• Paolo (8/5): bel appartement au calme dans le quartier du vomero à 5 minutes du métro Quattro Giornate - Bel appartement très lumineux avec un belle terrasse avec une vue très agréable. Appartement bien entretenu et fonctionnel. J'ai apprécie la réactivité de la propriétaire suite à un petit accident de propreté à notre arrivé. Le fait que nous devons récupérer les clefs dans une box, pour un accueil je préféré le contact humain cela permets aussi de donner les consignes concernant le tri des poubelles car c'est assez complexe

• Jutta (8/5): Schöne Wohnung für einen Urlaub in Neapel und Umgebung - Die Lage der Unterkunft ist toll. Die Metro erreicht man in 5 Minuten zu Fuß. Um die Ecke ist ein Supermarkt und auch die schöne Fußgängerzone ist schnell zu erreichen. Die Ausstattung der Küche könnte besser sein.

Risultava al momento della prenotazione parcheggio incluso ma non era così, anche se i proprietari si sono messi subito a disposizione per cercare un parcheggio a pagamento. La pulizia molto deludente, 218€ x 2 notti per doverci sorbire peli di cane ovunque. La pulizia dovrebbe essere al primo posto.

• Pietro (10/5): Molto buono per il quartiere Vomero - Terrazza comoda e molto panoramica, letto molto comodo. Ottimo sistema di climatizzazione, ampia doccia. Noi avevamo il centro di interesse al Vomero e la struttura è perfetta. Dal centro storico/monumentale invece è un po’ lontano, ma basta prendere la metro (stazione a pochi minuti a piedi). Perfetto per 2 persone meglio se coppia. Qualche pianta artificiale in meno in terrazza non sarebbe male… ma è solo un piccolo e insignificante dettaglio…
• Jean François (8/5): Un très bon séjour à Naples dans le quartier de Vomero. - L'appartement situé au dernier niveau d'un immeuble de 9 étages, donne sur une terrasse très agréable qui offre une vue à 360° sur la ville de Naples. La climatisation est efficace et l'environnement est calme et sécurisant. Il manque quelques accessoires indispensables dans la cuisine : des couvercles pour les poêles et les casseroles, de vrais couteaux de cuisines, des verres à vin et un presse-agrumes.

• Joanna (10/5): Nice apartament with wonderful view - The location is great, in a gated community in the Vomero district. The terrace overlooks the volcano on one side and the sea on the other, and the castle on the other. The apartment is clean, everything works, and there are two air conditioning units. The neighborhood is quiet and green, 100 meters from the Conad supermarket, and there are plenty of restaurants in the area. The host was very nice and helpful! Overall, a 10!

The terras was wonderful offering a great view and nice table to drink a beer. There is no doubt that it is an wonderful place. No.No.
• Phil (8/5): Despite initial problems on arrival overall a good stay. - The apartment was very clean The bed is large and comfy The shower is great We had everything we needed and we are glad there was a kettle as in the past it seems there wasn’t one The rooftop terrace must be nice in the summer, it is very spacious The terrace looks out mainly on to buildings but you can see mountains in the background The area of Vomero is nice The apartment is around 5-10 minutes to the metro Quattro Gionarta which is on Line 1 and this takes you to Garibaldi and the other main metro stations of the city centre There were cafes and a restaurant close by, however it is a little far from other restaurants if you want something other than pizza and an alternative to the local restaurant Scugnazzi. The host sent a video via WhatsApp to show us how to use the heating system The apartment is about 30 minutes from Castel Sant’Elmo. We saw a beautiful sunset at the top of the castle (tip it’s half price after 4pm, only €5 for the two of us) There are supermarkets very close by. On arrival there was lack of clarity how to access and find the apartment. We arrived on a Sunday around 13.10. The outside gate was locked and we did not know how to get through the gate. The host was not at the property but sent a WhatsApp message with the code to access the keys which were in a box outside the apartment. You cannot get through the gate without keys and you cannot get in to the block if the block door is locked which it was when we arrived. Unfortunately the host did not specify which building the apartment is in. Once you get through the main gate you are faced with three blocks, scala A, scala B and scala C. There is no number on the apartment and we were not informed which floor to go to. We called the host and got no answer. I called the alternative number provided by Booking.com and got no answer. We ended up asking a resident for help and they managed to get through to the host who informed this resident how to access the apartment. Fortunately he lives at scala C and let us in the block. We noticed the outside gate and the block main doors are open weekdays as there is a staff member/caretaker located in an office by the gate. Please be aware the block is scala C. The door to the block is sometimes locked meaning, like us you can’t get in on arrival if it’s locked as you will not have the keys The apartment is accessed by an elevator to the 8th floor and you use steps to the 9th floor, the apartment is on the left. There is a lock box which you can open when you receive the code. There are three keys, one for the outside gate, one for the block and one for the apartment door. The host should have shared all of this information to avoid the anxiety we experienced unnecessary on arrival. It could be more stressful if the weather was poor and you’re left stranded outside on arrival. I’m unsure how we would have got to the apartment without local residents help for the reasons stated above.
• Ruth (8/5): Great Terrace, staff, location and communication. - Great location, Terrace and staff. Excellent communication with the management team. Spotlessly clean and near plenty of shops, restaurants and public transport. Lots of positives. If I had to suggest improvements I would say it could do with toilet paper, at least for when guests arrive, a good knife to cut vegetables, and some better glasses. Small things though, the overall experience was very good.

• Caradi (10/5): Fabulous apartment in Naples - Like a little oasis in Naples. The terrace was wonderful, on the 9th floor so with a little breeze and great views. The area was great, near a metro and with lots of restaurants, cafés as supermarkets. The apartment has a good bed and a good shower. We didn't use the kitchen because there are so many good places to eat out! The bedroom is quiet and dark once blinds are closed and it has air conditioning so you can have a good night's sleep. We will definitely try to book next time we are in Naples. Nothing! Perhaps a washing machine would be useful for some. Maybe some tourist info as well.

• Simon (10/5): Exceptional - Felt at home in such a lovely apartment. Very central and close to main shopping street and attractions and yet apartment I was situated in a quiet street. Communication with owner was very good! Nothing.
• Newcombe (7/5): Good - Beautiful all round balcony perfect for sunsets. Nice bathroom. Not much to cook with, no sharp knives or kettle. Some basic cooking supplies would be nice. On the top floor and the elevator was tiny so could be a problem if you have a lot of luggage.

• Sebastian (10/5): Excellent quality appartment for anybody visiting Naples - Everything met our expectations, the hosts are very friendly and helpful, looking to make our stay very enjoyable; our communication has been excellent. We had some issues with our flight timing so we needed to re-adapt our arriving schedule, and the hosts have been more that helpful. The property is in an excellent condition, very clean and we had all we needed. The terrace is a big plus, as it is located on the top of the building, is huge and offers excellent views over Naples. A proper kitchen knife would have been helpful, but we could deal with what we had.
