• Marina (10/5): Muy bien - El apartamento es conforme aparecen en las fotos. La comunicación con la dueña fue buena y fluida cuando era necesario. Está un poco alejado de las zonas más turísticas pero para nosotros no ha sido un problema desplazarnos. Si volviésemos a Roma repetiríamos aquí. Un aspecto negativo y a tener bastante en cuenta es que no hay ascensor y hay que subir dos pisos empinados cargando con las maletas y que la caldera está justamente pegada a la pared de la habitación (en un hueco entre el baño y la habitación) y cuando alguien del piso inferior abría el grifo sonaba la caldera en nuestra habitación, sin importar la hora. Parece que esta caldera suministra al edificio, porque sonaba sin nosotros utilizar o abrir ningún grifo o nada parecido. Es algo que la dueña debería tener en cuenta, ya que es molesto. Por lo demás, todo bien.

• Cate (10/5): Buonissimo - Clean and homey, charming, spacious. Quiet area. Welcoming hosts. No shelves in shower for soap or shampoo (very minor issue!)
• Bastien (9/5): - Très bel appartement, très propre, très bien équipé. On s'y sent bien ! Beaucoup de charme. Toutes les pièces sont assez grandes (séjour, chambre, salle de bain). Nous avons beaucoup aimé. La mezzanine donne aussi beaucoup de charme, tout comme le petit balcon. L'appartement est aussi très bien placé. A 5 minutes à pied de l'entrée de l'hypercentre de Florence, dans une rue calme. Parfait. L'endroit est bien calme, nous n'avons rien entendu. Il y a également 2 supermarchés pas loin, ce qui est très pratique. Pas grand chose. Peut être juste le bruit du chauffe-eau, juste à côté de la chambre, qui s'enclenche et s'arrête assez régulièrement. Mais cela devait être dû à la meteo assez froide les jours où nous y étions, car ce chauffe-eau devait aussi à priori alimenter le chauffage. Mais ce n'était pas non plus un gros bruit !

• Margret (10/5): Traumhafte Tage in Florenz - Tolle Lage, ruhig und trotzdem fußläufig alles zu erreichen. Ambrogia Markt um die Ecke, ebenso carrefour Supermärkte. Sehr ansprechend ausgestattet, mit Galerie, Leseecke und Dachterrasse. 2 gut funktionierende Klimaanlagen im Wohnbereich und Schlafzimmer. Nette Gastgeberin, gute Kommunikation und unkompliziert. Bequeme Betten. -

It’s located on a quiet street but very close to everything! The host met us at the apartment and she was very lovely. The washroom was VERY hot, the AC isn’t super cold either but I believe that’s the norm in Italy!

• Emma (10/5): I highly recommend this thoughtfully appointed apartment in an excellent location. - The location was excellent, in a quiet street, and an easy walk to a nearby supermarket and the Arno river and most of the attractions! The apartment was larger than expected, and we loved the rooftop terrace! The washing machine was appreciated. The apartment has been provisioned with a lot of thought and care. The bed was very comfortable. A home from home! The lids to the pots do not match and some of the utensils could be renewed such as the kitchen knife. However, this is very minor.

Steep flight of stairs to the apartment and steep staircase to small rooftop balcony with garden view, which we enjoyed. Nice residential area, and mostly quiet but around 30 mins walk to most of the main tourist sites.

So wonderful to be able to sit out and enjoy an al fresco aperitivo or breakfast there. Helpful host who kindly let us leave our bags a little later on check out day. Perfect! We loved everything. It is very well equipped but we thought some guests might want an iron and ironing board?

• Vladimir (7/5): a few inconveniences here and there but overall very good - The host patiently waited for me on arrival. They were also very helpful during my stay. There is convenient walk-in wardrobe to tidy the luggage away. Very neat. The location is within a walking distance to many attractions and, in my case, a congress centre. I liked going for a jog in Giardino di Boboli. The combi boiler is extra noisy and interrupts sleep since it's installed close to the bed. I had to ask the host to change the program to turn it off at night. Likely this setup is not going to work if it's too cold outside. There is also simple bore hole ventilation in the living room which will cool the place down regardless of any windows open or closed. There was no kettle. There was no body wash in the bathroom.

Quiet street but close to the toursit attractions. Hosts Elena and Giovanni were very kind and let us check in earlier. What I enjoyed the most was how spacious and light the apartment was.

Spacious, super comfortable bed and amazing apartment close to everything in a beautiful residential area. If I could score 15 out of 10 I would. Elena and Giovanni are absolutely wonderful hosts and we look forward to returning to their beautiful apartment next time we are in Florence. The place had no elevator so was a bit hard to deal with luggage but Giovanni carried our luggage up when we first arrived

Elena was very accommodating and provided things like condiments etc so didn’t have to shop for that as well. She was very responsive to my questions and needs as well. I would return there in a heartbeat Bathroom could’ve used a nightlight. And a fluffier pillow.

Hosts were also friendly and waited for us to arrive to help with check-in and instructions. Location was a little outside of the center of town but very quiet which we enjoyed.

• Amelia (9/5): Would Stay Again - What a wonderful apartment to stay in for our long weekend in Florence. Firstly, the location is excellent, walking distance to the centre with plenty of choice of restaurants and cafes, but far enough away for a silent night's sleep. The photos of the apartment don't do it justice, it was much bigger than we expected and included all the kitchen utensils (plus oils etc.!) for those nights in. The communication from Elena beforehand was great, and Giovani met us in person to exchange the keys. A new bathroom had been fitted the week before, which was great(!), but it meant there was some building dust that had settled on the surfaces (to be expected!)
• Sunita (10/5): Meravigliosa! - Very quiet location despite being within walking distance of Basillica di Santa Croce, Uffizi gallery, Ponte Vecchio etc. Also Elena and Giovanni were fantastic hosts! Elena replied to all my messages and gave helpful suggestions. They both greeted us when we arrived and gave us a warm welcome - even indulging me in my poor attempts at speaking Italian - Grazie mille!

• Helen (8/5): Lovely area outside main tourist drag - Quiet location away from the more touristy areas of town. Able to mix more with the locals and experience a more genuine Florence. Shops close by. The neighbours in the adjacent building were very noisy and kept us awake. The stairs in the apartment were very steep and slippery. Not good if you are nervous of heights. Bathroom was through bedroom, the washing machine was in the bedroom and the fridge was very noisy. So again, difficult to have a private moment and get to sleep.

• Yael (8/5): Nice and cute - A very nice and well maintained apartment. Spacious, with everything you need in the kitchen, bathroom and bedroom. Even laundry detergent and spices for cooking. The apartment is on the second floor. No elevator. So you have to climb 2 narrow stairways, 45 degrees angle, with all your luggage.. The sofa bed was too small for 2 kids (8,11). The main bed was way too soft and lumpy.

• Chrchatzo (10/5): Exceptional - Cozy and functional apartment in the center of the town. Beautiful decoration, big bedroom, clean kitchen and bathroom. Elena waiting for us and give us all the nessesery information. Hope we visit Florence again. Definitely recommend. The noise of the gas burner which was in the house,by the bedroom. No elevator.
• Stamatis (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment was spacious, clean, nicely decorated, with a big bathroom and comfortable bed, and a small terrace on the upper floor. It was close to the historic center with restaurants and gelaterias nearby. The owners Elena and Giovanni were super friendly. Generally it exceeded my expectations, I would definitely choose it again if I come back in Firenze.

I recommend the apartment highly, and next time we are in n Florence we will certainly try and boo - the apartment was very spacious and beautifully decorated. the kitchen was well equipped, there was a lovely roof terrace, and the bedroom was very comfortable. it was perfect! nothing to dislike.
