- fra (10/5): Incantevole soggiorno a Napoli. - Appartamento situato al ‘centro’ del Centro storico di Napoli. Indipendente. Molto confortevole ed elegante. Arredamento curato in ogni dettaglio, ad un passo da tutte le attrattive culturali, enogastonomiche e …di shopping. La proprietaria (Paola) gentilissima ci ha fornito consigli ottimi per ristoranti, wine-bar, mostre, etc. Abbiamo anche usufruito di una tariffa super speciale last minute! Che dire??? Torneremo presto.

- Punzo (10/5): - Soggiorno stupendo. Ci siamo regalati 24 h nel Centro storico di Napoli. Città meravigliosa ed il soggiorno al Relais Santa Chiara indimenticabile. Atmosfera incantata, arredamento elegante e raffinato, comfort da 5 stelle. Centralità della Struttura assoluta. La proprietaria Paola è gentilissima. Ci ha omaggiato di un’ottima colazione dalla pasticceria di quartiere. Abbiamo anche usufruito di una offerta last-minute imperdibile. Abbiamo già deciso: torneremo al relais Santa Chiara per un intero week-end il prima possibile. Grazie.
- Paola (10/5): ESPERIENZA BELLISSIMA. 10 e lode! - Esperienza bellissima. Sono stata a Napoli per lavoro ed ho pernottato al Relais Santa Chiara. Sono stata benissimo. Ambiente molto molto carino, curatissimo nei dettagli, di charme. Centralissimo. Metropolitane e funicolari a pochi passi. Stazione ferroviaria e marittima a solo 5-10 minuti a piedi. La proprietaria mi ha anche omaggiato di una colazione napoletana ‘calda’ (appena sfornata). Che dire? Tornerò presto a Napoli ed al Relais Santa Chiara … ma per una bella vacanza! Grazie. Tutto perfetto.

- Gabi (8/5): Very good - -right in the city center -clean towels, AC works fine -very kind and helpfull host - a bit noisy as it s close to the main gate - we had problems with the boiler and no hot water at some point but the host helped us and it was solved -cleanliness could be improved

- Zoë (8/5): cute appartment. - we had a delay with flight from 2 hours but host stil welcomed us with a smile even it was after midnight. this place is close to everything. shopping street and train station you can do by foot. in general is the room really dark. you can not leave the widow open because the app. is on the ground floor. something is wrong with the air in the app. the bed was moist and very hard..
- Marko (3/5): Poor - Location is great and aparment looks nice and newly renovated. Houseowner made it possible for us to make a late check in because of out flight delay and waited for us on the enterence. Owner was polite and tried to make our stay comftorable. Air in the apartment was moisty and warm so we decided to turn on the AC, AC works but the air coming in has unpleasant smell to it, so that option was out. One night there was electricity outage, which is not the problem cause we dont need it at night, but alarm just above our window was going off whole night from ca 23 until 5 in the morning until it turned off on its own (nobody from building or city came to rurn it off). Alarm was loud so closing window didnt do much so we decided to leave it open instead of using stinky AC. Owner apologised next morning and offered us breakfast which we accepted for next morning because that morning after no sleep we had to take our ferry to Capri. For breakfast we got delivered coffee and bakery sweets. After our stay was over we tried pointing out to owners that AC is not working as it should (so that they could fix it for next guests), to what men replied with somethin like "ahh yes yes its your first time here" ... we just left
- Stephen (5/5): Great location. Good option for a few nights. - Location. The staff of the property were extremely helpful and pleasant. Heavy construction starting very early in the morning around 7. Wifi isn’t great - was a struggle to work remotely from the property.
