• Peter (9/5): Charming 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment in a great location near train station. - Excellent location near the train station. Good facilities including kitchen, dishwasher and washing machine. Good wifi. Ensuite bathrooms were updated and both had showers. Host was helpful and friendly but only digitally, not in person. High ceilings and windows made apartment feel larger than it was. Charming old italian design. If needed, there was a fold-up dining table with 4 chairs. Description said 3 bedrooms but there were only 2 and a pull-out couch. Single steps from both bedrooms were hazardous and should be clearly marked with bright tape or paint on the top edge for exiting the bedrooms, not just entering. A few mosquitoes came in through the unscreened windows. Seating was really for 2 people, not 4, but we made do with 2 dining chairs and the couch. There was an elevator but there were a few stair steps to reach it, which for seniors with mobility issues with luggage could be an issue.

Владельцу было бы не плохо наклеить пару уплотнителей на рамы. И шум и сквозняки уменьшатся. Попросили комплект полотенец для 5 человека но ответа не получили.. Не хватало большого зеркала в комнате.

• Margaret (10/5): A perfect introduction to Florence. - Convenient to train station. Easy to access. Clean. The twin beds were a bit uncomfortable.
• Brigitte (8/5): A bit squishy for 6 adults, but good location for sightseers - Good location, close to Main train station for those travelling by train between locations; walking distance to most things we wanted to see during our stay. 2 bathrooms, washing machine, kitchenette. Was advertised as a 3 bedroom apartment, but advised by hosts once booked that is in fact 2 bedroom with sofa bed in living area. with sofabed set up - there is practically no living space. As we were travelling as a family, this was managable for us (6 adults), but may not suit friend groups. Street and area around accommodation does have drug affected people (be aware). Would be even better with a larger clothes airer for drying clothes; second set of keys for larger groups.

• Yuri (9/5): Lovely and convenient flat - Beautiful flat, very clear instructions on how to access it and just great communication in general. The location is very convenient, close to the station, of course, and the central market was good to have nearby as well. We mostly walked everywhere, but also took the bus and uber when we went to slightly further areas. Shower pressure was a bit low. We're used to noise, so it wasn't a huge deal, but some people may find it noisy at night (drunk people, trolleys from restaurants or garbage collection).

It was close enough to walk to all the major sights as long as you are reasonably fit. The rooms were clean and comfortable so it was perfect for our family
• William (9/5): Overall, a good place to stay in the Florence old town, away fro the densest tourist crowds. - The location was excellent once we found the way from the train station. We arrived early (8am) and baggage holding was not available at the property but a commercial storage was literally right across the street. The property sent us the means of reaching the coded key box with a video to show the complex secure entry. The proprietor requested we leave the city tax in cash in the apartment when we checked out. We did so, photographing it for proof. Collection through Booking would have been more confortable.

• Andrea (10/5): Exceptional - We loved the apartment and were very comfortable in the beds and the couch. The AC was excellent and it made a huge difference to have a life. Howard hurt his back just before we left home. The apartment is spacious and clean with gorgeous high ceiling. All the appliances worked well and we had all the supplies we needed. We also thought the location was perfect.

• Peter (10/5): We had a wonderful stay in Florence!!! - The property was in a great location, one block from the train station and easy walking distance to historic sites. The apartment was spotless. There were 2 bathrooms that made getting ready to go out to explore easier.The property owner was extremely helpful providing lots of pertinent information and easy to contact with questions.

• Khoo (4/5): Hostile Host. Did not enjoy the stay. - It was near the train station Hostile host. I just highlighted the broken things and was accused of "...looking for excuses to find faults". As a customer, I do not need to look for an excuse. And why do I need to look for an excuse for a short-stay customer? I decided to keep quiet for the rest of the stay less she chased us out of the accommodation. Saw another customer complain that the host threatened to report them to the police for forgetting to leave the money for city tax. There is no luggage storage and we have to deposit luggage in a store before leaving the city. I stayed in another apartment in Italy and the host was especially friendly, unlike this one. It's a heaven and earth difference. After we paid, we were not given access to the apartment before sending her our travel document outside booking dot com app. We were forced to send her the travel document before gaining access to the apartment. At the very least, she should come and copy our travel document. There were so many people got scammed and would love to be careful about sending the documents outside booking app. Heaters were not working properly and the windows were not properly sealed. Make the whole apartment really cold at times.
• Rachel (10/5): Good, comfortable, clean apartment - This is a lovely spacious apartment in a good location. It is only a couple of minutes walk from the train station and five minutes walk into the centre of Florence. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. We are a family of five so my son slept on the sofa bed in the sitting room, which he said was comfortable. Showers were good and there are heated towel rails in the bathrooms which you can turn on to dry the towels. There was some noise at night - traffic, sirens, people shouting. We were woken early by the sound of what sounded like bins being emptied, however, probably not surprising for a flat so near the centre.
• Jennifer (9/5): 2 bedroom 2 bath near train - Central 2 bedroom 2 bath near train station with washer and dryer. Responsive host Wish the Host would collect the tourist tax from Booking. We got too busy and forgot to settle the tourist tax. We left before sunrise without paying and the host threatened to call the police on us. LOL I have stayed at over 30 hotels in Italy and none were this extreme. Fortunately she takes PayPal.
• Suzanne (10/5): A good Florence flat!+7 - The location was just a short walk from the train station. Having two bedrooms and two full baths made this an ideal flat for four adults to share. The bathrooms were updated and the showers were great. The flat was well equipped for some lite food preparation with a cooktop, microwave and refrigerator and laundry facilities. It was very efficient and clean. The security in the building was great for staying in such a busy area. It was a manageable walk to the Duomo and Ponte Vecchio. There were many restaurants and cafes in the area. I would recommend this as a very nice place to stay in Florence. Nothing.

So nice, clean and comfy! - This flat is in a great location (literally a stone's throw from the train station) is VERY spacious (hard to find that in Europe) and is super clean/tidy with great amenities. This is a super great alternative to stay close (and in walking distance) to all of the tourist sites without having to stay in the super crowded areas. I'd definitely recommend this to others - and the host was SO communicative with amazing instructions! My only complaint would be that we had some issues with our water pressure/hot water on one of our nights - and if people are downstairs in in the street/neighborhood, you can hear a ton of noise, which is to be expected but a little hard to sleep when it's after midnight! However, I would venture to say that most of the areas that are close to attractions are going to be MUCH noisier, so I really can't complain!
• Adi (10/5): Perfect stay in the heart of Florence. Highly recommended. - Clean and well equipped apartment, easily accommodated family of 5 (one had to sleep in a leaving room). Super prime location, just few minutes of walking distance to all important tourist attractions. A host is super responsive. An area near the bathroom equipped with light sensor, turning on the lights for several minutes, if someone is sleeping in a leaving room, it’s a bit annoying.

• Géza (9/5): Superb - Excellent location. We can reach easy the most important monuments, museums and restaurants. Well equipped kitchen. This is not a "quiet" apartment. We woke up every moning at 5,30AM! The outside noise ( the garbage truck with big noise of course come every morning!) But nothing noise insulations at the windows. Please change something: do anothyer wing or an extra wing to the windows. Thats why this not a 4 star only 2 star apartment was for us... Nothing windows to garden or street, only to the small area to the neightboor hotel.

• Douglas (10/5): Exceptional - This is a clean, spacious apartment located less than 5 minutes from the train station and 2 minutes from Mercato Centrale. 2 real bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, as well as a sofa bed in the spacious living room/kitchen area. There is an elevator that services this 2nd floor apartment. Ilaria was a wonderful host and very accommodating. As a seasoned traveler, I highly recommend this property. What's not to like?
• Amar (9/5): Family summer 2022 vacation in Italy. - Great location. literally 5 minutes walking from the station. Building is in quite location. Apartment was nice with everything as in photos. AC in each room and wifi was good. Host communicated very well with direction and instructions on how to get into apartment. Kitchen had all the basic stuff. Building had working elevator/lift, so it was easy to take luggage upstairs. All the major attractions are walking distance from the apartment. Overall apartment was good and there is nothing to not like about it. Just a clarification that in traditional sense it is two full bedrooms and living room is counted as third bedroom as it had futon or sofa which opens up to become bed. This is as per phots in the bookings site so no issues. I will definitely recommend this place.
• Gabriela (10/5): We had a perfect stay, recommend it to anyone visiting Firenze and we would definetly go back when we are in Firenze aga - The photographer's house is perfect in every detail: all really new and clean, comfortable beds, spacious, well equiped. Very well located and the contact with Ilaria was always very atencious. She was very kind and caring. Everything very organized, explained via messages and on a folder that also tells the story of the house, which is very interesting! We had a perfect stay, recommend it to anyone visiting Firenze and we would definetly go back when we are in Firenze again!
