• Rosario Ottonelli (5/5): Week End Venezia. - La struttura è molto centrale e permette di raggiungere velocemente il centro. La casa è trascurata e necessita di un' opera di recupero. I mobili sono vecchi, la porta del bagno non si chiude, il pavimento presenta delle evidenti crepe e innumerevoli danni strutturali.
• Yohana (1/5): No cumplió con lo que ofrecía - La ubicación No había nada como en las fotos que se muestran del alojamiento, alojamiento muy antiguo y casi todo roto y en deterioro. Las camas con los colchones rotos, el sofá antiguo y desgastado. Los baños muy antiguos y desgastados con mucha humedad. En general, necesita rehabilitación. Además la puerta de la terraza del alojamiento rota y no se podía cerrar, prácticamente todas las puertas de las habitaciones rotas. En general todo desgastado, además de tener suciedad por todas las partes del alojamiento.

• Izabela (1/5): W związku z nieprzygotowaniem obiektu musiałam wynająć coś innego. - Nic Apartament był nieprzygotowany do przyjęcia gości tzn.było w nim zimno 14stopni celcjusza, gospodarz nie chciał zapewnić lokalu w którym można by było swobodnie funkcjonować. Jestem bardzo zawiedziona, że wogóle taka oferta pojawiła się do wynajęcia. Dodatkowo prąd wywalało jak do światła włączyło się kuchenkę.Zastanówcie się zanim wynajmiecie ten apartament.
• mireille (2/5): Appartement en très mauvais état - Le chauffage Bonjour Nous avons quelques reproches à faire concernant votre appartement et je pense que vous avez eu ces remarques des autres personnes avant nous. Quand la personne nous a accueilli dans l’appartement il s’est vite empressé de faire le tour sans que l’on puisse regarder quoique se soit 5minutes pour un état des lieux s’est plutôt rapide Quand nous l’avons appelé juste après son départ il ne répondait pas ni au téléphone ni au message !!!!!!! - la porte du jardin ne se ferme pas et la porte d’entrée qui donne dans la rue ne ferme pas à clef quand on sort - la porte d’entrée de l’appartement est cassée et ne ferme pas à clé non plus - dans la grande chambre le sommier du matelas est complètement déchiré et le matelas dessus n’est pas à la bonne taille et il n’est pas confortable - la télévision dans le salon (bien qu’il y a 3 télécommandes) ne s’allume pas - la petite salle de bain rose, il est compliqué de prendre une douche avec un petit filet d’eau. La porte ne ferme pas c’est gênant pour aller au toilette ou prendre sa douche - la grande salle de bain il faudrait penser à changer les douchettes. Le wc n’est pas fixé au sol. - dans la cuisine, la cafetière italienne est bonne à changer. Il n’y a pas de petites cuillères Je pense que je vais arrêter la liste, j’ai pris des photos que je vais envoyer à booking car cela mérite qu’il soit informé de l’état de l’appartement La seule chose de positive pas trop loin du centre et le chauffage dans l’appartement
• Esther Luzolo (4/5): Casa Vescovo San Marco Venise - L'appartement est très grand, le jardin ou la terrasse est bien surtout l'été. L'appartement est bien situé. Ils se sont rattrapé le lendemain pour nous donner le lit du bébé. Les lits sont grands La propreté n'était pas vraiment au rendez-vous, la porte de la douche/WC ne se ferme pas, il n'y a pas de micro-ondes, nous avons prévenu qu'on avait un bébé de 5mois avec nous, ils ont oublié le lit du bébé on comprend l'erreur est humain et en plus il faisait très froid dans la maison... Les télécommandes pour la télé ne fonctionnent pas, la taille de la télé reste aussi à désirer...

• Marie-Claude (8/5): Ce pourrait être une location idéale, mais ... - Emplacement très bien par rapport au centre ville et par rapport à l'embarcadère pour l'aéroport. Appartement spacieux, avec une immersion dans le style vénitien. Une vitre de fenêtre manquante dans une chambre (donc bruit et froid) Porte de salle d'eau/WC ne ferme pas (non-seulement ne ferme pas mais reste ouverte malgré l'attache/ficelle !) Fauteuils et rideaux déchirés et sales Un volet du salon condamné fermé Pas de pression au lavabo salle d'eau L'appartement est propre mais n'est plus entretenu.
• Lisiecka (5/5): Séjour à Venise - La localisation et l'accueil du correspondant booking J'avais lu des avis negatifs qui datent depuis 2023 sur la vétusté de l'appartement et ce n'est toujours pas réglé dommage il suffirait de faire le nécessaire concernant les robinets des 2 salles de bain pas de pression, des lampes de chevet dans les chambres 1 téléviseur qui fonctionne, changer ou nettoyer les rideaux et réparer la porte d'entrée de l'appartement mais faites le tour des lieux et vous constaterez par vous même
• Lisa (8/5): Grazie dell'accoglienza! - I punti forti: la posizione, che è davvero ideale, la casa, tipicamente antica veneziana spaziosa, comoda, con piccolo giardinetto interno, bollitore, lavatrice, wifi etc., Consiglio! Punto debole: la pulizia! Si devono fare delle migliorie perché tutto il resto merita, è buono sia per una vacanza di gruppo che di famiglia.
• Nathan (9/5): Lovely well sized apartment outside of the hussle and bussle of Venice. - The host was very accomodating, we got stuck in traffic on the way to Venice and arrived 1 hour late and they still helped us. The location is great, all the bedroom windows look out over the cannal where the Venice hospital is and we could see the ambulance boat going in and out. It is very well located. The outside patio area was also lovely to sit and get some fresh air or read a book. The kitchen needs some new utencils and pots and pans. We enjoy making our own food and meals and would have liked to use the gas stove more but the pots were not in great condition and the plates and untelcils were all mismatched. thre also seemsed to be small signs of ware and tear that didn't seem to be neccessary and that could easlily be repaired to make the apartment look glorious.

Zdjęcia absolutnie nie oddają realistycznego wyglądu mieszkania, było ponuro, nieprzyjemnie, łóżka niewygodne, w łazience BARDZO NIE PRZYJEMNY ZAPACH ogólnie nie polecam, warto upewnić się co się wynajmuje bo można wpaść na minę, Wstyd.

• Vergara (7/5): Good - Location was great The apartment was dusty and we found other people’s hair in the bathroom and shower. The sofa in the living room was dusty and look a little dirty. One of the toilets was in a very bad condition and looked bad with the cover laying on the floor. In one of the bedroom windows the curtains were just hanging off like they didn’t take the time to put it on knowing people were going to stay there.

• Kea (9/5): Excellent value for money would recommend - Wonderful Family Stay in a Beautiful Traditional Home We had an excellent stay at this beautiful traditional place. The classic furniture added a charming touch to the experience. Our host was fantastic and even adjusted her schedule to accommodate us. The location was perfect, conveniently close to everything we needed. As a family of five, we found the accommodation very spacious, with beautiful views of the canal from the bedrooms. The beds were very comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep for everyone. Additionally, the outside seating area was a wonderful bonus. Overall, we found this to be excellent value for money and couldn’t fault anything. Didn’t have a kettle had to boil the pan every morning for are hot drinks
• Matthew (1/5): AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID - Nothing I have travelled the world and this is the worst place I've ever stayed, it's filthy and falling to pieces, bathroom door doesn't close and the other one doesn't lock, owner is a hippy who clearly just inherited the run down flat from his parents and is renting it out for €330/night but using the cheapest cleaner they can find. Nothing works, AC blows like a fan and is only in the central room, insects everywhere, excrement on the bed sheets, not a single door locks. Owner didn't bother to respond to my complaint. Avoid like the plague, you'll get it if you stay here.
• Meri (1/5): The worst house I've ever been to. - The house is in a scandalous condition. The bathroom is broken, the kitchen table is covered in dirt as if it has never been cleaned, the bathroom door is broken and is caught by a rope in the boiler, the couches are super dirty full of stains, rooms with hairs, etc., etc.
• Karolina (6/5): good location but very dirty - the real asset of the apartment is its location, right in the centre, the windows of two of the bedrooms overlook the canal and the hospital :), the furniture is authentic, beautiful Italian, very well equipped kitchen with a restaurant-style cooker (5 burners and a large oven) and a large refrigerator The flat is very dirty (the curtains probably haven't been washed for years, there's tons of dust on the lamps) and unfortunately our son was bitten by some kind of bug - I don't even want to think what it was. There is an unpleasant smell in the flat resulting from upholstery that has probably not been washed for years. Very shabby furniture, nice Italian furniture but shabby.

• Panagiotis (6/5): Pleasant - The host was really great and adjusted his Schedule to us. He also provided some tips for us to improve our stay in Venice. We hoped the apartment would be thoroughly cleaned, but it seemed like only half the job was done.

• Hashim (7/5): Good - Location is very good. It has very nice exquisite dinnerware The apartment fits 7 person nicely with 3 big bedrooms, 2 toilets. The 2nd toilet's door is kaput, we couldn't close the door at all. The lighter for the kitchen burner is out of gas so we had to burn roll of paper to light the fire for boiling hot water. No kettle.

• Helen (8/5): A lovely traditional place in a excellent location. - A beautiful, traditional place to stay, with period charm and classical furniture. The location is excellent and we enjoyed the views onto the canal from two of the bedrooms. A lovely and social space. Some parts of the apartment are a little tired and need a bit of attention. For example the door to the second bathroom didn’t shut.

Rooms and area were very large, plenty of windows, Condition of house was OK, Could use a litte repairs, but was an Excellent Value for Venice, I would stay again.

Multiple Maintenance issues (one bathroom shower drain plugged and missing functional door handle set such that door remained ajar; upholstery, drapes etc ripped and ancient, musty); beds and bedding needed to be updated
