• Ventre (3/5): Sporca e non come da descrizione - La posizione è centrale e vicina ai luoghi di maggiore interesse turistico. La struttura non corrisponde alla descrizione fornita. La casa, oltre a non disporre di finestre ma solamente di condizionatori (causando odori spiacevoli), era molto piccola e decisamente poco pulita. Abbiamo trovato la doccia piena di calcare e macchie gialle, i teli per asciugarsi sporchi di rossetto, forchette e bicchieri ancora sporchi probabilmente dal vecchio ospite, il muro del bagno cade a pezzi sporcando tutto il pavimento, stipiti delle porte con muffa (probabilmente sempre dovuto alla mancanza di finestre), muro con buchi e muffa, il letto macchiato di sangue... per non parlare dei capelli che si trovavano in ogni angolo della casa (persino su una pianta!). Non lo consiglio.

• Gioia (9/5): Semplicemente fantastico - La struttura era molto pulita e confortevole, due climatizzatori uno al piano sotto uno in camera che rendevano l’ambiente ottimale in 5 minuti, la posizione ottima in pieno centro e a due passi dai quartieri spagnoli, molto carina, ha tutto ciò di cui avete bisogno in cucina. L’unica cosa menomale che avevamo qualche asciugamano in valigia perché in casa erano presenti solo un set a testa per 6 giorni, il proprietario però molto gentile per la prossima volta ha detto di chiedere senza problemi! Una piccola altra cosa riguarda la doccia che l’acqua calda dura giusto il tempo di una, facendo l’altra meno di metà fredda

• Luca Faranda88 (9/5): Al centro di tutta Napoli. Posizione eccellente. - Posizione eccellente, centralissima. Traversa di via Monteoliveto tranquillissima, senza rumori notturni. Marta, che ha gestito la mia permanenza, gentilissima e sempre pronta per ogni mia esigenza. Struttura pulita e condizionatori presenti sia nella zona giorno che nel soppalco notte. C'è una sola finestra che coincide con la porta d'ingresso

• Jed (8/5): I would happily rebook Bianca Napoli 7 when I come back to Napoli, city of comfy chaos. - This bijou and well-maintained little apartment is in the “Centro Storico” and ideal for getting to all the attractions offered there. There is a Supermarket just 3 mins walk away and the Metro Line 1 is only 10 mins walk too. The host Marta was very helpful and amicable and quickly answered any small questions which came up ( not many, I can add). The air conditioning was a blessing with daily temperatures around 31 degrees daily and 25 at night (this was at end July / Aug) and was fitted both upstairs in the mezzanine bedroom as well as in the main living area. I was a long stay visitor, I came to learn Italian at a local school and this little apartment was a real home for nearly 3 weeks. The apartment allows very little natural light or outside view at all, but as the location is in a narrow street it wouldn’t have made much difference, and I was made aware of this when I booked. I would suggest to have a little more info on hand regarding services such as rubbish collection and guidance on the kitchen equipment, but these are by no means major issues 😊

• Andrew (10/5): Excellend location and authentic experience, but stay away if you care about sleep quality or air quality - The very center of Napoli, nice tiles Airco only on ground floor: bedroom doesn’t have airco nor windows nor ventilation, only fan. Mattress, pillows and lining are cheapest possible. Zero soundproof: I was jumping up during night when people were going through stairs to next apartment, when they weee opening their door It always felt like they were opening mine.
