• Rafel (8/5): Relació qualitat-preu, perfecte. - La atenció de Ricardo excel·lent, atent a qualsevol dubte que pogues sorgir. La ubicació genial, ben comunicat a 4 minuts caminant de parada de metro. Amb molts serveis a la vora, supermercats, forns, botigues, menjar,... zona relativament tranquila tenint en compte el bullici de la ciutat, allunyada de la massificació turística i alhora es respira la realitat de la Roma diària, la dels romans. L'apartament està molt bé en linies generals, tot i estar en una zona de relatiu trànsit de vehicles tampoc no molesta gaire, si convé tanques les finestres que son de qualitat i insonoritzes perfectament l'apartament. El WIFI ràpid i segur. Te ascensor, que encara que sigui estret, et salva la vida quan vols pujar al pis després de venir cansat i carregat de tot el dia. He trobat l'apartament amb molts detalls amb encant, es veu autèntic, sense luxes però amb personalitat. La cuina és molt completa, estris i electrodomèstics necessaris, bé. Els electrodomèstics es podrien renovar, tots funcionen correctament però crec que ja tocaria alguns canvis. La dutxa es una mica estreta però cap drama, és el que és i això forma part també de l'encant. La neteja l'he trobat correcta, potser només caldria reforçar la del terra una mica més.

• Ewa (8/5): Wspaniały kilkudniowy wypad, z noclegiem w przyjemnym mieszkaniu, w dobrej lokalizacji. - bardzo dobra lokalizacja blisko metro, autobusy, restauracje, bary, na dobra kawę i śniadanie wystarczy zejść na dół. Spacerowa odległość do Lateranu czy Koloseum (ok 15 minut) a i do innych można przejść na piechotę. Jedynie wymieniłabym sofę w salonie.

• Leigh (6/5): Over priced for what you get. - It had a washing machine and a dishwasher. It had a tiny lift for getting luggace to the floor where the apartment is loacted. A few things did not work in the apartment. The shower was super! small and leaked onto the bathroom floor. The area where the apartment is located comes across as dirty and dangerous, although we never felt in danger at any time of the day.

• Karen (7/5): Good - Riccardo was wonderful and very accommodating. The apartment had everything you could need. There are plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby. The location was a bit far from the city center.
• Quesnel (7/5): Good - Convenient location. Some amenities were OK but could be improved. The kitchen could have been a little more clean. The fridge needs a good cleaning also the dishes and pots need some attention. Otherwise everything else was acceptable.

• David (3/5): Nice location, very run down. - Good location and polite proprietor. It’s rundown. It must have been nice 10 years ago but it has not been well maintained. The paint is peeling and grubby, bathroom and shower fixtures are rusty, hot water tap didn’t work, internal shower handle was missing, table top paint was badly peeled etc. Sofa was grubby. Not very nice and no better than adequate.

Comfy bed and pull out sofa. Would return N/A
• Simone (7/5): Good - Location. Decor. Owner very useful. Kitchen well stuffed. Not owner's fault. The upstairs neighbours were making very loud noise when walking and moving things around. At least too loud for me. The shower could be better maintained.

• Magdalena (9/5): We had amazing time at Rome, we will back. - Flat has specific characteristics which is great. I love old blue front doors and high ceilings. Bed is very comfortable, all equipments are there. Close to center, walk distance is lovely. Underground is nearby. I would change a fridge for a new one because water was dripping a bit and kitchen taps.

• Mike-kon (9/5): Superb location to explore Rome - The location is really good to explore Rome, very close to the metro station, but not in a touristy area itself. The flat itself is clean, spacious and just lovely.

• James (10/5): Great value in a superb location - I had planned to stay here in 2020, but very glad I managed to stay here on my delayed Rome trip. The apartment is very impressive indeed, in a great location that's very quiet (despite being opposite a night club entrance) and also very convenient for the train service to the airport from Tuscolana, the metro service at Re di Rome and local bus services. The flat is very well looked after, with a well-equipped kitchen, comfortable bed, and a large walk-in wardrobe. There is lift access to the flat and a great cafe in the same building for a morning cappuccino, or aperol spritz later in the day. There are planety of reastaurants and shops within walking distance of the apartment. I wlll definitley try to book this apartment for my next visit to Rome The seal on the shower door needed to be looked at, however, that is a very minor quibble which doesn't detract from the apartment as a great place to stay and feel very comfortable.

• Rita (8/5): The apt. was spacious and clean with windows in every room and location was great! - The location was great. There was no breakfast included As Rome was extremely hot, the air-conditioning didn't cool the bedroom but other than that, everything was satisfactory. The host supplied a fan which helped. He was extremely courteous and willing to help with all questions.
