• KLIMOVA (10/5): Ця квартира посилила наше позитивне враження про Венецію! - Чудова квартира, тиха вулиця, до жд вокзала Санта-Лючія 3 хвилини пішки. Поряд багато реторанів, кафе, маленький супермаркет. Було чисто, вистачало рушників, постільної білизни, два санвузла, що нашій компанії з 5 людей було дуже зручно. Кухня з усім необхідним для приготування. Квартира велика, простора, хазяїн був на звязку. Рекомендую для 4-5 людей ідеально. Нам як дівчатам, не вистачало дзеркала в передпокої.
• Jan (6/5): - Skvělá lokalita Dispozice a velikost apartmánu Rychlá komunikace s provozovatelem Apartmán má potenciál získat 9 - 10 bodů v hodnocení. Bohužel je však zanedbaný a nečistý. Terasa, která nás při výběru oslovila nejvíce, se nedala obývat (ptačí trus, nedopalky od cigaret, prach, špína atd.), v oknech chybí ochrana proti hmyzu - i se zavřenými okny jsme každou noc bojovali s komáry, kterých tam bylo mnoho. Wifi připojení prakticky nefunkční. Úklid místností nedostatečný (cizí vlasy v koupelně, nedopalky od cigaret v nočním stolku, použité vatové tyčinky do uší na podlaze a v nočním stolku, černá plíseň na stropě v koupelně...)

• Ulla (7/5): - A localização da acomodação é muito boa, perto da Estação de trem Venezia Santa Lúcia e dos vaporetos. A comunicação com o anfitrião também foi boa e nos foi permitido entrar um pouco antes do horário de check-in. A limpeza não foi muito boa. As portas do box não fechavam direito, papel de parede soltando nos quartos. Só um ar-condicionado no corredor. Sem utensílios suficientes para qtd de pessoas. Wifi só pega no corredor.

• Saba (10/5): Great stay, will definitely do it again. - Very easy access, great host, clean bedding and the location is perfect! Right next to the train station. Secluded from the tourist areas, but only 30 sec walk into the main strip.

• Marilou (8/5): Comfortable stay. - The unit is very spacious and I like the proximity to train station. Perfect for a big group. The wifi. Most of the time is not working. Too many sets of stairs, hard to carry big luggages up to 2nd floor. Too many instruction to follow for a 2 night stay.
• Paul (5/5): Not terrible, but wouldn’t stay here again, for personal reasons. - The location was good, very close to the station. Very basic amenities and decoration. Could do with some TLC. On the 4th floor, no lift, so after hours of travelling and lugging heavy cases around the streets of Venice, I was knackered and then had to carry cases up 4 flights of stairs. Not suitable for older guests. Youngsters with backpacks is perfect. Few issues which didn’t get addressed during our stay.

• Aleksandra (5/5): Not recommended - Actually, the location is amazing there were a lot of drawbacks starting from the huge problem with the heating due to this all people caught cold and got temperature. Moreover, the dust was everywhere so children could not sleep due to allergic reaction. The worst was that all people were bitten of mosquitoes or bed bugs: arms, cheeks and legs, awful

• Vieguer (8/5): Comoda - La cercanía con la estación central. La comodidad de la ubicación. El anfitrión como envío las indicaciones. La limpieza de los ambientes en general fueron excelentes. Las camas estaban tendidas y la ropa de cama y de blanco estaba limpia. La mampara del baño no corría bien, estaban un poco oxidados. En cuanto a los utensilios de cocina faltaban fuentes para el horno y este se encontraba sucio. La esponja recomendaría dejar una nueva. Detras y debajo de los muebles recomendaría mayor limpieza .
• Maria (1/5): Horrible! - Is close to the train station that’s it. Non functional showers, broken shower doors, smell in the bathroom, NO AC, there’s 2 fans for the entire apartment but no ac. WiFi doesn’t work.
• Tünde (8/5): Korrekt szállásadó, központi elhelyezkedésű szállás, tisztaság, jó berendezés. - Leírásnak megfelelő, nagyon kedves szállásadó, hamarabb érkeztünk és hamarabb át is vehettük 2 órával, korrektül berendezett konyha, tisztaság, nagyon közel a tömegközlekedési csomópontokhoz, 300méterre késő estig nyitva tarto Spar bolt. A külső ajtó törött üvegű volt, ott húzott be a hideg, de nekünk mondjuk problémát nem okozott, mert a belső ajtó is szigetelt. A teraszt rendbe lehetett volna tenni, elég mohás volt és rendezetlen.

• ATHANASIOS (2/5): Απογοήτευση!!! - Η τοποθεσία ηταν βολική. Ξεκινώντας απο τα υπνοδωμάτια, τα χειρότερα στρώματα και μαξιλάρια ύπνου. Ιδίως αν έχεις μικρο παιδί, να είσαι σίγουρος πως σε αυτά τα μαξιλάρια είναι αδύνατο να κοιμηθεί. Το ενα απο τα δύο μπάνια δεν διέθετε κάδο απορριμάτων ούτε πιγκαλ. Μετά απο επικοινωνία με τον υπεύθυνο για να φέρει τουλάχιστον εναν κάδο και πιγκαλ μας είπε πως εχει τέσσερις στην κουζίνα και να χρησιμοποιήσουμε εναν απο εκει (είχε δύο εναν για πλαστικά και εναν για χαρτι). Η καθαριότητα του μπάνιου κακή! Οι νιπτήρες μονίμως βουλωμενοι. Τα κιτ σαμπουαν και shower gel ηταν 4 συνολικα για 6 ανθρωπους για 3ημερες και το ενα χωρις καπακι...αρα χρησιμοποιημενο. Η κουζίνα μέτρια. Χωρις απορρυπαντικο πιάτων, χωρις κουταλάκια μικρά, με τρεις ταμπλέτες για πλυντήριο πιατων που ηταν τριμενες και διαλυμενες σε ενα πιατακι. Ένα κλιματιστικο για όλο το σπίτι και αυτό χαλασμένο και χωρίς να εχει γίνει συντήρηση. Είχε απιστευτα πολυ σκόνη στα φίλτρα. Το check in προγραμματισμένο στις 15:00 αλλα στις 15:30 ξεκινούσαν το καθάρισμα. Και το χειρότερο απο όλα ο διαχειριστής που ηταν τελείως αδιάφορος με καμια διαθεση να βοηθήσει σε τίποτα.

• Joanna (4/5): - Lokalizacja Czysta pościel i ręczniki , czyta lodówka . Naczynia wystarczająco , klimatyzacja . Łóżka sypialne duże i wygodne . Brudne i zagrzybione ściany , brudne kaloryfery . Łazienka cały sufit w grzybie , zamiast drzwi od prysznica kotara która była zagrzybiona i ciężko było z niej korzystać . W drzwiach wejściowych dziura . Na tarasie bardzo brudno , złożone jakieś stare zniszczone rzecze , parasol z koloru jasnego zmienił na czarny , nie dało się korzystać z tak brudnego i zaniedbanego tarasu . Łóżko dodatkowe było łóżkiem polowym ze starym materacem , który był tak wygnieciony że leżąc czuć było stelarz łóżko ( dobrze że była kanapa i jedna z osób spała na kanapie ) . Nie działały Lamki nocne ( spalone żarówki ) . Łazienka i toaleta razem ( utrudnione korzystanie przy kilku osobach ) . Niestety apartament na żywo nie wygląda jak na zdjęciach .
• Tomasz (9/5): - Bardzo dobra lokalizacja. Cicha okolica, wszystko co potrzebne, na wyciągnięcie ręki. Vaporetto, gondole, bary , restauracje, sklepy. Bardzo dobra baza wypadowa by zwiedzić Wenecję i okoliczne wyspy. Nie było do czego się doczepić ale jeśli mam cokolwiek napisać to dobrze by było naprawić zawiasy w suszarce na naczynia.

Shower faucets and doors are a bit old and are in need of an update. There was water leakage from the freezer upon check-in, but the staff took care of the problem in very short order.

Pointless bringing up issues with management - Location Pull out couch with a filthy mattress and the frame broken-1 pillow extremely old- sheets not fitting, too small- 2 showers both with doors not closing- used body wash in it- dishwasher with dirty dishes in it. Should have read previous reviews.
• Staci (10/5): Exceptional - Lots of space, good location, washing machine, Wifi wouldn’t work in one of the bedrooms. Beds weren’t the most comfortable things.
• Sophia (2/5): Fine for a night but not more. - Very close to train station, didn’t have to go over the bridge, it was just around the corner from the train. Front door glass was broken and taped together. Duty dish cloth was left in the sink. Floors were dirty and sticky, clear clumps of dirt still on the floor when we got there - easy enough to put shoes on but hard when you have a crawling baby. Black mould in bathroom, dirty shower curtain which unsure has ever been cleaned as murky at bottom. Shower head broke , my husband had to put rubber bands around it to hold it together. Washing machine would only work if very light load e.g. one pair of jeans. Beds were old, no mattress protector and no fitted sheet, only an old thin top sheet layed over the mattress that you could see through, which didn’t fit and pulled away through the night leaving us to be sleeping on the mattress - felt like a health hazard. No blankets, just another top sheet for your blanket, otherwise spare fleece blankets in the cupboard but unsure if cleaned.

• Ryan (6/5): Perfect location. Fixing seemingly insignificant problems will have a significant impact on improving living conditions. - Location was perfect. The apartment was clean and tidy and it was clear that it had been recently renovated. Some lamps are missing. TV not connected and not working. Shampoo was bad. Liquid Soap at one of bathrooms was not working(broken handle) . Modem was not accessible to reset and we just had signal just in living room. Bath room door was broken. Lots of mosquitoes in rooms without mosquito repellent lamps. No air conditioners in bed rooms. Batteries on tv controller was dead. The double mattress in one of the bedrooms was uneven and had highs and lows.
• Jeet (5/5): Passable - The place was clean and nice. The manager was good and responsive. It's a self checkin self checkout place. I would have liked a human to show me around but it was okay. We found broken furniture. Lots of plumbing issues with the place. We didn't even get hot water for an entire day. The temperature outside was around 8 degrees, and there was no hot water. Very disappointed.

• Stella (3/5): Worse place I’ve reserved. - Nothinh Twin bed and sofa bed were broken, the sofa bed mattress should be thrown away, it was stained and worn out, but could not be slept on because it was broken. My grandson had nowhere comfortable to sleep. Read reviews, did not see a patio. The place was roomy and close to train station.
• Artak (9/5): great stay - The message connection with the host was fast and easy, and it was very informative and explained all the steps. The location is great, near the bus and train stations, close to a street with many good restaurants. The location is about 20-min walk to Rialto and 30-min walk to San Marco, so in case you enjoy walking in the mazes of vintage streets, this is great, if you have walking difficulties you'll need to take vaporettos, thankfully the stop is very near.

• Gregory (6/5): Europe skiing trip - We enjoyed our stay. The apartment is in a great location. Very close to public transport, restaurants, cafes and supermarkets. However, it is still very quiet. The apartment itself was great, however, it needs a little maintenance. Some of the beds were broken, leading to an uncomfortable night's sleep for some of us.

Not enough cutlery and crockery - spoons & cups some cracked, no kettle in one apartment. Shower/s both apartments broken. Extra single bed not comfortable.

• Ashika (8/5): Great location for Venice - The apartment is located walking distance from the train station so no need to carry luggage onto boats etc. lots of food options nearby and supermarket and pharmacy close too. It was spacious and clean. We have been travelling through Europe and this has had the best shower space we’ve experienced so far! It would have been appreciated if we could have had an early checkin just to drop off bags. Unfortunately this could not be accommodated. There is a dishwasher but no detergent was left for it. Some power sockets didn’t seem to be able to accommodate travel plugs.

• Brittny (4/5): Nice location but A/C is basically non functioning - The location of this property was directly next to multiple boat ports as well as the train station. There are restaurants very close (in the same alley as the place) in case you want food really close by. The A/C was either broken or barely functioning. We were there two nights, had the A/C and fans going constantly and it remained unbearably hot throughout our stay. For the record there is one A/C unit next to the front door and the apartment we stayed in was on the top floor under the sun. 85+ each day we stayed with zero relief after leaving and coming back. If you have respiratory issues this may not be the place for you to stay especially during the hotter months.

• Ridwan (9/5): Great experience! - Very close to the train station, easy access there, and located near lots of shops/restaurants, so it was almost right at the heart of Venice! It's a really good value for money! Beds are comfy, there were 2 bathrooms as well so it was very convenient. There is an air conditioning which helps a lot with the hot Italy weather! The couch needs replacement.
• Maria (4/5): Disappointing - the location and that it was clean The description says that the apartment has air conditioning. It only has a small unit in the hall that apparently was not functioning or is of a very low capacity for that apartment. The apartment was very hot and did not have air circulation. We could not open the windows because of the mosquitoes. I complained about it and the person who attended me said that she will send a technician to check the air conditioning that never came.

• Nancy (7/5): Good but needs improvements. - Location. That was a very good part. There were lots of towels. It had plenty of room and lots of beds. When I had questions, there was great communication from the host. Appreciated the stay - just need upright fans. It would have been nice to have standing fans to circulate the air conditioning better. Would also liked to have had a coffee pot. The chair in the living room needs to be replaced. It is very worn and questionable for seating. The dishwasher did not have an upper rack. The lock on the front door was very tricky to open.

• Claudia (4/5): Disappointing - Facility didn't have general AC. It only had one split unit, which didn't work properly, and so the whole place was hot and made it impossible to sleep. One of the barhrooms' sinks was damaged as well as one of the beds . I contacted the management but didn't bother to fix it.

Around 10 to 15mins walk to Bus station to Venice airport Apartment is nice/clean and we got all our needs in the kitchen Airconditioning is only in hallway while the two rooms dont have. While this may be a small problem at night during the stay, maybe very warm at day time especially summer. Probably suggest to add fans in the room
• Катя (4/5): This apartment is not for a long comfortable stay - The location is amazing, the host is nice and thoughtful, the self check-in/check-out is super comfy. Very uncomfortable apartment in terms of small but necessary things - e.g. there's no hook in the bathroom for your towel, no glass for your toothbrush, shower cabin with a curtain makes the whole bathroom wet... There are hooks for your outdoor clothes but they're above the kitchen table (why?), blankets are old and they smell so bad.
• Diaiddin (2/5): Extremely not recommended - Location is the only good thing in this property. Property was on the fourth floor, and there was no elevator . This bad thing was not hilighted in the description on booking that there is no elevator. Very hot flat, with a small AC covering the whole flat, that was not changing anything, and we were dying of heat. Full of mosquitoes and we were suffering day and night.

• Dana (4/5): We were disappointed in our stay. One of the nights we had no hot water, and when we spoke to our contact Marco it seeme - We were disappointed in our stay. One of the nights we had no hot water, and when we spoke to our contact Marco it seemed like a reoccurring issue. We did not have enough towels or pillowcases, no electric kettle (included in the listing), and not enough cups and glasses and cutlery etc for the six of us. When we asked for more towels and pillowcases, and a kettle, Marco first wouldn’t believe us, and only after asking multiple times if we looked everywhere for them, he agreed to get someone to bring more the next day. The towels were delivered, but no pillowcases and when we asked again he told us we had enough (we only had five for the six of us). Marco ignored the kettle complaint so we boiled water on the stove each day. The aircon did not work, there was no shower head, and the sink drains were clogged and would not drain. The appointment was clean enough, and the location was great -a five minute walk to the Grand Canal and very close to the train station. We do not recommend staying here.
• David (6/5): Awful facilities, excellent location. - Very conveniently-located near the station and an excellent, Venetian restaurant "Il Vagone". -As we arrived, the cleaners were just getting there, so we waited 30 minutes for them to clean the house. The house was not clean when they left. -the toilet seat was completely unattached and broken off of the toilet bowl, and the property owner said that a plumber was arriving to install a new one (never happened). -the shower door was broken off and a make-shift curtain installed with zip-ties that did not contain the water within the shower. -dead mosquitoes squashed on the bathroom walls. -washing machine worked only with less than 1kg of clothing inside (no jeans, just good for underwear and socks). The apartment air was way too moist for your clothes to dry. -the air conditioner was absolutely packed with dust and mold (see photos). -the umbrella in the outdoor seating area was full of mildew and mold. -there were insects all over the walls in the bedrooms despite us leaving the doors and windows closed for the entirety of our stay. -various light-switches not working or light bulbs blown. -there is a kitchen but someone needs to spend 15 Euro at IKEA to make it usable. The house has clearly been neglected by the owners. About ~300 Euro and 2 hours of TLC and this place could be literally twice the value.
• Suriani (6/5): Not for elderly or family travelling with strollers. - The location is near to the train station. We are given the 5th floor. The top floor with attic. We are in 50s and need to carry all luggage right up to the 5th floor. When we arrive, the wooden window outside the glass window at the attic on the 2nd room (without the wardrobe) was open. We didn't know how to close it. It was raining heavily with strong wind. The wooden window outside was banging and shocked me. Couldn't sleep well. Middle of night can hear sound of bird at the attic. The other room window blind can't close. So sunlight can go thru. Please help to fix it.

He took the time to provide recommendations of family friendly places to eat, patiently helped me with the city tax and provided a .pdf with all needed information for the apartment, very nice.

• Liva (8/5): Warm appartment located next to the Stazione Lucia. - - warm apartment which was such a plus staying during rain season. The check-in was also super easy. - grocery store around the corner - neighbour walking upstairs could have been easily heard therefore sleep was interuupted constantly. Also poorly equipped kitchen with barely some glasses and only one wine glass which is pitty considering you are visiting Italy after all.
• Robert (1/5): Poorly maintained and overpriced mess - Poorly maintained apartments. Jammed doors, busted showers, broken appliances and no wifi. When asked for help, got the response of “I manage 23 properties, I’m not sure”.
