- mauro (9/5): - Appartamento accogliente, posizione in zona tranquilla e servita. Sotto l'appartamento si trova un panificio con annesso bar per ottime colazioni e volendo anche pranzo....
A pochi minuti la metro
- Rosli (9/5): Clean, full facilities, near to Metro ( 10 minutes to San Giovani A line and 4 minutes to Lodi C line) - Location, very near to Metro None
- Dan (8/5): Very good -

- Sonali (4/5): Disappointing - Host Very old property, kitchen not fully equipped, no detergent for washing machine, no soap for toilet, ac making lot of noise
- Kalgi (5/5): Passable -
- Smith (10/5): Great place to stay in Rome among Italians, not other tourists. - The rooms were comfortable and quiet. Enough space for everyone. Great bathrooms. Francesco was very helpful!
- Pradeep (10/5): Great stay well enjoyed our stay - Fransceco met us during check in . Explained the all the things to see , metro stations near the apartment which was neat & clean . Assisted us in all ways during our stay . Would definitely stay and recommend to our friends again .
- Dario (7/5): Good - Vicinity to the Rome center The market in front of the building and their early start and the noise. Also, the window between the bathrooms impacts the privacy
- Svetozar (10/5): Great value for the money, great area to immerse in local Roman life - This is a quiet residential area, with places frequented by locals. No tourist traps, just authentic Roman life, with reasonable prices and home feel. There is a market just under the building (some noise is possible), there is a bakery for a nice breakfast and a coffee. Metro C is 150 m away and Metro A - 500 m. away. There is direct transport to Trastevere (a tram, which was substituted by a bus during our stay, which was out of commission on one of the days due to a marathon). I like to have the keys handed over by a person and not left in a box. The personal communication can add some local feeling and enrich the experience. The communication was excellent throughout the period before the arrival and the whole stay. Kudos!
- Soojung (7/5): Good - Location was good. Not touristic with a good metro connection Bathroom could have been better.
- Angela (10/5): Francesco made our stay fantastic! He was very helpful and accommodating 😊 - Great location!
- Łukasz (10/5): Exceptional - Great location near the street marmet and metro station.
- Azemi (10/5): Exceptional - The San Giovanni Garden House was a perfect apartment for our stay in Rome! The neighborhood is safe, clean, and you have everything you need in a walking distance. The metro line is perfect. The rooms are very clean, with everything you may need. Francesco the host was very very helpful with everything! :)
- Homa (7/5): Good - The location The landlord communication
- Amy (7/5): Wonderful location to feel like your living as a roman. - The location was exceptional. The facilities made it a comfortable for people spending most of their time out and about. There’s a great little cafe across the road, fruit markets, and wonderful restaurants in the area - way better that the touristy garbage. The location really made you feel like you were living the Italian life. The air cons were extremely loud. Especially in master room. I slept on floor in lounge room one night and could still hear air con from other room wearing ear plugs. If you went at a less hot time it wouldn’t be as much of an issue.
The master shower flooded but we found out this was a problem with the buildings plumbing. The washing machine didn’t really spin well.
We actually got asked to leave half way thru as the building had a water problem so we had no shower / toilets / water etc. the owners tried to find alternative accommodation which was u suitable so we had to scramble last minute to find 2 x rooms at peak season. This was not the owners fault and they tried to help. It got a bit hectic to try to get out funds refunded for unused night as it happened after 8 am but everyone came to the party eventually.
- Wenshen (9/5): Superb - There is a market downstairs in the morning where you can buy fresh fruit and vegetables. Quiet neighborhood although not perfectly neat. Very close to Lodi metro station where you can transfer to Line A at San Giovanni connecting most of the attractions.
- Jeffrey (9/5): Quiet retreat, great for a family. - Two beds AND two bathrooms are great when you’re traveling with teens. Convenience was great once we discovered it was steps from Lodi stop on Metro Linea C. Very quiet, air conditioning worked well. Great neighborhood for feeling like you’re really among Romans. A little fat from the center of the action.
- Adriana (10/5): A very local experience - An excellent place to stay in Rome away from the tourist crowds. Subway either around the corner or 5mins away makes getting anywhere easy. Plenty of options to grab something to eat or buy groceries and even a fresh produce market right outside the building.
Apartment was very clean with everything we needed. Hosts were kind to let us in early and helpful throughout our stay.
- Ellie (9/5): Excellent location!!! Nice apartment! - Excellent location. The room was clean. Nicely furnished. The apartment was equipped with everything we needed. The host was prompt and very helpful. The host accommodated us for early check-in, as our flight arrived over an hour earlier than the scheduled time. We enjoyed our stay! It seems like the apartment needs some maintenance check-ups. (shower heads, radiators, shower room drain, washer machine, etc.)
- Ferrari (10/5): Exceptional -
