Le logement est fonctionnel, on a tout ce dont on a besoin. Nous avons mal dormi à cause d'un chien dans le voisinage qui aboie toute la nuit. Et il manque des couvertures polaires pour les frileux. Ceux proposés ne sont pas assez grands.

• Szimonetta (9/5): - Minden szuper volt. Könnyen megközelíthető bármelyik nevezetesség, vonat pályaudvar, busz pályaudvar. Teljes felszerelt. Mi októberben voltunk kicsit hűvös volt a lakásban és nem tudtunk állítani a hőmérsékleten. De nem hibás emiatt senki.
• Bianca (10/5): - Die Lage war fantastisch, perfekt um Venedig zu erkunden und alles in der Nähe was man braucht. Die Wohnung liegt versteckt in einem süßen, kleinen Hinterhof. Uns hat es sehr gut hier gefallen.

Confortable el dpto y cercano a líneas de vaporeto - El frente y su entrada es antigua pero uno se sorprende con el dpto. confortable, el que cuenta con todos los elementos (excepto tostadora, no fue el único). Zona con restaurante, cafès, verduleria, panaderia y a 15 min.caminando del ruido turistico. Muy comodo, bonito, al borde del canal en una Venecia màs verdadera Hubiera agradecido que hubiera una cafetera mas grande ( era unipersonal) y que se ofreciera shampoo y balsamo, El resto perfecto
• Juan (10/5): Buen apartamento para una estancia de tres días en Venecia con la familia. - Alojamiento limpio y bonito en zona muy tranquila, alejada un poquito del bullicio del centro. Ubicado a 20 min. de la Piazza Roma donde te dejan los taxis/bus y a 25 min. caminando de la Plaza S.Marco. El anfitrión se portó de 10, haciendo todo lo posible para dejarnos entrar en el apartamento a las 12:15 h y así poder dejar las maletas e iniciar nuestra visita a Venecia.

The location is perfect—quiet yet close to everything, with easy walking access to the city center and only a 5-minute walk to a supermarket. The apartment was well-equipped, clean, and comfortable, and the host was incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommended!

• Marie (6/5): Not for us, we thought it was marginal at best, we would not recommend it. - The apartment was as advertised, pictures did seem to be outdated. The location was rough, construction and absolutely no breeze or cross wind. I didn’t feel safe there with my family. There was no ventilation and it was like a sauna, and that I’m sure contributed to the musty smell. If it’s not hot maybe it might have been acceptable. The shower was super short and difficult to use. The sofa bed wasn’t made up for us, but instead the linens were left for us to do on our own. Two of the fans didn’t work…the others helped marginally. My whole family had a hard time sleeping and we avoided being there as must as we possibly could, we did not enjoy it. Everything was marginal at best, it wasn’t for us.

Outside patio in secluded garden (we didn't know) Located in the quieter part of Venice, with lovely bar, bakery (look for it, couple of streets away, ob your ledt, amazing) Nearby pizzeria, lovely pizza too, 1, min walk Just perfect! I wish we stayed longer instead of going to Padova (i would not recommend visiting). I would cime back again and would recommend it to friends too! Nothing really Maybe the fact that we missed the bin collection, although we set an alarm for it - strange in Venice...
• Sayantan (10/5): A blissful heaven in the floating city - It was truly an amazing place to stay in. The facilities were excellent and well maintained, and it was very clean. It's worth mentioning that we were overwhelmed by the benign behavior of the host. He was very frank, helpful and kind and took care of very minor enquiries, always present at every beck and call of ours. We really appreciate the humble nature of this true gentleman. It was a great stay, and I would definitely recommend it to any of my family/friend who wishes to visit Venice in future. 😊 Nothing as such; and even if there is any, the host will single-handedly take care of it, so no need to bother at all. ☺

• Diane (8/5): Good value for money in quiet location. - The location of this property was very good. Being in Cannareggio meant you can escape the crowds in the evening if you want to and there is not too much foot traffic in the area. The front door was only several metres from a canal and it was a short walk to the nearest Vaporetto at Guglie. The size of the lounge room and main bedroom was good. The property was quiet when the windows were closed. The kitchen was well supplied and had everything you needed if you didn't want to eat out. The internet was fast and reliable. The bathroom was clean and adequate. I thought the property was excellent value for money. There was no proper air-conditioning, only a fan with mist. It was too hot to sleep with the windows closed, but leaving them open let in the mosquitoes and noise. We only found out the day before that we had to pick up the key from a different location than the property, but perhaps this is because we were arriving after 8pm. Traversing Venice on foot with our luggage to locate the key, and then further to get to the property was quite stressful. Getting the main key to work in the front wooden door was very difficult, so we only ended up locking the inner door once we got it open.
• Mary (6/5): Lovey spacious quiet apartment, but impossible to sleep with just fans, needs air conditioning. - Lots of space, great location, really quiet. The apartment was extremely hot. There were 3 fans that worked but it was still too hot to sleep, even with the fans on all night. I would seriously recommend installing some type of air conditioning facility.

A little bit more information in the welcome pack on explanation of the transport system where to go etc to find the water taxi stops etc would have been helpful.
