• Gerda (10/5): - Amazing apartement in a quieter side of Venice. While no noisy parties on the streets, there were plenty on nice dining places nearby, and getting around was easy. Perfect for 6-7 people, 3 bathrooms, nice terrace, well equiped kitchen, and super friendly and helpful host. Value for the price was excellent. Didn't cause us any problems, but people with mobility issues might find the stairs challenging.

• Sandip (7/5): Overall ok but not for elderly - Apartment is old but was comfortable. Checkin was smooth with clear instructions given. The host even walked in to meet and greet us on one of the days. It is about 7-8 mins to nearest Water bus station which is probably considered fine in Venice. The apartment is on the 3rd floor with narrow steep steps so it was a real workout to carry all our luggages up and bring them down. Definitely not suitable for elderly people so take a note of this if you are traveling with them. The toilets are too small and there is no place to hang your towels or cloths. Also, some hangers need to be added to the cloth cabinets.

Venezia is easy to get around so don’t think Canareggio is too far out. - The location was away from the hustle and bustle and close to Otto vaporetto stop. Three bathrooms for 6 people and individual AC for each room. Someone was there to meet us and it was within walking distance from the railway station. Two bedrooms have single beds - one of these could be a double/queen.

Posizione eccezionale in una zona suggestiva e tranquilla, fuori dai percorsi turistici più affollati. Proprietario e personale gentilissimi e disponibili ad ogni richiesta. Complessivamente non ci sono grandi carenze o difetti....forse la scala, storica e di pregio, ma veramente ripida (eravamo al terzo piano!)
• מיכל (10/5): - הדירה מרווחת מאוד, 3 מקלחות, 3 שירותים. מיטות נוחות. מזגנים בכל הדירה, מטבח פרקטי, חדרים גדולים, מכונת כביסה... ממש ממש נוח למשפחה עם ילדים. המארח זמין מאד, נחמד, שירותי ונעים. האירוח היה ממש עונה על הציפיות. הדירה במרחק 10 דקות הליכה מהרובע היהודי, במרחק של 3 דקות מסופר מרקט גדול וזול ובמרחק של 25 דקות הליכה מכיכר סן מרקו. הגעה לדירה באופן ישיר משדה התעופה עם סירה ישירה של alilaguna במחיר 18 יורו לאדם.
• Jeff (10/5): All the access, all the amenities, with a dash of peace and quiet when you need it. - This is our second time to Venice. Though it was located on the outskirts, it is close to the water taxi and is in a quiet part, with some great restaurants nearby. Three bedrooms with three bathrooms was great. The best part may have been the host. Very communicative and helpful. I wouldn't even look for a different place next time. No real negatives, with the only challenge being on the third floor, having heavy baggage could be tough.

We had Really nice view from the terrace. We were group of five people and we had planty od space. The owner Pietro was very kind and helped us when our flight was cancelled. The communication with him was very easy. I recomend it for group of people.

The balcony was wonderful, despite having to be accessed from one of the bedrooms. The umbrella was broken upon our arrival and we informed the host who provided one immediately. We assume the previous tenants left it open in the wind. The apartment was a bit out of the way from the center but in a quiet area and there were still restaurants, etc close by. Nothing

There were multiple bedrooms and bathrooms which was wonderful. Also the owner and manager was amazing. We had travel issues for some of our family. Delayed and rerouted flights. He provided so much help and advice so quickly. It was such a blessing to have someone who gave so much attention to all the details of our trip. We are very grateful for this wonderful experience. Pietro was very responsive when we had an issue with flat battery in air-conditioning remote and hot water system got turned off..all.fixed very promptly We were not at all.prepared for.the 3rd level stairs. We had a 78yr old with us and someone with an ongoing foot injury and we struggled with the very steep stairs case, particularly taking big luggage for 6 up and down..Had we have known about this we would have booked somewhere else. If you are young, fit and agile, with little luggage it may be better for you than us.

• John (10/5): We had a great stay here - an entire week - and would recommend it wholeheartedly. - Great location - we felt we were seeing “the real Venice.” On leaving the apartment we heard mostly Italian spoken until we approached the most popular tourist areas - which could still be reached easily on foot or by vaporetto. The apartment itself is in a very characterful old building. It is a good size for six people. It had clearly been modernised very recently and was very comfortable with three bedrooms and three bathrooms, so was well suited to adult groups or, in our case, parents with two adult children and their partners holidaying together. Great views from all rooms, and from the balcony which is accessed from one of the bedrooms. A utility room (off one of the bedrooms) with washing machine and drying rack. A good-sized shared area with cooking and dining-in facilities, which we used daily. Just for information, one of the bedrooms has two single beds not adjacent to each other.
• Rebecca (10/5): Exceptional - The accomodation was really comfortable - having three bathrooms was great for our group of six people - the balcony was beautiful and a great place to sit when the sun was out (would be amazing in nicer weather). I loved the location on smaller canals and a shortish walk to a boat terminal. We walked from the train station to here which was great but we didn't have huge luggage. There are three flights of stairs to walk up so maybe not the place for anyone who has trouble with stairs but these were not an issue for us. The local restaurants nearby were great.

He is easily reachable and communicates quickly - he's the man. The location is in a quieter place in Venice which is big plus. The terrace is charming and a wonderful seating area to have a morning cup of coffee. Overall, it's very comfortable for 6 adults. The kitchen needs more kitchenware and more supplies.

The three fully equipped bathrooms were nice as well as the good wi-fi signal (75 - 80MB/s). Everything was clean and ready for us. The roof terrace was great and spacious enough. It was nice to sit there even in the November sun. The Cannaregio location is great because it is off the tourist trails, but at the same time there are lots of little authentic bars where the locals congregate. It's very nice for getting to know life in Venice. We have been going to different places in Venice every November for 15 years and can highly recommend this accommodation!

The beds were comfortable, the apartment was spotlessly clean, the bathrooms were spacious, the water pressure was excellent, the air conditioning was fantastic and we could not have done without it during August! The kitchen is well equipped with everything we needed for a family of 6 and we cooked dinner most days. The washing machine was also very useful. The terrace is lovely to be able to sit outside on an evening. The location is great, about a 10 minute walk from Piazzale Roma and the train station, but on a much quieter street away from the crowds.

This accommodation was exceptional and outstanding! There is a very large balcony (in the photos it looks smaller than it is) and three beautiful rooms and there are 3 bathrooms (all 3 with toilet AND shower!!!). The large double room has direct access to the bathroom, the other two rooms have the bathroom directly in front of the room door. The kitchen is the heart of the apartment, with very large windows and lots of light. There we cooked and ate comfortably and talked for hours. The apartment is incredibly quiet and beautifully located, away from the tourist crowds but only 15 minutes from the train station and a main vaporetto port! Relatively very close to the vaporetto stop so travel around was easy. the owner responded all questions very detailed and fast. honestly recommend for families and groups. stairs might be little bit challenging for some people. an android box or apple TV especially for the kids may be more attractive.

Bakery was 5 min away we were getting fresh croissant and bread every morning. Also waterbus station only few min walk if you going to airport. Nearby walk at canal was safe and enjoyable.
