- Jessica (5/5): Large apartment with good location. - Great location and very big apartment. Has pretty much anything you could want or need during your stay. The A/C units didn’t work very well and were loud so it was difficult to sleep. The apartment is very clean and well kept but the entry desperately needs to be cleaned. No view from this apartment, the windows have no real view of anything- I don’t know why I expected there would be.

The rooms are spotlessly clean, and there are many restaurants that are just downstairs. Fiorella's warm hospitality and quick responsiveness make the stay a delightful experience, creating a welcoming atmosphere that feels like home. It's the perfect choice for a memorable stay in Venice. I highly recommend this place to anyone who travels to Venice.

Fiorella is a very sweet host, she was very kind to come and open the door when we forgot something in the apartment just after checkout No washing machine, no iron and the fact that obtaining fresh over a 4-day stay attracted extra cost. For the cost, these should’ve been provided

- Karen (8/5): Spacious apartment in great location. - The apartment is extremely spacious. The two bathrooms are both recently upgraded and are very modern and clean. The beds were very comfortable. The location is excellent. It is right behind St Mark’s, so it is only a few minutes walk to the Basilica, the Square and the Doge’s Palace. It is also just a few minutes walk to the San Zaccaria vaporetto station, from which you can go everywhere. The WiFi isn’t very strong and only worked in the living room.
- Meagan (9/5): Great location, solid apartment. With two bathrooms, full-sized fridge and A/C, you can't complain! - Fantastic location, right behind St. Mark's Square. Felt like we had a secret apartment right in the middle of everything. The apartment was a little sparse and the furniture was weird -- hard wooden furniture and sofas, nothing really comfortable. But the beds were great, and there were two bathrooms and two bedrooms and it was BIG, with a nice kitchen and full-size fridge, so not much to complain about. When you go downstairs, you're right in the middle of Venice. Nothing. There was air-conditioning, which is great, and having two bathrooms was fantastic. It's not super fancy, but it was a good, solid apartment for four people to explore Venice, in a great location.

The house was super clean, very spacious and very well equipped. It is of vintage style, but the bathrooms are newly renovated. The bed was very comfortable. The hostess was incredibly helpful and nice, she was kind enough to allow us earlier check-in.
- Deborah (7/5): Lovely time in Venice - The location is great - very close to San Marco square - yet very quite at night. Bathrooms appear to have been renovated recently and are quite nice. The woman we met to pick up the key was very pleasant and met us at the apartment. The beds were a bit soft but adequate. Extra towels would have been nice. The directions for getting there are a bit confusing but we just put Hey Rich Bar into Google maps and followed the directions - the bar is right next to the apartment. Overall a very nice property.
