• MariusicaLeonte (4/5): - Locatie linistita si sigura Aici sunt cateva lucruri pe care aș vrea sa le punctez -furnici peste tot (nu sunt periculoase dar deranjante) -atenție cu ușile de la cabina de dus cand le folosiți sa nu cada pe voi,rog gazda sa repare sau sa schimbe aceste uși glisante. -ar trebui sa se pună mai mult accent pe curățenie -pernele nu sunt confortabile absolut de loc

• antonio (10/5): Perfetta per lo stadio - La vicinanza allo stadio San Siro, 10 min a piedi e la zona tranquilla residenziale. Inoltre la casa ha tutto ciò che serve, pulita, spaziosa e lo staff preciso e gentile nelle comunicazioni. Nulla.
• Eva (7/5): - El apartamento está muy bien. Es muy grande, original y las camas muy cómodas. El apartamento estaba muy limpio. El día que llegamos estaba lloviendo, a las 22:00 ya estábamos en la puerta pero no pudimos entrar hasta las 00:00 porque nos dieron un código de portal que no abría. Menos mal que unos vecinos que llegaron nos indicaron como había que abrir. Resultó que había habido un problema con la puerta y el código para ese día no era el que nos habían dado. Sino fuera por los vecinos no abríamos podido entrar. No hay ningún teléfono de contacto con la empresa para hablar con ellos si hay un problema. Eso es un gran problema. La mampara del baño está rota. No cierra del todo y se sale todo el agua. Y está lejos si vas a visitar Milán.
• Christina (10/5): Spacious and well equipped property with perfect location for a Milan trip. - The property is very spacious and convenient. There are two separate bedrooms as well as a well equipped kitchen and living room. The location is just perfect, because you only have to walk for a couple of minutes to reach the next tram or metro station. We really enjoyed our stay and can totally recommend ‘PrimoPiano - Fargorida’.
• Alessia (8/5): Ampio e comodo - Situato in zona residenziale tranquilla, a pochi minuti a piedi dal Don Gnocchi (che era la nostra sede lavorativa). Appartamento molto spazioso, pulito. Asciugamani, phon, ferro da stiro e bollitore a disposizione. L'appartamento è vecchio e alcune cose andrebbero manutenzionate o sostituite perché ormai logore. L'ascensore è piuttosto rumoroso e quindi si sente dall'interno, soprattutto di notte.

• Sigita (7/5): - Good location - close to San Siro stadium. Close to metro. Supermarket nearby. We stayed in december, it was cold in the apartment.
• Anita (6/5): - The apartment is in a good location, close to metro and tram stops. The beds were comfortable. The walls of the bedroom were extremely dirty. Most of the pots in the kitchen were not suitable for the induction hob, so we could't use them. The apartment was very cold due to the central heating, we didn't get an extra blanket even when we asked for it. The door to one of the bedrooms couldn't be closed. On the second day the boiler stopped, it gave an error code, so there was no hot water. (Luckily we solved this by restarting it) The TV remote control didn't work (needs to change the batteries)

• hakim (8/5): - Emplacement idéal Apparemment propre et grand Très calme et reposant Chauffage qui ne fonctionne pas alors qu’il faisait froid en mois d’octobre. Un bruit bizarre qui vient de la chasse d’eau qui coule.

• Lucia Pajerská (9/5): Super na San Siro - Super priestranny a pohodlny byt so vsetkym potrebnym vybavenim (pracka,umyvacka,zehlicka,susiak...) aj na dlhsi pobyt, v krasnej tichej lokalite ale zaroven na skok od stadiona San Siro, co je na nezaplatenie pokial ste v Milane kvoli futbalu alebo koncertu. Sice trochu dalej od centra, ale na zastavku metra alebo elektricky to je par minut pesi. Ak ste viaceri, ocenite dve plnohodnotne spalne plus priestrannu obyvacku s velkym jedalenskym stolom. V pesej dostupnosti sa nachadzaju velke potraviny,pekaren,niekolko jednoduchsich podnikov ale treba brat do uvahy, ze je to rezidencna stvrt takze moznosti nie je vela. Tym, ze komunikacia prebieha so spravcovskou spolocnostou s ohranicenou pracovnou dobou,nie sukromnou osobou, v pripade otazok/nejasnosti na mieste by mohol byt problem s ich dostupnostou, nastastie to nebol nas pripad a pocas pracovnej doby odpovedali obratom. Co sa bytu tyka, jedinym malym nedostatkom bol mensi sprchovy kut vzhladom na velkost kupelne, ale to nie je nic zasadne

• Cret (7/5): Good value for money, the apartment is nice and spacious and clean, you have everything you need, it is close to the met - The apartment is nice, quite spacious, it is in a very quiet area, it is close to the metro and there is an Esselunga supermarket a short walk away. The apartment was clean, you had everything you needed. When we got to the apartment the hot water was not working. I tried contacting the person managing the property but unfortunately there was no answer. In the end we figured out that we had to turn the water heater off and on every time there was no hot water and it was fine. I think that the biggest problem is the fact that it is very hard to get in touch with someone regarding the problems at the property if you need to. Also, this might be a me problem but basically as soon as i walked in I developed a rash from an allergic reaction. This happened basically every time i would enter the apartment, I would be fine when i was out and once inside I would have a rash and itchy skin. I am not usually allergic to anything so this was quite weird and it was fine after some allergy medication but be aware that there might be an allergen there especially if you have problems with allergies.

Unforeseen issue with the shower's heating system took longer than expected to be solved.s33s No point of contact outside working hours which are 10am-18pm. For the price paid, a B&B would have been more worthit
• Jessica (7/5): An average stay. - San Siro ground is within walking distance and metro is also close by. The check-in system is very easy with a door-code being sent 24hrs ahead of checkin. Apartment is also very clean and well kept. Unfortunately, the central heating was not working and the AC remotes were nowhere to be found. It got a bit too cold in the evening.
• Anna (8/5): Nice place close to the stadium - Really nice big place in a quiet area really close to the stadium. There was some problem with warm water we constantly needed to turn on and off the boiler. Lack of wine opener in Italy was shocking 🙈
• Loughlin (8/5): Very enjoyable stay. Quiet location but lots to do around the property. - The facilities provided in the property were good. The layout of the apartment was good. Would have been good to have been able to open the shutters as the weather was good but we were unable to sit out on the balcony.

• Nicolae (9/5): Superb - I really liked how the house is compartmentalized. If someone is sleeping in the living room, there is no need to go through the living room to get to the bathroom. The bathroom can be accessed by everyone without disturbing other people. The beds are comfortable, the rooms are clean. The only drawback is that the temperature in the rooms was cold. We left in the morning, and in the evening when we returned, the heat was turned off, and we were quite cold.

• C (9/5): Definitely would stay again at this place! fully recommend! - Great location, metro station close to the apartment and easily connected to the rest of the city. We had problems with hot water because the water heater blocked couple of times, however, the hosts were lovely and explained how to solve the problem as soon as we asked for help.
• Emanuela (5/5): Average apartment if you are travellingon a budget, keep your expectations low. - Instruction to get to the apartment were very good, and it was easy to find. It is near the metro station and the neighborhood is very quite. The apartment was not properly cleaned there was leftovers of bread in the kitchen from the guests before, I guess. The whole place had very unpleasent scent, there was smell of gas in the kitchen. Shower was very tiny and during shower you could not keep the hot water running. The carpets are very dirty and it would be better without them. There was a lot of ants throughtout the whole apartment.

The building is so quiet and surrounded by trees and you hear the birds singing in the morning. The apartment was clean and big enough . Some furniture need renovation , the bed in one of the rooms was not very comfortable.

• Arunava (9/5): Superb - Excellent apartment with all facilities that you need were there. Host was great with quick answer. Location was perfect for visiting Milan and nearby trip.
• Galina (9/5): Superb - The apartment is very well furnished and has everything you need. The preliminary communication with the host was easy. Check in was without meeting him but getting a door code which is the better way. The first night we had no hot water because the water heater was not turned on properly. The second night the power went out, probably due to overload, but no one had warned us about the problem and how to fix it, and it happened at midnight, when we were left without lights, the ability to charge our phones and cook. I wrote to the host, but we had to fend for ourselves. The last night we didn't have Wi-Fi, but there was no point in even writing to the host.
• Jeffrey (8/5): Excellent value, good location, would recommend - Location was convenient, approximately 15 minutes’ taxi from the Duomo & Central train station. Air conditioning was great, nice kitchen and bedrooms. Would be an amazing place to stay if attending AC Milan or Inter Milan games! For some reason, we didn’t have hot water for part of the stay. Not sure if the heater wasn’t keeping up to demand or what. But we survived.
