. We had an inauspicious start as we were told we could what’s app the owner when we arrived and he would open the door remotely. After standing outside for close to a half an hour a guy who had been watching us from across the street went in to the complex and let us in. Two hours later the host replied on What’s app saying I saw you got in… not cool. There was also no mention of the apartment being 10 flights up. We are fit and not afraid of stairs but there should have been some notice about over a 100 stairs. The toilet was not refilling the cistern and we advised the host of this. He did offer to come and look at it but as we were only staying 3 nights we didn’t bother. Finally I was annoyed to receive a request from him asking for a 10/10 review. Honestly the apartment was fine but the host not showing up to let us in was pretty bad my husband was on high alert watching what appeared to be drug deals going on around us while we waiting messaging him over and over to no response.
• Luana (10/5): Lovely vacation for couple - 6 nights - The apartament was so cosy, clean, well-thought out, amenities were great, the bed was making us feel like sleeping on a fluffy cloud 💙 and the terrace was amazing! We have enjoyed it every night ^_^ There are many small and big shops around + nice restaurants within walking distance and the people are so nice and warm! The host was always replying to us when we needed help with anything. Very nice guy! The location. Luckily there was Police everywhere + we were together all the time, but for women travelling alone I cannot recommend it as the street it is on it's filled with vendors, small shops and shady people at night. It is however, close to the train and bus station at a 5-10 minutes walk. It is not on the main street, but it's close to it, as it's right behind the main street. As you exit the apartament & turn left there is a cute little coffee place that serves pastry and coffee so it makes it a little better. The 5 stories up to the apartament are not for the weak but it's all worth it once you get up in the cozy, clean apartament and sit and enjoy some wine after a long day on the beautiful terrace.

The location was close to the historical center and also to the train station. At the same time, as it was on the top floor, there was no street noise or noise from the neighbors. • Michael (9/5): Excellent choice for budget stay. - The apartment is extremely comfortable and equipped with all possible amenities, silverware, pots, plates and so on. Coffee machine worked perfectly, Fridge was staffed with all kind of drinks with reasonable price. There is also a nice balcony too to allow you for some relaxing hours. The only thing we didn't like was the absence of the elevator. The apartment is located on the 5-th floor and for some people it wouldn't be easy to climb up there with the luggage.

• Yanina (8/5): Spacious apartment with excellent cleanliness - Excellently clean apartment with equipped kitchen, spacious bathroom, and cozy bedroom. Also, you have a great terrace with a city view. The coffee machine is a lovely bonus. The apartment is near the subway, historical center and shops. It is worth noticing the quick connection with the manager for all questions. Without an elevator, the sixth floor could be difficult for the luggage. The area near the house is too dirty and noisy. The washing machine could be a great bonus.
• Dominika (10/5): Exceptional - Everything was perfect, apartment is well-equipped, there's everything you need. Contact with the landlord was perfect and the price was great. Air conditioning in two rooms, incredible balcony and location near the railway station. I think it might be the best option in this price range. If I come back to Naples I'll definitely choose this apartment again. The only thing I'd choose is the lack of iron.

Loved the roof terrace. Lively area, lots of restaurants close by and good for the train and bus stations. The area was a little bit scary at first, but we soon got used to it and quite quickly came to enjoy the character of the place.

• Luděk (10/5): Exceptional - Pleasant accommodation, comfortable terrace with a view and sunset. The house is clean. The 4th floor is without a lift, for physically fit tourists. Down in the street there are many people, merchants, the constant Neapolitan atmosphere. Both railway stations and shopping streets are within walking distance. Roberto always asked if we needed anything. Service guaranteed. thank you 😊
• Heather (10/5): Stylish & clean apartment near transit - Rodrigo was an excellent and responsive host. He ensured we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The apartment was clean and well-equipped. Check in/check out instructions were well communicated. The apartment is situated about a five minute walk to the train station, and 15 minute walk to the historic centre. Some great authentic family-run restaurants are just steps away. This is less a critique of the apartment, and more a heads-up but the stairs to access the apartment are plentiful and challenging with luggage, so something to consider if you don't travel light ; )

• Philip (9/5): Superb - This apartment is in the perfect location for your travels! It's super close to the central station and metro, which makes getting around a breeze. You're going to love how convenient it is! There are so many cafes around the apartment. The security is safe. This apartment is not wheelchair accessible as there are no lifts, only stairs. There isn't enough hot water for everyone to take a shower.
• Jarosław (10/5): Great place to explore Napoli with their incredible culture and food :). - Freshly renovated apartment well equipped. Comfortable beds, nice bathroom with large shower. Apartment is in good location. Just around the corner you have train station (Porta Nolana) from where you can reach Vesuvio, Pompei or Sorrento. Main train station (Garibald) is max 10min walk as well. Also walking distance to cafe where you can eat breakfast and to multiple restaurtans with pizza and pasta. Whole check-in, check-out process is "automated", you enter apartment via special code provided by owner, really comfortable option when you arrvie early in the morning or at night. Worth to know that apartment is on 6 floor without elevator. After exploring Napoli for whole day it hurts to reach apartment ;)

Location was a 10 minute walk from the central train station in Naples which was ideal for seeing the main attractions around the city. The apartment was clean, modern and the free coffee was a lovely touch. Air-con and all facilities were easy to use. Climbing up the stairs to get to the top floor was hard work but we were aware of them before booking.

In the thick of Naples yet very high up on 5th floor and it was peaceful, quiet and safe 😀 Loved the recommendations from the owner about pizza places. It's a small apartment but was super clean and had everything we needed for an excellent stay. There is no elevator so be warned you need to walk up lots of stairs (we were fine with this, good exercise after all the pizza we ate!)

The terrace area was a particularly nice feature to relax in, with the hustle of the city below. The host Rodrigo was always available to answer questions and a kind and thoughtful person - communication was excellent. We felt like we were well looked after. The neighbourhood was a bit intimidating overall and the 105 stairs up and down were rather a chore each day.

• Nicolaos (10/5): Exceptional - Rodrigo’s apartment is truly an incredible base to explore and enjoy Napoli. It is centrally located so it is very easy to walk to the popular sites, the best food, or the main train station (Garibaldi). The apartment itself is spacious enough to easily accommodate 4 adults but also modern and tasteful with all the amenities you would need for your stay. There are Netflix tv’s in both the living room and the bedroom and the AC works great. A happy surprise was how clean was the apartment, and the fact that water and coffee were offered complimentary for us. Moreover, the benefits of living on the 5th floor is that you have a beautiful terrace to enjoy a pizza with some wine after a day of exploring. Finally, I would like to thank our host Rodrigo for his hospitality, as he was ready to assist us and made sure that we had a good time. Even though we never felt unsafe, the area is a little bit sketchy at night, mainly because it is a breath away from the main train station. The Apartment is situated on the 5th floor and it is accessed only by stairs. These are not minus points as the apartment and our overall stay was perfect but just something to consider if you are not physically fit.

Walking distance from station. Air con worked great. Bed very comfortable. The host was easily contactable and friendly. Checked up on us that everything was okay. Even when we arrived late, host checked we got in to property okay. Thank you! Many stairs and no lift. (However that’s the nature of staying in Naples 😂) I think there was a hoist for bags/cases but we arrived very late and left early so couldn’t use.
• Razorkerley (6/5): Pleasant - The apartment was great, very clean except the shower which needs a deep clean, mould all around it. We arrived early and Rodrigo was superb as he allowed us an early check in, there are 110 steps up to the apartment ( which we were not given notice off) and it was a struggle and you'd need to be quite young and fit to climb them daily. The area in which the apartment is, Is very run down and I would be suspect to walk around it after dark. A lot of rubbish lying around and rats were seen The shower, the area, the rubbish piles, the rats and most of all the 110 steps, they nearly killed me, am sorry I didn't take photos of shower, or steps, didn't show my phone too often
• Andrew (10/5): Excellent apartment, location and host. - Great location near to airport bus stop and all major attraction. Nice modern clean apartment with super terrace to sit out on and enjoy a drink. Host very helpful and gave clear instructions on how to check into apartment. This is a top floor apartment with a lot of stairs to reach it, we are 70 and had no problem but if you have any mobility issues it could be a problem
